• cathie (8/5): Great location to see the sites - Great location and able to walk to many areas of London. Millennium bridge just a few minutes away so able to cross the Thames easily. Liked the small kitchen area and that we were able to eat breakfast in the room prior to leaving for the day. Rooms are small, but I think this is usual for most places in London. Recommend getting a room with a window if possible. Easy check in. Can't think of anything other than room are very small
• Jillian (8/5): Great staff. Great location. - This is a great location for getting around London. It is close to Millennium Bridge and St Paul’s Cathedral. The cafe menu is not huge but there are enough facilities to have breakfast in your room. The rooms are not big but enough for our needs. We had heated towel rails which were lovely. The staff were very accommodating The lifts were a bit slow but that’s me being fussy as I don’t like lifts. We use face washers at home and these were not a thing in London. Once again that’s me being fussy.

• EasyGoingTraveler007 (6/5): Depends on what you’re looking for, but not right for our needs. - Stayed here for a three night visit to London. Pros: location, friendly and attentive staff, good water pressure. Cons: very dark in hallways and basement/laundry area, sink area in bathroom is way too small, with shelf sticking out too far. Something fell on the floor, and I had to look under the bed- dust bunnies galore; I’m not a clean freak, but it was pretty gross. Our particular room was near the street, so it was very noisy, especially with windows open, as was often necessary because it was a bit stuffy in room.

• Truus (9/5): Fantastisch hotel, heerlijke sfeer, toplocatie. - Het hotel is de perfecte uitvalsbasis voor een weekendtripje Londen. Waar je ook heen wil, met Blackfriars metrostation om de hoek en St. Paul’s Cathedral in de achtertuin ben je in no time op je bestemming. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk! Een klein minpuntje was dat de spullen die in het keukentje van onze studio aanwezig waren, niet helemaal proper waren. Ondanks dat er een vaatwasser is, heb ik de theetassen nog moeten afwassen. Deze waren vuil in de kast gezet door de vorige gasten en werd waarschijnlijk niet opgemerkt door het schoonmaakpersoneel.

• Jamie (9/5): Nice little hotel, in a great location. - The Location, 2 minutes from Tate Modern and St Paul's Cathedral, The room was lovely. Checking in/out, was all easy done. The woman who checked us in was awesome. The cost of a can of a diet coke at the bar, didn't ask if we wanted it in a glass, or ice. We ended up grabbing a large bottle from the shop later on to keep in the room fridge.

• Rostron (5/5): A decent spot but way overpriced, and needing better service - Plenty of space to work from on the ground floor. Love that they have a gym and some other facilities. Bedroom was great. Some staff were great but others felt really disconnected. At breakfast it felt like they needed an extra set of hands. Maybe they need better pay and support.

• Marius (4/5): Bed sheets were dirty and windows have very poor noise insulation - for this price you expect better - Friendly staff, facilities, nice cafe, room had the things you like The bed wasn't clean and had several hairs that weren't mine, and even strange stains on the bed sheets. I really wanted to go and complain about it at the reception but was exhausted and just accepted it and slept on the other side of the bed. Also the windows are of very poor quality so even when they are closed you will hear all the noise from outside which is surprisingly a lot. I woke up really early from the early traffic noises.

• 91Frank (8/5): Nice place, at super locations, staff efforts need improvements - Nice hotel in a fantastic location. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Unfortunately, the coffee bar was not very clean and the service there was quite slow. Also disappointing was that, even after asking several times for new hand soap in the room, this was never resolved. A bit strange for an otherwise good stay.

• Michaela (7/5): - These are great little apartments to stay in. We were there for a week so it was good to have access to washing facilities and the other facilities available. The services are set for short stay so we did feel like we were having to ask for tea restocks a bit which wasn’t a problem. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were incredibly lumpy and uncomfortable to the point we did end up having to go and buy our own pillows. We left them behind so hopefully they are used in the room moving forward.

The first room I was in had no air con (the panel was broken and even when they turned it on from somewhere else it didn’t work). The second room I moved to did have air con but it took a long time to kick in and was temperamental - when I came back to the room after being out it was 24.5 degrees and took a long time to cool down. It was also quite loud. The rooms felt tired and worn. It felt a bit like staying in a hostel.

• Tom (8/5): Goede optie voor een verblijf van paar dagen in Londen - Lock at Broken Wharf ligt aan de Thames. Veel kamers hebben daar geen uitzicht op, maar op saaie nieuwbouw aan de achterkant. Onze studio had wel een prachtig uitzicht op de Thames en de Millenium Bridge. De studio was verder heel en schoon en leuk ingericht, Het gebouw is verder modern, het personeel vriendelijk, in het restaurant is overdag van alles te koop voor ontbijt en lunch. De subway is niet heel ver lopen. Ook langs de Thames lopend kom je snel bij de meeste bezienswaardigheden, het hotel ligt mooi centraal in Londen. De buurt bestaat vooral uit kantoren en is zeker niet gezellig. De eerste kamer die we toegewezen kregen had een deprimerend uitzicht op de straat achter het gebouw. Gelukkig kregen we (tegen extra betaling) vlot een veel betere kamer aan de kant van de rivier. Verder zijn de gangen heel schaars verlicht. De zitbank in de kamer was niet erg comfortabel.

Si devono consumare i pasti sul divano. Il lavandino del bagno è microscopico e ci si deve lavare in cucina.

• Nicole (5/5): Luftdichter, feuchter Bunker mit teurem sparsames Frühstück - Der erste Eindruck war sehr gut. Freundliches Personal die einen willkommen heißen. Die Lage ist wirklich sehr gut. Beim zweiten Hinsehen. Fenster kann man nicht öffnen, permanent fast 23 grad und stinkte nach feuchte Handtücher. Klimaanlage ging scheinbar nicht (wurde erst gesagt nachdem wir darauf hingewiesen haben) keine frische Luft , da die Fenster nicht aufgehen. Das frühstück ist viel zu teuer. Nie war wirklich was da. Man durfte nur 1x Kaffee, 1x Saft, 1x Gebäck und 1x was anderes (wir hatten Rührei mit trockenen Brot und bacon Eier mit trockenem Brötchen) , ich würde nie mehr buchen.

• Begum (7/5): - The location is amazing. Staff is helpful as usual. The room we stayed - junior suit, has no opening windows at all and unfortunately the ventilation was not so good as well. Considering that free cleaning is available only if you stay 7d+, staying a damp room was a bit disappointing. Having mentioned that I need to add that it was surprising that there is no cleaning/rubish take/towel change etc at such a hotel.

• Alejandra (8/5): Nice location, clean rooms, good bed, good for short stay or a work stay - Property is located in a beautiful place next to the Thames. This allows you to walk around the area and cross the bridges, a lovely walk to The Tate or the Globe right across the bridge or a 15 min walk along the river to Covent Garden or The Tower. Even though I have no complain about the hotel, rooms are comfortable, well located, clean, the staff was so so. They were just not very attentive. Also there is no cleaning per day, you must request it if wanted. And another property where check in is at 16:00. Check ins are getting later and later. It felt a bit too hipster and a bit too expensive for what it really is.

По-факту, у меня в номере было не такое большое окно, на котором со стороны улицы натянута железная сетка и вид у меня шел в само здание, где ресепшен, а за км уже был ещё один ряд окон, за которыми было другое здание. Темно, как в будке собачьей. Попросил поменять номер- отказали и даже никак не извинились за несоответствие номера тем фото, что указаны на букинг. Завтрак ужасный. В номере от слова совсем нет шумоизоляции. Кровать расположена прямо у фанерной входной двери. Ночью я просыпался от малейшего шороха в корридоре из-за эхо. Извините, отчетливо слышно, как кто-то ходит в туалет. Впервые ставлю оценку 1 из 10.
• Roberto Giovanni (9/5): Top Lage - alles bestens - TOP Lage - absolut zentral. Sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer mondern und gut ausgestattet. Habe mich dort wohl gefühlt.

• Jane (9/5): Very convenient comfortable city Aparthotel. - Location was ideal as I was attending a function close by. Could also walk along Thames embankment to Tate and Courtauld galleries. Very close to St Paul's and safe to walk back at night from underground (Mansion House or St Paul's). Ideal for a city break or doing business in city. I thought the young staff were excellent, very efficient, informative and extremely cheerful, such a change from my last visit to London. I liked having a little sitting area away from the bedroom. The room was quite small. A couple might feel cramped. I asked for a quiet room and it was, so not complaining. think I was in the back with no view of river or anything but a brick wall. Window opened so that was good. So many hotels offer sealed units. Am not complaining. It was only one night I would definitely stay here again. It was quite hot that day but the room was cool enough to sleep. The bed was up against the wall, so again, a couple might struggle for space. Bathroom and shower excellent but again, quite small for more than one.

• Pascoe (3/5): - The room was tiny, the hallway dingy and dark. Could only get in at 4 and had to keave next day by 11.The cleaners are banging about.. It was a rip off really..Wouldnt stay here again.. The rating isnt accurate at all of 8.5.... Wasnt great at all, a total rip off.Noisy dingy hallway to room, cleaners banging about early ...Room was tiny and not even a hair dryer..
• Diana (5/5): - Smuk udsigt, tæt på vandet og en trappe ned til bankerne langs vandet. Skimmelsvamp på værelset vi først fik i begge vindueskarme. Håndklæde varmer var Alt for varm, man får nemt strejfet den med armene - ja der var et advarsels skilt, men temperaturen er for høj, i Danmark kræver så høje temperaturer et varmeskjold på metallet. Lys blinkede ude på toilettet. Lys på mikroovn blinkede så det lyste rummet op, vi dækkede det til med tøj. Der var ikke gjort rent på gulvet, der lå snavs og tabt medicin fra en anden gæst. Enormt meget støj fra nærliggende tunnel og ikke støj dæmpende ruder, mange motorcykler kører igennem og gasser vildt op fordi de virkelig kan få det til at larme i den tunnel. * bemærk alt har jeg foto og video af. Jeg talte med en medarbejder og vi fik så et andet værelset til dag nr.2. Der virkede håndklæde varmer slet ikke. Meget lavt vandtryk i bruser. Røg alarm var afmonteret og tapet til! Der var en røg alarm dagen før hvor en gæst havde max grillet en toast, men vi måtte selv forsøge at montere den igen. Nyere vinduer men stadig meget larm fra den omtalte tunnel og de motorcykler. Ved indgangs partiet er der er lav og svær at se mursten kant som jeg snublede på, jeg har virkelige dårlige fødder så det gav ekstra smerter de resterende dage, der er ingen advarsels tape eller maling der indikerer niveau forskel. Adgangs forhold for gående der bruger tog og bus til at komme til og fra hotellet, der er elendig adgangsvej da man skal op af ad en høj trappe og henover en vej for at komme til hotellet, det er dræbende med kufferter at skulle slæbe dem op og ned, vi prøvede at finde anden vej til toget uden trapper uden held. Så desværre kommer vi ikke tilbage til dette hotel, håndteringen af Skimmelsvamp klagen resulterede i en late check out, men vores key cards holdt da op med at virke til alm tid så vi skulle bruge tid i en presset afgangs tidsplan med at få kort til at virke igen. Personalet er rare men nogen lidt uerfaren og sagde de ikke arbejdede der man bare hjalp til på enkelt vagter.

• Emma (10/5): Lovely place to stay! Would definitely recommend. - Such a gorgeous little place. Lovely to have a bar and (excellent) coffee shop on the ground floor. The room was super clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing!
• Holden (8/5): Very nice hotel in a great location on the Thames - Great location, staff very friendly and cooperative, rooms comfortable. TV service inoperative, wasn't informed that service could not be restored during our stay.
• Ellen (10/5): - Location was excellent, close to the Millennium Bridge, is amazing especially with the ThamesLink from St Pancras/Kings Cross making it easy to get there. Best of all, for a light sleeper, it as quiet. little noise from inside or out. nothing.

• Alec (6/5): Disappointing stay. Room was large and clean but badly laid out and bathroom was very cramped. City view was an exaggera - Good location and room was very clean Bed was against a wall so had to climb over your partner to get in or out. Bathroom was cramped with a stool to hold towels making the space even smaller
