• Anabella (9/5): Buena estadía - Muy buena ubicación y la cama muy cómoda.
• Joukje (7/5): - Locatie. Leuke niet zo toeristische omgeving. Wel dichtbij Vaticaan, dat danweer wel. Leuke buurt. Het is een prive verblijf en je moet afspraak maken met eigenaar/beheerder. Ik moest ze bellen op tijd van afspraak want er was niemand. Na belletje kwam er snel iemand. Op zich prima kamer en rustig.
• Roman (7/5): Jederzeit gerne wieder - Ich kann die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Top sauberes Bett, Bad und Zimmer, täglicher Reinigungsservice, Klimaanlage und WLAN. Espressokapselmaschine mit gutem Kaffee, der täglich aufgefüllt wird und Minikühlschrank für eigene Getränke und Snacks war auch positiv. In Rom muss man im Zimmer ja nur schlafen und duschen, ich hatte auch die ein oder andere Arbeit am Notebook zu tun, aber auch das war gut möglich. das WiFi war störungsfrei. Auch für touristische Besuche ist das Zimmer top. Sehr nah am Vatican7Engelsburg, aber auch relativ schnell zum Rest der Stadt. Das Zimmer hat nur ein sehr kleines Fenster zu einem Innenhof, deswegen kommt man ohne elektrisches Licht auch tagsüber kaum aus. Aber wie schon geschrieben, ist man tagsüber meist unterwegs. Tipp an den Gastgeber: im Bad löst sich langsam der Putz, auch die Dusche könnte einen kleinen Refresh gebrauchen. Noch ist es nicht kritisch, aber je früher man was macht, desto geringer ist der Aufwand.
• Evert (8/5): - De ruime, rustige, mooie, propere kamer, heel goed gelegen ( zowel bij Vaticaan als naar het andere deel van Rome te voet in 10-15 minuten) en tip, vlak naast excellente Gelatteria 😉 Jammer dat: 1)koffie capsules niet elke morgen vervangen werden 2) toiletpapier niet tijdig vervangen werd 3) de WC spoelt niet door voor " grote boodschap"

• edith (8/5): Idéal pour visiter Rome - Il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner . mais il y a une machine à café , et une bouilloire . la situation géographique est parfaite . Le personnel est à l'écoute et répond rapidement, et serviable .
• Mike (8/5): Prima verblijf! - Locatie. Net buiten de binnenstad. Natuurlijk is de binnenstad en alle toeristische hotspots wat je wil zien, maar dwalen aan de andere kant van het water is zeker een aanrader. Gehorig.
• Mary Ann (7/5): Great location! - The location of the property is ideal for cafes and restaurants. Metro and buses are very near by and and very close (walkable) to the Vatican City. Superb location in general. Very lovely and helpful staff. Loved the ice cream vendor directly next door and the coffee / pastry shop further down on the corner where we went for breakfast most mornings. We would have preferred a bar area / coffee area to meet before going out and coming back in the evening for maybe a drink.

• Francesca (1/5): Voto zero! - Ma come si fa a dichiarare che c'è una cucina in comune a disposizione che poi in realtà non è per gli ospiti ma chiusa a chiave??? Ho scelto questo alloggio per la cucina, ho fatto la spesa, ho buttato tutto e sono dovuta andare al ristorante pranzo cena e perfino colazione dato che ho chiesto un cucchiaino e neppure quello mi hanno dato. I cuscini entrambi puzzavano di sudore. Per fortuna chiamando me ne hanno dato uno nuovo. Voto zero per la pubblicità ingannevole!
• Cristina (1/5): BUONA LA SISTEMAZIONE PESSIMA LA GESTIONE - Ottima posizione e camera pulita, Purtroppo sono stati eccessivamente insistenti riguardo all'orario di arrivo in struttura. Chi è in giro per lavoro non può avere idea dell'ora precisa e loro hanno stressato tutto il giorno con continue telefonate. Inoltre parlano esclusivamente inglese e non a tutti può piacere

La stanza affacciava su strada precisamente sulla fermata degli autobus ed essendo un primo piano si sentiva tutto. Nello spazio della reception c’era sempre rumore anche di sera e la stanza insonorizzava poco

A pochi passi dalla metro e in posizione comoda per tutte le destinazioni del centro. Il supporto della doccia sarebbe da aggiustare o rifare. Per il resto davvero nessun problema.

Yo esperaba que fuera más pequeño, pero fue más grande de lo que esperaba, y más cómodo hasta cafetera tenía.

• MANUELA (4/5): Non hanno nessun parcheggio convenzionato. - La posizione Hanno scritto che avevano la convenzione con parcheggio vicino, ho chiesto di prenotare il posto per l'auto che mi hanno anche confermato. All'arrivo il titolare del parcheggio mi ha detto che non avevano nessuna convenzione con magik rooms né tantomeno prenotazioni. Al telefono la signorina che rispondeva per la camera mi ha detto che non sapeva nulla.

• Masoumeh (5/5): Es war ok aber ich werde nicht nochmal dahin gehen - Die Lage war gut und man konnte vieles zu Fuß erreichen. Ein Tag vor meiner Abreise, bat ich um neues großes Handtuch und das Tuch für den Boden und die haben beide Tücher von Boden aufgehoben und an dem Duschhenkel hingegangen.🙈😬☹️ Die Duschbrause war kaputt und man müsste selber halten um sich zu duschen. Mein Zimmer war an einem sehr befahrene Straße und war sehr laut. In der Küche waren immer volle Müllsäcke und selbst, wenn ich die Küche benutzen wollte, hätte ich nicht gemacht.

Alles zu Fuß erreichbar! Überall Restaurants. Die alten Häuser sind alle hellhörig. Mein Zimmer hatte vorm Fenster Klimaanlagen und konnte nicht gut belüftet werden dadurch.

• Nitesh (7/5): terrible wifi, small basic apartment rooms - VERY nice location. Maybe 10 mins walk to Vatican, close to buses, night bus, metro. Nice cafes and restaurants close by. Some basics provided in the room (wine glass, cups, a coffee machine), etc. Terrible wifi - not acceptable in this day and age - would not stay in this place just based on the terrible wifi. Kitchen is not really a usable kitchen (no utensils, plates, forks, etc) - only good for the refrigerator (and possibly there is a microwave there - we didn't use). Property needs to be cleaned better. Its not dirty, but doesn't feel clean. Possibly the smallest shower in the world. My room was nicer, my friend's room was even smaller and not as nice (we paid the same amount). Check-in instructions need to be clearer.

• Fiachra (7/5): Good - Spacious, clean and excellent location, 20 mins walk from most areas Although housekeeping was offered, the one day I availed of the service, only the towels were changed, the bed was made up but the sheets were not changed. It was a noisier location than anticipated, room was over a busy street. Also the area/kitchen across the hall from the room seemed to be used by staff or other residents and was very busy and noisy late into the night and first thing in the morning as early as 4:30am and regularly around 6am, so sleep was regularly disturbed
• Maria (8/5): Very good - Very nice location, really comfortable beds, very kind and helpful staff. The room is equipped with the main necessities. We had issues with cold water and blocked sink - both were fixed as soon as were reported. The shower cabin is quite small and the doors do not close completely.

• Dragan (5/5): Passable - Location. It is not worth the price when you compare all in all. Room is small but it would be still OK if for less price. Basically you pay more just for the location. Bed was not comfortable,but again for the price you would expect more. Kitchen is only for the advertising but you are not allowed to use it,as per host.

• Joanna (7/5): Kind and helpful service + great location - I really liked the stuff, they were all super kind and welcoming :) The location was great, I walked everywhere + the room was clean and cosy. I stayed there for 2 nights and unfortunately there were issues with the hot water, rather lack of it - but the owner took care of things asap. Nothing major, but they are using loads of spray perfumes which had an opposite effect so I would suggest stop spraying the rooms and just open the windows and air things out.
• Anikó (5/5): Passable - Very well situated. Good for city walking in Rome. It was dirty. Full oflong black hair. ( bothof us are blond). The bathroom was notcleanedfor awhile. The street is super noisy. No chance to sleep with open windows.
