• Aimée (8/5): Lovely staff and hotel, tiny rooms - The hotel was so clean and modern and the onsen access was a lovely bonus. It also had good facilities for food, filtered water and drinks. The bed was also very comfortable and the staff were really kind and helpful The double room was really claustrophobic because all the windows were frosted over and it was really very small with low ceilings.

• naomi (10/5): Loved it! - I loved staying here! We were so close to the station but off a side street where it was quiet enough yet so many stores and things to do. We stayed on the top floor and it was a very nice size room and very quiet. They gave us water and towels every day and they have complimentary coffee and things you need like a toothbrush or face creams. They also have an onsen which is nice to relax in at night and laundry although it takes 2x to dry a load. I would stay here again for sure as it was 20 minutes walking to Golden gai and all the hubbub and easy to get any trains nearby. They also forwarded our luggage and were so nice to us! The first time we stayed we had a very small room so it seems to fluctuate. There was also ac. Super small bathroom but that seems normal

Les petit déjeuner très copieux à tel point qu'on ne mangeait pas à midi. La salle de bain, vraiment très petite. Mais bon, c'est le Japon et elle était très fonctionnelle.

The service during breakfast was especially warm and attentive. The hotel is located on a street whereIndian and Pakistani shops sell various goods and second-hand phones, so there is not much of a traditional Japanese atmosphere in the area. The room also lacked proper ventilation, and there was an unpleasant smell.

• Yuval (8/5): Overall, a good place to stay in Tokyo - Overall, the hotel located in a very convenient place close to public transport, shops places to eat and only one stop from Shinjuku station. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and modern,although on the very small size but this is Japan. Something that could be a little bit better is the check in time 3 o’clock in the afternoon it is a bit late. I don’t know what the hotel policy, but if the room is available and free of guests, it should be offered to the new guest. For myself, the idea that you can’t open a window in your room and let a clean air get in is a bit weird because I felt that the room is very stuffy on the next morning. The location is good, but the demographic of people in this area is a bit questionable.

Das Frühstück im westlichen Stil wurde frisch zubereitet und war umfangreich. Es gibt sehr wenig Möglichkeiten zum Verstauen von persönlichen Dingen, da es keinen Schrank, keine Regale oder Haken gibt. Das Fenster kann nicht geöffnet und somit nicht gelüftet werden.

• Laura (10/5): Ottima posizione - Posizione eccezionale, a due passi dalla fermata della Yamanote Line che collega tutta Tokyo tra cui le stazioni per prendere gli Shinkansen e a una fermata dalla Stazione di Shinjuku da cui prendere i treni per il Monte Fuji o Kamakura. Anche con una piacevole camminata si può raggiungere l'area di Shinjuku e tutta la zona più vivace e affollata per la sera. L'hotel nuovo, pulito, le camere piccole come da standard giapponese ma confortevoli. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione ma con il bollitore in camera e market aperto h. 24 avevamo tutto a disposizione. Consigliato per la posizione, e per il costo, meno caro rispetto a Shinjuku anche se vicino.

Proveen accesorios como cepillo de dientes rasuradora, productos faciales de buena calidad Específicamente la calle donde está ubicado no es muy linda, está sucia y poco iluminada, pero solo dura 1 cuadra.

• Dennis (1/5): I would not stay here again. - I did not like this hotel. The hotel room is very small. Almost impossible to move around with two people. My son woke up with two bites on his arm, which we now believe were likely mosquito bites. However, we searched for any signs of bed bugs and while we didn’t see any, we did notice that the mattress protectors had old stains on them, which is gross. I went to the front desk to ask whether they had any history of bugs in the hotel and they were more focussed on charging me 2000 yen for the hotel card I lost when quickly trying to pack up and leave the hotel.
