- Yu (5/5): どうしても他に泊まれそうな所がない時にチョイスする場所 - 目的地に近かったことです。シャワー室の水捌けが良かった。雨風をしのげた。 服をかける所がないので困りました。ハンガーはあるのにかける所がない。折りたたみのがありましたけど部屋のスペース圧迫されて使いづらかったです。チェックインのタブレット操作がわかりにくい。時間がかかった。
- Eduardo (7/5): Localização excelente - Eu fiquei hospedado em várias regiões de Tokyo, mas essa seguramente foi a melhor localização. Próximo de diversas áreas turísticas, tanto para caminhada quanto para 1 ou 2 pontos de metrô. A limpeza não estava legal. Até havia um aspirador no local, mas tinha muito cabelo por tudo. Realmente esse ponto deixou a desejar. Além disso, o espaço é realmente muito pequeno, e possui um móvel enorme embaixo da TV que ocupa espaço sem ser útil - acho que valeria retirá-lo para melhor acomodar os hóspedes. Mas ainda assim, voltaria a reservar o local.

- Martin (3/5): Very disappointing, not recommended - Good location, very close to Yoyogi. The area is convenient and close to everything. The room was much more small and cramped than expected, even for a solo traveler. The room temperature was also very cold upon checkin. The semi-hidden 9000 yen cleaning fee also feels like a rip off considering that the room was not even particularly clean.

- soma (3/5): - 代々木駅から近いこと ここは無人のホテルで、ホテルに入るのにもパスワード 入れなければいけないのですが、事前にメールは1個来るだけでよくわからないです。分かってしまえば なんてことはないのですが、遠くから わざわざ 代々木まで来てわからないと大変です。部屋はとても狭いです。2段ベッドがあるということで 2人で泊まったのですがほとんど ベッド以外のスペースは、まともに くつろげる スペースはありません。エアコンも部屋の上部についており。二段ベッド と上のスペースの上にあるため。エアコンから出てくる空気はどんどん下に下がってくることはありません。シャワー室 もありえないぐらい 狭い。なんとか使うことができますが。 なんとか泊まれるものの とてもリラックスして疲れが取れるような環境ではありません。

There was one more dining table with four chairs which would have sufficed. Bathing quarters were a little cramped and harder to use with a child. Other than that, everything else was fine.

The apartment has very little insulation, so it was very cold at night or one could use the AC which was too loud to sleep. I had to fill in a long online form additional to booking with booking.com, it was a complicated process.

- Jan (6/5): Goed voor 1 persoon die licht gepakt reist - Makkelijke en flexibele toegang tot gebouw Rustige buurt Vlak bij Yoyogi station en niet te ver van Shinjiku. De grootte van de studio. Op de website stonden enkel foto's van de 4-persoons studio, waar redelijk wat plaats is om comfortabel te zitten Voor 2 personen met 2 grote koffers is het echt krap. Er is wel een stapelbed voor 2 personen, maar slechts 1 klapstoel en 1 klaptafeltje. We hadden de studio gehuurd om iets ruimer te zitten dan in een typische Japanse hotelkamer, maar daar kwamen we bedrogen uit: de studio was nog kleiner dan een 2 persoons hotelkamer.

- Emily (3/5): - Appliances The multiple messages received prior to checking in were confusing as through the email it instructed us to sign in on the tablet but on the application it instructed us to sign in at the room online. Having had to pay more than the bookings cost for cleaning fee I expected the room to be spotless when we entered. The room had some white powder on the floor that needed to be vacuumed.

Host is nice we could not figure out the washing machine. It is only in japanese. There is no dryer. Beds are firm which was fine for me but maybe not for everyone.

- Margot (7/5): Good - Very comfortable and convenient stay. Easy check in. The beds are large, the space is roomy enough for 2 large and 2 small suitcases. Location is very convenient, easy walking distance to Yoyogi train station and shopping district.
- Faith (9/5): We felt spoiled after our stay, as moving to a hotel on the next leg of our journey made us realise all the conveniences - Location! It was a 5 min walk to Yoyogi station. We also backed onto the Shinjuku national garden which was a beautiful place to view the cherry blossoms. It was super handy to have the amenities such as a washing machine. It was a game changer for us. Laundry liquid was included. Nothing.
- Tonyt (3/5): Poor - The location is good which is walking distance from Yoyogi station. The room is tiny, the shower room and toilet room are extremely tiny. Can't turn your body around. No onsite support. Don't expect staff come over to fix the problem. You need to solve the problem on your own. They just keep telling me to do it on my own. Back and forth.

- Tania (2/5): I wish I could give a 5 star review, but ... - Good location; short walk to Shinjuku station, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Host was very responsive. The check-in/check-out and access to the facility was very easy. Our stay was not as pleasant as we had hoped. First, if you're planning to book for two people, be aware that the space is incredibly small. For example, it’s nearly impossible to open two suitcases on the floor and still have room to walk comfortably. The cramped layout makes it very easy to trip and potentially injure yourself. The overall layout of the room felt poorly designed and extremely tight. There was a TV installed directly across from the entrance door, but only one chair in the room. This made it impossible to watch TV from the bed, as you couldn’t see it from either the top or bottom bunk. The stairs to the top bunk also took up a significant amount of space, and the bottom bunk had a wooden fence around it, making it difficult for an adult to get out of bed comfortably. There's no closet space or anywhere to hang your clothes on. While this setup might work for solo traveler or someone with a child, it certainly wasn’t ideal for two adults. The place wasn't as clean compared to most places you visit and stay at in Japan. Also, the bathroom sink (sink/toilet combo) didn't have warm water. We were using the kitchenette sink to brush our teeth and wash our hands, which wasn't very convenient or hygienic. Overall, the room felt overcrowded and poorly laid out. I wouldn’t return to this space, and I would recommend that, if possible, spend a little more money for a room where you can move around and relax comfortably during your vacation.

The room was well equipped with everything we needed including a washing machine. The beds were large for single bunk bed size. The beds were extremely hard & uncomfortable.

- Julie (8/5): A great cheap place to stay if you don't need much space. - The room is tiny but it was more than adequate for one night for my teenage son and I and we were happy to find somewhere to stay where we each had our own beds (bunk beds). I would not recommend this place for an extended stay due to the small room unless you're looking for somewhere very cheap, in which case it's absolutely fine. Just how small the room was, but I knew that when I booked it.

We asked if they could hold our bags for 1 1/2 hours after 10am check out in the entrance and they said no unfortunately.

- Josh (8/5): Great location, and a decent place to sleep in. - This hotel is in a good location in an area between Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Harajuku. Allowed us easy access to anywhere we wanted to be in Tokyo. The room we stayed in for 2 adults can feel small when both people need to do things. But it is manageable.

Also close to some great local restaurants as well as 7-11 if you preferred to pick up something easy. Having the microwave in the apartment was also handy. Mattresses were a little too firm for my liking.

- Tom (10/5): Great family base for exploring Tokyo - Really clever use of a not huge apartment. We stayed for 3 nights and were even able to wash and dry laundry during our stay. There is access to a covered outside area for drying which was great in the late-July 2023 heat. We explored the local neighborhood for tasty meals and accessed all of Tokyo easily from the nearby Yoyogi Metro/subway Station. Google maps works really well for public transport, which is easily navigable even with only English language. Not a criticism but a warning to other guests: it is not 100% straightforward to find the entrance - make good use of the excellent instructions provided by the owner.

Communications with the host was easy too (via Booking.com messenger) The bed was not comfortable (mattress were flat and had no support), bathroom & toilet were tiny (keep banging the walls), apartment was not very clean (strains of hair on the floor, pots and pans were dirty), and washing machine keep pausing.

- Jonathan (8/5): comfortable and no frills stay. great for families with bunk bed. small toilet though - self checkin and fuss free. location was alright and the apartment was quiet. the park nearby was great! Didn’t have basic coffee or tea available. toilets were really small.
