Unfortunately, we could not make use of the balcony due to the loud building noise next door. In hindsight we would have booked an apartment facing the pool/marina had we known about the works going on.

Really enjoyed the amenities. The area around the property at Dubai Marina had great grocery options and dining options as well. Also enjoyed going to the Dubai Marina Mall which was a short scooter ride away. Great option for an extended stay

- Birte (8/5): - Wir hatten von vornherein ein Upgrade geplant und dieses auch gemacht! So kann ich zu diesem Zimmer keine Auskunft geben! Unser Upgrade war dann ein Premium Suite mit 2 Schlafzimmern und Marina Blick! Es war sehr großzügig geschnitten, jeder hatte ein eigenes Bad mit einer separaten Dusche! Die Betten waren hervorragend, wir haben super gut geschlafen! In der Küche war ein Geschirrspüler vorhanden, sowie eine Mikrowelle, Ofen und Herd ( alles Gas ) eine sehr großer Kühl- Gefrierkompination. Für den Kaffeeliebhaber eine kleine Nespresso Kapselmaschine.Jeden Tag wurde das Appartement gereinigt und Trinkwasser sowie Kaffee aufgefüllt! Für mich war wichtig, dass es eine Waschmaschine gab und die gab es, sogar eine richtig Gute! Nach Geschirrspülertabs, sowie nach einem Wäscheständer mußte ich fragen! Was mir nicht so gefallen hat, das Kochgeschirr war minder und Geschirr und Besteck gab es nur für 4 Personen, so mußte der Geschirrspüler oft unnötig laufen! Außerdem habe ich mir Spüli und Wäscheklammern gekauft! Gleich um die Ecken gibt es mehrere Einkaufsläden für die Selbstversorgung, sowie schöne Restaurants zum Essen gehen! Taxen gab es zu jeder Zeit vor der Tür und das Hotel hat auch immer ein Taxi organisiert. Ansonsten ist die Lage des Hotels direkt am Ende des Marina Walks, der Anfang ist am The Beach, dort ist auch viel mehr los! Trotzdem ist das Hotel sehr zentral gelegen und die Wege mit Taxen oft in 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

Also the daily breakfast and staff were excellent. Could not have asked for anything better. Only "issue" I could think of was the pool was down for maintenance, but they opened up the pools in the adjoining buildings, which worked out great.

However, I forgot my jewellery the day we were checking out i left it in the wardrobe to wear and i contacted the hotel after fromt he airport when i remembered but they claimed to have not found it. Extremelly disappointed as the jewellery was left there and my husband is my witness, as he asked me why is it in the wardrobe and i said '' i will put it on today when we leave''. I am upset that it was not investigated and resolved, for that reason we will not stay there again. This was not a very expensive jewellery , only from Cavalli, but was special to me

The restaurant served excellent food, the pool was warm and all the staff were very friendly. We will definitely visit again next year!

The breakfast could have been more varied ( same food everyday) Also, if you like sunbathing, the pool doesn’t have a great position, as there is no sun until 12 noon because of the other buildings around. - Jahanzaib (8/5): Great choice around Marina Harbour. - Hotel is located at nice location next to marina. Front and overall staff was very accommodating. Their apartments are huge, clean and comfortable and comes fully equipped with all the basic things. I was already upgraded to a bigger room even before I arrived at the hotel. Breakfast was decent and standard not too much variety. Pool is nice along with a hot water jacuzzi which my kids enjoyed a lot. We were celebrating my daughters birthday the hotel decor the room with cake, balloons and chocolate covered strawberries which was a great gesture. Pharmacy, supermarket right next to the hotel.

- David (10/5): No fault. Excellent - Fantastic Hotel. Everything is new, heard they opened September 2020. The rooms are spacious and the internet is super fast. Service is excellent and the location is perfect for us to wander off on the marina, there is no fault to be honest, you get what you pay for. So good, I extended my stay for another 7 days and cancelled another booking I had elsewhere.

- Barbara (8/5): Nice Hotel, good rooms - Room is impecable, towels are baby soft, bed and bed linen are super comfy. It takes 10 rings to reach the operator, if even possible. Private Dining order taker was knowledgable, friendly and prompt. Check-in was taking time, but I guess some staff is still in training. Location is a drama, getting out of this area might take 15 mins for no reason due to the tram blocking off all traffic.
