• Patrick (8/5): appartement très correct et satisfaisant - appartement très correct. bien chauffé, eau bien chaude, calme, très propre. l'emplacement est bon. Un peu à l'écart mais assez proche du secteur du rialto literie est moyenne (fatiguée) le mobilier un peu usée. des détails sont à améliorer comme toujours (du calcaire dans les douchettes).

• Kristýna (10/5): Excellent! - We had a great stay at this accommodation. The place was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. The location was also great. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The one bathroom shower could use a different shower curtain. The other places we were at had coffee and some little treats as a welcome. It was really appreciated to have coffee available every morning.
• Esther (7/5): - L'apartament és molt, molt ampli. Està situat a una zona tranquil.la i segura prop del mercat de Rialto. Cèntrica. El noi que ens va atendre era amable i disposat a ajudar. Tenir dos dutxes i lavabos és fantàstic per quatre persones. Tot i que finalment va anar bé m'ha atavalat una mica el procés d'entrada amb firma de contracte amb una empresa, omplir dades d'arribada amb una altre, pagar fiança a part que retornaran d'aquí uns dies... Potser és habitual a Itàlia (?). La casa disposava d'aires acondicionats portàtils que ens han anat.molt bé però eren sorollosos. Hem trobat a faltar una torradora. Haver de dur les deixalles a les barques de recollida ha estat també una murga a darrera hora (sobretot per haver pagat ja un concepte de neteja prou alt)

• Freya (10/5): - This is a fabulous apartment right in the heart of Venice but on a quieter street. Very walkable just a few minutes to the nearest water bus stop, the markets for fresh fish and fruit & vegetables and lots of local restaurants to choose from. Host communication was excellent, really responsive, on time to meet us and access the apartment. Very clean, with everything we needed for our stay. They had air conditioning units in the bedrooms which was great.

• Minea (8/5): Lovely apartment for our family vacation in the heart of Venice - The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to everything, but a bit further from the loud hustle and bustle of tourists. The apartment is big and very spacious, everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival. There are supermarkets, restaurants (recommending Trattoria Ai Botteri - they even have Gluten free pasta & pizza), cafes and a local market (fish & fresh produce) a few minutes away. The kitchen was well equipped and the Wifi worked well. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you. The water pressure in the bigger bathroom is a bit weak and need to wait for a long time for hot water but was not an issue for us as the other shower worked well. The smaller bathroom could use a little upkeep, but nothing too bad and I know from experience how difficult is to properly air the steam from bathrooms without windows. Both bathrooms were nice and clean though!

• Benjamin (10/5): - Great location to get everywhere, large apartment with huge bedrooms and everything needed for a few nights in Venice. Communication was very good and they made it all easy. Would definitely recommend for a family due to space and amenities. We have three teenage kids and even they liked it so it must be good!

The property is in a great location, very quiet, yet minutes from major tourist attractions. The apartment was clean, very spacious, and well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend, and would definitely stay there again.

The apartment was in excellent condition and the air conditioning in the rooms kept the bedrooms nice and cold. There were six of us and I asked them for suggestions to write here and we could not think of one. Great location to everything in Venice.
• Ina (9/5): Brilliant host that waited for us and very large comfortable apartment - Host waited for us and communicated the whole time via whatsapp as flight was delayd. There can be different marked bins to help with refuse recycle in kitchen. Will make it a lit easier

• Michael (7/5): Large clean place in a good location with sparse furniture and a lot of rules to abide by. The lack of a way to deal wit - The location and the size of the rooms There was a lot that we did not like about the property considering the rate we paid. Upon making the reservation you are ‘hit’ with a long list of rules and fines if something is not done correctly. There is a fine for every 10 minutes after the 10 am departure time. The information requested prior to check in was excessive. We know the data required for the police register and it does not include the home address of each guest nor does it require photos of our passports or a current photo of your face. We asked for a a 3pm check-in but started getting calls at 2.00 asking when we were arriving. We did the best we could to get there as fast as we could but we had to wait for three boats to get there since there were so many people. The most disturbing thing was that we had to take all of our garbage away even when departing on a Sunday. It was acknowledged that there is no collection on Sunday, but that we should just leave it at the market where it is usually left during the week - the police were there this morning so there was no way we were leaving our garbage there. We were told that we should take most of it away on Saturday which we did, but we are now at the train station with our garbage from the last 12 hours with nowhere to put it. lack of a functional kitchen - not even a toaster;

• Sam (9/5): comfortable bedrooms and spacious - location was great and plenty of space air conditioning could be improved but did the job, portable units in each bedroom and fans in living area.
