• Sasha (6/5): - Elevator can only fit one person comfortably and is like being a scary ride at an amusement park that has had its day… had someone walk in our room unannounced to check something but didn’t know what they were checking, had a person sitting at the top of the stairs were our room was when we entered our room and went out touring which was also strange. Our neighbours were very noisy as the walls are thin. The bed was comfortable, shower had hot water and the location was excellent… great shops, cafes and restaurants close by… along with the Eiffel Tower. Front staff were very friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for a luxury hotel, go somewhere else, but remember, you will pay a lot more too. Very convenient location close to the eiffel tower and close to the train.

• Abby (10/5): - It was a nice place to stay, however we found a couple hairs on the pillows and bed. As well the room attendant almost entered our room the next morning without knocking, while we were still in bed.

There was hair on the towels, sheets, and pillows, so cleaning not up to standard. And tea and coffee making facilities would be nice.

• Elsa (10/5): Au Pacific Hotel - We really enjoyed our stay at the Au Pacific hotel. However, the first stay our room faced the courtyard, which was quiet and had a breeze from 2 open windows (bathroom and front door). The second stay (we left Paris and came back), we were facing the side street. The noises were tough and it impacted my sleep- we had to close the window to buffer the street noise and the heat was stifling. I would recommend a courtyard side room, and we will definately be back but I will request the same. A wonderful coffee machine is downstairs, and we made our own coffee every morning. Breakfast is served though. The hotel is in a fabulous neighborhood, with cafes; bars; shops; grocery stores. It is only .5 miles from the Seine, and 2.5 miles from the Musee D'Orsay/Louvre area. We walked all over, and the Metro is convenient also. We ended up taking an Uber to and from the airport as this area has no bus to the airport. The staff was so friendly and accomodating when we asked to check in early.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice room but Services need improvements - Mine is a double room with window on the door. It sounds strange but actually quite a good design. No air conditioning in the room (it is still ok in June if you open the window). Reception service is ok (not friendly though). Dining room service is bad - the reception guy said we could enjoy tea and coffee in the dining area but the kitchen lady did not allow even we told her we were the hotel guest and there were many empty seats. It seems that she didnt want to clean up the desk (indeed we would take away all rubbish and no cleaning is required)

• Kirsten (10/5): - It was such a pleasant experience and stay. The staff were very friendly, even before me arriving as I had some questions about luggage storing and very late check in. There were someone in the reception 24/7, and anyone I spoke to were truly friendly, smiling and helpful. ☺️😃👍 Location was perfect between and close to two metro lines. Thin walls and doors, but I had my earplugs so I could sleep from the city noise (wasn’t bad), and keep the window open for fresh air during the night. I didn’t book breakfast as there was the best patisserie at the corner 100 m away, but a nice and free coffee station on the ground floor, as well as drinking water. I will definitely stay there again as it was great value for money, location was prime! 🙌🙌

• Claire (10/5): - The Pacific Hotel felt like a home away from home. I stayed here on my first trip to Paris (a solo trip when I was 20). The atmosphere of this hotel is so warm, cozy, and safe. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. I arrived early and they held my luggage for an hour while I went out, then had my room ready for me earlier than expected. They gave me tips on places to go and what to expect when I go out. I stayed on the first floor and I loved opening my window to the cute Juliet balcony and listening to the street sounds and smelling the fresh air every morning. The street (Rue Fondary) is relatively quiet and calm, and there are plenty of cafés, restaurants, and bakeries within a 10 minute radius. The Eiffel Tower is also very close. I will be staying here again soon. :)

Le petit-déjeuner était complet, même si nous aurions apprécié un plus large choix de fruits et du lait chaud. L'hôtel est propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons également apprécié la possibilité de laisser nos bagages sur place avant notre départ.

The building has a lift, something positive but the rooms are not that big. My room had a wooden pillar in the middle of it, something strange but ok. But I had a bad experience in the hotel. Some value in GPB cash disappeared from one of my luggage. But I only realized this two days after leaving the hotel when I was in another city going back to the UK. I’m sure that it disappeared in the hotel because I did not use this money in the other city. I made contact with the hotel but they could not help me unfortunately.

They were happy to store my best pre and post check in which was amazing! Don’t know that I’d pay for the buffet breakfast next time as options were limited.

• Elyse (8/5): - We chose this small hotel based on location primarily, and pricing second. It was well-managed, very good housekeeping, extremely clean and all staff were welcoming. The room was smaller than I expected, and I’d opt for larger next visit. It had a working balcony which was appreciated. Plenty warm in winter and great shower water pressure. The beds were very comfortable - white pressed linen, and great pillows. The only downside was sound travels across rooms, and some late night visitors or early morning travelers disrupted our sleep. Breakfast was also available on site for about 10 eu but we went out for meals every day.

• SEYED IMAN (10/5): - Very good staff and perfect location, we were there in pick time Olympic 2024, they tried to give us best available room and also every day they were changing sheets, we have to consider it was 2 star hotel but service was better than 3 stars, 15 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower, 5 minutes walk to supermarket backary and nail and massage services , coffee is available 24 hours in lobby this options are really good for price we pay.

We faced into the central courtyard and it was quiet except for one night, when loud Americans were having a conversation at 4am. No air conditioning, but fans were provided and we kept our windows open. Rooms small but clean. Shower had seen better days but it was clean too. This hotel worked well for our Olympics visit.
• Andre (8/5): Very simple and clean - We stayed for 1 night in August near the top floor. It was warm but there is no air conditioning/cooling, so we had to leave the windows open all night which is not as effective and we were bitten by insects. They still use physical keys and ask for them to be returned when leaving the hotel (and collected when returning). The lift/elevator is tiny - it can accommodate 2 people well plus 1 baggage at a squeeze - worth considering for larger parties. The area/neighbourhood was fairly quiet and clean. This is a budget hotel (but expensive during the Olympics) in an old building with thin walls and simple rooms - worth the money if you pay much less than we did!
• Shane (8/5): Two night stay in Paris - This is a two star Hotel in a great location (tourist attractions, shopping & metro). We had the accessible room so had quite a bit of space. Shower was really good and bed comfortable enough. There is virtually nothing else. No fridge or kettle though they had a coffee machine in reception you could use. We wanted to drink some wine and asked for glasses and were given paper cup??? It was over priced, but it was in the middle of the olympic games and all prices were inflated. While the hotel needs some (lots) of love and care, it worked well for us.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Small but comfortable! - We paid a great price so the value for money was good, location is also good for the Eiffel Tower and the room was comfortable although quite small and no fridge or kettle etc (should have read the details a bit better so my fault). Would recommend for anyone on a quick stopover wanting to be near the Eiffel Tower on a budget!
