En la actualidad no se encuentra como en las fotos. Todo estaba muy sucio. Había cucarachas. La mesa que indicaba tener la habitación, no estaba. Tuvimos que pedir detergente y esponja porque no había para lavar los platos. El patio, totalmente asqueroso. Al llegar, el departamento estaba sucio y en uso, por lo que nos ofrecieron otra habitación a 20 minutos de distancia. El anfitrión se comunicó con rapidez y resolvió el problema. Por lo que no puedo decir nada malo de él. Pero el departamento está en mal estado. Muy sucio.

• Lili (1/5): Booking.com should not book this facility anymore or downgrade it to a 3. Kitchen ware was terrible - Terrible. All the time there were guests struggling to use their electronic keyless system that does not work well. Why have a lock to get into the yard? Foreigners don't know how their electronic key system works and by the time you learn it most people have left. I stayed for a month and have eventually mastered it. Most of the time those inside the building come to the rescue of those trying to get in, which defeats the purpose of all these systems. They need to have staff in the building. The lock box where you pick up your card and the key does not always work. You are travelling for enjoyment not for irritation especially with lots of luggage and a country where it rains everyday during the monsoon and you are left outside wet with your luggage

It certainly will be Corzrum :-) - Fairley decent loaction wise. 10 Min walk from lively nightife and a 20 min walk from a higher end area with great shopping malls Cockroaches, grubby walls, no windows, dull, depressing. • Daniel (7/5): Secure, clean and quiet building, no reception staff, can be hard to find on google maps. - Located a short walk to the busy area of HCM city meaning you do not hear any bars or clubs etc. free filtered drinking water in the lobby. Accessing the property was difficult, there are no reception staff and you have to message on WhatsApp for code’s to access front gate then main door. The apartment is located up a back alleyway which was difficult to find at first but ok after that.

The balcony is so narrow it can't fit a chair. The wifi varied from ok to slow to zero. The lack of welcome is not nice and request for payment before check in is unreasonable.

• Euan (9/5): Nice room in quiet location - Very nice room in a good location. Nice and quiet set in a back alley off a very busy road. Very good communication with staff via messaging. It says no pre payment required on booking but they kept pushing for advance payment through their website, eventually agreed to cash on arrival. Make sure someone explains the door codes when you arrive. This didn't happen to us and it got a bit messy
• Vivien (4/5): I would look for a better place if I were you - Location is convenient. Bed is confortable. It has a nice desk to work. Minifridge and microwave were good for breakfasts. The photos ARE NOT AT ALL what the place is really like. On the day we checked in the room was disgusting. Not cleaned, a lot of hairs on the floor, spider webs and actual garbage under the bed. Empty water bottles and used tissues. I talked to the staff and on the next day they cleaned it. It was better, but still, the place needs maintenance and care. The drain in the shower is clogged and this was not fixed. I will look for a better place next time.
• Zoltan (1/5): Do not book unless it’s necessary - Only location is very convenient 1. Photos which is uploaded are not showing reality of condition. Condition of the property is way worse! 2. Cleaning at moving in and after wards is bad. Spiderwebs are everywhere, hair from previous tenants are still on the bed corners. 3. Bedding is dirty. When was complaining about it - host responded that they using low efficiency detergent and thats why there is stains on it. Furthermore, after so called “cleaning” host left me bedding with blood stains!!! Totally unacceptable! 4. WiFi - simply forget about that. Speed on your 4G sim card would be better. 5. Host stated that there is no prepayment before moving in - same not true. Can provide evidence that host requested payment way earlier before my moving in, with statement that otherwise this booking will be cancelled! 6. Noise levels from street are high due to using low cost windows and doors. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed in this stay. Worst stay ever…

• Clara (7/5): I would still recommend this accommodation although I was a bit disappointed compared to my expectations. - The room was of sufficient size and was rather clean. They also provide free toiletries and flip flops. The building is in a little alley which means that you are away from the street noise. The location is on the border of the District 1 so you have to walk a bit to get to the main attractions or get a grab. Special mention for the staff which was very nice and accommodating, always available by WhatsApp (although there is no front desk in the building). The room is a bit old and there are a lot of marks on the wall and the floor. The photos provided unfortunately do not match the reality anymore. But it is still a good accommodation.
• Subiya (4/5): Disappointing and unclean - We toured the entire country and this place is the only disappointment. The apartment is located inside an alley which isn’t very appealing. the only saving grace is that it’s located in the city centre and close to the tourist attractions. The room was quite dirty, it had cobwebs and hair in the bathroom and on the chair, the only window sill of the room was very dirty. It looked like the room was empty for quite long and someone just cleaned up the bed in hurry. No drinking water was provided to us either. We ourselves run a Homestay back in India and we know how a tropical country functions but cleanliness is our top priority when we host a guest. On contacting the property a member of the staff did come in but by then it was too late and we chose to just sleep it out.
• Rotem (3/5): Poor - The staff were reasonable and allowed us to cancel the remaining evening as they couldn’t solve the ants issue The apartment was full of ants and not clean at all. the location is near the center but becomes a bit uninviting in the evening, it is also not accessible by car and requires walking through a dark alley at night.

• Own (5/5): Good size apartment but not as spotless as it shows on the photo. - Good security, room has good size and good to have kitchen facilities. Bedding, towels and kitchen were clean. The property wasn’t as clean as it shows on the photo. I arrived in Vietnam 4 hours early, they don’t have option for early check in and requesting an extra full day charging. End up walking around until 2, and guess what, the property wasn’t really until another hour. Check in was so frustrating for me. The property distance from city center wasn’t far, but the street that the property is located on is not convenient.

• M4423HS_ (2/5): Incredibly bad experiences - We found the bed sheets were stained and smells used by dozens of people. The condition of room was surprisingly dirty which wasn’t ready for customers. While my boy friend is taking shower, I found ants and cockroaches. When a staff came to us to pick up our payment, we showed him a cockroache. We couldn’t sleep in a room with those conditions which was our last night in Vietnam. We had to leave right away. But they were happy to refund our payment. If you are looking for a clean room , this is not for you. I don’t recommend this place.
