• YUKA (8/5): 部屋狭いけどめちゃくちゃ綺麗！！！スーツケース広げるスペースはちょっと難しいかなーって感じでした。機内持ち込みスーツケースの大きさなら大丈夫でした🎵 - 場外市場に近かった(ホテル出て左に歩いて真っ直ぐ行くだけ)為、朝食べ歩きができたのとコンビニ数軒、薬局も徒歩圏内(5分くらい)にあったので良かった。 アメニティが少なく女性としてはシャワーキャップやメイク落としがあったらヨカッタなと思った

• Teresa (8/5): Great location. Clean. Comfortable. - Clean rooms, comfortable beds, quiet at night. Location is great - 4 mins walk to the Tsukiji outer market, 6 mins walk to Ginza and metro. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful but consistency varied slightly across shifts. Some amenities (such as toilet paper) needed to be requested, which could be a bit inconvenient at times. There are only two laundary machines and it is always busy, would have been nice if there are more than two.

• Jayne-Anne (7/5): Loved the breakfast at this hotel and would stay again but bring my own pillow! - Hotel was easy to get to from subway and had a fantastic breakfast selection with lovely staff in the breakfast area. Rooms had a bath tub and there was plenty of hot water. Hotel were able to store luggage before or after check in. As a woman travelling alone, I did not find the staff on the front desk very helpful. I had no power left on my phone - I had a wire but no plug. They were unwilling to help me to charge my phone even a little before I went out to buy a charger and plug. I later saw usb sockets in the restaurant upstairs which they could have allowed me to use. I would suggest having usb sockets available in lobby. The pillow was extremely uncomfortable. Perhaps it is the type liked in Japan, but it felt like cardboard. My friends who arrived a day after me all felt the same.

Room was a single but larger than some I have had in Japan. All very clean and could have fresh towels daily.. Laundry useful. The staff on reception were rather abrupt with me when I pointed out that I could have saved £55 over three nights by cancelling and rebooking. I thought they could have offered me breakfast as some compensation. Breakfast was 15000yen so I did not partake. I was surprised to get a kettle and mug but not even green tea bags. No availability in hotel. I have stayed at 11 hotels over 4 weeks and all have provided green tea and often other choices .
