• Ingrid (7/5): Wir haben die Zeit in London vor allem aufgrund der für uns günstigen Lage genossen. - Die Lage war für uns gut. Es sind genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants in der Nähe und der Bus ist schnell erreichbar. In der Wohnung war es geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es gab genügend Badezimmer. Die Kochmöglichkeit ist toll! Zwei Personen mussten im Wohnzimmer schlafen, wo es sehr laut war (Strassenverkehr) und das Schlafsofa wirklich nicht gut ist. Meine Tochter und ich sind nicht heikel und beide leichtgewichtig, aber das kann man eigentlich nicht als Schlafoption anbieten, wenn man diesen Preis bezahlt. Der Tisch im Raum ist schön, aber unpraktisch für eine Familie mit Kindern zum dran essen bzw gemütlich sitzen, da er wackelig ist und aus Glas. Das Wohn-/ Esszimmer ist für 6 Personen zu klein.
• Meriam (4/5): - Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gut Lage. Man ist mitten im Geschehen. Leider ist die Unterkunft nicht so wie auf den Bildern. Eigentlich ist alles dreckig und kaputt. Von Deluxe weit entfernt. Man muß auch wissen das es extrem laut ist und man die die U-Bahn hört und spürt. Wir haben vor Ort diverse Mängel an die Agentur gemeldet. Man hatte für alles Ausreden und es sei nicht so wie beschrieben. Trotz Fotos und Email. Wir haben am Abreise Tag Videos und Fotos gemacht damit es nicht heißt wir hätten noch was kaputt gemacht.

• Tatiana (10/5): Super séjour ! - Super emplacement avec les transports à deux pas. Quartier très vivant avec tout ce qu'il faut pour se restaurer, sortir et faire les courses. Appartement très agréable, propre, spacieux et équipé d'une grande cuisine. 3 WC et 2 SDB ce qui permet d'avoir son espace et son intimité lors d'un voyage en groupe. Il est dommage qu'il ne soit pas possible d'ouvrir les fenêtres des chambres au sous-sol pour aérer (proximité avec le trottoir ou porte-fenêtre fermée à clé du côté cour)

• Matt (7/5): Great location / fair price / fair property - Location is handy to be able to walk around Camden and be 2 mins from the tube Could do with a lick of paint and new carpets. There’s no natural air flow in the property so can get quite stuffy.

• Jon (4/5): Poor maintenance - The location is good. Close to underground and buses. The apparement was very nice, some years ago. They have been making too much money too long, without maintenance. Only hot water in one bathroom, water flush control broken, walls with marks all over... The explanation from the owner was they have no time for maintenance between bookings... As I said, they make too much money.

• Kirsty (8/5): Great stay, definitely would book again to stay in London. - We stayed here as we was getting the euro star in the morning. Great location. Lovely inside the apartment had everything we needed. Was a little bit of a faff getting the key to the apartment.

• Teodora (4/5): Not worth the money, don’t waste your time. - The only good thing was the precise instructions from the guest portal. The apartment wasn’t clean enough, there were hairs on the floor all over one of the bedrooms. The beds in the bedrooms are quite small for two people to sleep comfortable. Not to mention the sofa bed in the dining area.. you can not list this sofa as an option for sleeping .. that’s ridiculous! One of the bathrooms on the lower floor has stains all over the floor and walls. Extremely noisy in the living room and one of the bedrooms, the windows cannot open to let some fresh air, there is no ventilation in the main bathroom downstairs…

• Laney (7/5): Great location but this property needs some serious love - The location is fantastic. The water pressure was excellent. The sofa bed is really old and very uncomfortable. The living space is so tiny that you actually have to move the sofa bed to be able to open it! But you can’t leave it in that position because then you can’t get to the only cupboard that has pots and pans! The apartment had been cleaned where it matters most I guess - toilets and bathrooms and floors vacuumed. But it was clear this apartment has not had a deep clean or much love for a long time - carpets old and stained, skirting boards filthy, an empty cigarette packet in the balcony, etc. There was no plug for the kitchen sink and not even a new sponge - gross. The washing machine was broken - I accept that’s probably just unlucky for the host but I certainly hope they advised the next guests. Having to carry everything for a family to a laundry mat really is a hassle.

• Nikos_zan (8/5): Great Place, Good Value - Amazing Location, very convenient to travel around London using Metro lines, next to Camden Town station, 5 minutes walk from Camden Market. The Flat is spacious and well equipped (hairdryer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave) , and can easily accommodate 4 people . Place was very clean upon our arrival. Check-in instructions and website is very user friendly, and the staff's communication through booking is very fast. Camden is a busy place, and this can be noticed even when in the flat, if you are a lighter sleeper then the noise is an issue.
• Susan (10/5): Great Location for trips to London. - This was a beautiful apartment in a very central location. All the comforts of home, could not fault it. You can get the bus right outside the door to the centre of London or Westfield shopping centre. Would def recommend this apartment.

• Zara (6/5): Expensive that doesn’t live up to expectations. - Great location, good size property. (Stayed in 2 bedroom apartment) Took a £250 damage deposit off us but the property had a lot of damage to it. Carpets stained, walls scuffed and scratched, damp downstairs so metal stuff had rusted, mold and grime spots in bathrooms, broken flusher, stained and frayed blinds, bedsheets directly on top of mattress and stained pillows with no protectors, toilet brush filled with dirty water and also all rusted. We paid nearly £1000 for 2 nights and do not believe it’s worth the money at all, not the price I would expect to pay for this type of apartment. If it had been cheaper I would have expected it to some degree. Raised complaint with property when they asked me if everything was ok, after pushing they offered £100 maximum refund which I think is poor. On top of this they then cancelled my booking (put me down as a no show) so I couldn’t leave a review which is sneaky. I had to contact booking.com direct so they could send me a link to review. I wonder how many others they have done this to too so they can keep their reviews up. (They tried to say that the guests before us did the damage which was clearly not the case).
• Melika (9/5): Superb - Location spot on! Big Supermarket less than 3 mins away. You can literally see Camden Town station from the front door. The apartment itself was very clean and modernly furnished.
• Susan (10/5): Excellent, would recommend this stay - Fantastic location. Great apartment everything you would need. Clean. Quite noisy at night. Sirens and those coming back from the pub!! If you are in the front bedroom you hear everything. Did not ruin my stay though and would book again
