- weiwei (1/5): - 我订5月17号—19号二天住宿，由于行程有变，我提前与他们沟通要求是否可以把17号的退了，18我还是要住的，他们说不能退，要么取消，我二天全款买了的，他们说取消就取消，18号我到点办理入住，他们竟然说我的二天住宿是一个订单，全部取消，导致我不能入住，如果要再付50欧元，一，他们是有房间位置的，之前说取消没有房间，后面又让我出50欧，他们这种酒店处理方式根本不为客人所想所急，没有人性。只想赚不义之财。 二天付全款房，第一天要退一间，不可以，第二晚我人到酒店，他们说订单全部取消了，我客人要住的房间也取消，我到店后，让我再付50欧。让我再买一次我已经付款了的房间。

Okna nie są szczelne i słuchać co się dzieje na zewnątrz a impreza trwa do 7 rano! Potem słychać jak pracownicy miejscy czyszczą ulicę a na koniec jedzie beczkowóz i myje chodnik. Po godzinie rano robić się cicho… zatem pamiętaj by wziąć zatyczki do uszu

The location is perfect right in the city center, making it easy to explore everything nearby. Je me retrouve au petit déjeuner rien de prévu pour moi, j’ai eu droit à un thé et une orange j’ai signalé à la réception, ils me disent que j’ai trop d’allergie alors que départ tout était OK j’apprécie que ça fait très cher le petit déjeuner pour un thé et une orange. Aucun geste commercial. 🤬 D’où ma baisse de notes Attention pour ceux qui se fie au parking de l’hôtel, vous payez le prix négocier avec l’hôtel uniquement si vous ne ressortez pas la voiture, nous sommes restés deux jours comme nous avons ressorti la voiture c’était au tarif horaire parking de la ville😰

Teniamos una habitacion doble privada con balcón y el ruido de la calle por la noche era insoportable. Hay una discoteca en frente del hotel que cierra a las 6 de la mañana y da igual el dia, que siempre hay muchísimo ruido.

- Valerio (8/5): - Es un hostal muy bonito ubicado en el centro de todo. El desayuno muy rico también. À la hora de hacer check-in se pide dejar datos de la tarjeta apuntadas en un papel. No lo veo nada seguro. Y sino un deposito como garantía por pasarela. Pero el problema que el deposito puede tardar 5-7 días en devolverse.

- Sergio (5/5): Non vale quel che costa - Posizione Ci hanno dato una camera diversa da quella prenotata, e inoltre dopo il pagamento hanno preteso un acconto di 50€ NON specificato da nessuna parte al momento della prenotazione o del check-in. Inoltre chiedono un supplemento di 3,5€ a zaino per deposito bagagli. Assurdo
- Leela Naga Sabharinath (10/5): Value for Money! Great Location - The whole experience was amazing... the staff were super kind and helpful, special shout out to DILAN. He was super kind and very helpful throught out my multiple stays at this hostel... Thank you! :) The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. The Cafe was super cool too, loved their Coffee. The beds were super high haha... it was a little scary but the beds were super comfortable.

- Francielly (9/5): - Todo muy cómodo personal muy majo muy atentos buen trato cercano es un hostal muy ordenado que no perde para un hotel mis compañeros de habitación muy majos se notaba el nivel repetiré pronto El horario para entrada salida, por poner algo, pero es un problema general de todos los hoteles hay que cambiarlo es media mañana perdida de descanso se viene de horas de viagen pero una vez dentro ya te gusta todo.

- Javier (7/5): Regular - El Hostel en sí es muy bonito El primer día quedé encerrado en el baño, estaba roto el picaporte, 1 semana después siguió igual. En la cocina no hay para cocinar, solo calentar y no hay vajilla o es súper escasa, no había esponja para lavar.

- Bauer (7/5): Loved it especially because the personnel was so nice and helpful! - It was central, the personnel was really nice and they cleaned the rooms every day. The beds were also really comfortable and for a hostel it was actually really quiet. Be aware that there are no separate dorms, they’re all mixed and unfortunately I had very unpleasant guests staying in my room which is not the hostel‘s fault at all but I did feel uncomfortable especially at night with them in my room.
