- Alisha (8/5): - We had a great stay at the IntoMilan hotel. We travelled with our two children. The staff is great and the location is close to the Duomo and all the shopping. We had a bit of a hiccup on the first night. On the day our arrival, I realized I hadn’t heard from the hotel regarding the late night access. We were arriving late from Canada. Contacted the hotel and they said that we weren’t checking in til the next night. That sent me into a bit of a panic. We called Malika at the hotel and she fixed the mistake promptly. They put us up in one room one night and then moved us into a lovely two bedroom suite for the last night. Thank you to Malika and the staff for everything you did for us!!

- Daniel (10/5): Beautiful centrally located apartment - Beautifully modern and perfectly located, this apartment in Milan is a real gem. The space is stylishly designed with contemporary furnishings and thoughtful touches that make it feel both luxurious and comfortable. Its location could not be better — only a short walk from the Duomo, putting you right in the heart of the city with shops, cafés, and cultural landmarks all around. Despite its central position, the apartment feels peaceful and private, offering a welcome retreat after a day exploring Milan. Highly recommended for anyone wanting both convenience and comfort. Ps the ceiling of the apartment was amazing
- Kathleen (6/5): - INTOMILAN was located in the middle of a shopping area. I will say they gave excellent directions as to how to find them. We took a train to get to Milan and it was just a 10 minute short ride on the Metro. Take the M3 yellow line and get off at Duomo. From there it was a five minute walk. However, although it was a pretty looking room many things were broken or falling apart. The bed had a memory foam type mattress, which I did find comfortable. There were no keys given every door you need to enter you had a key code. There were 3 separate doors and 3 key codes. Unfortunately our first night the first code didn’t work. Thankfully someone was coming out of the building so we got inside. I don’t think I would stay there again.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, room is upscale and clean. We got a warm welcome and complimentary wine and juice. Highly recommend!

- melora (8/5): Convenient, comfortable, and quiet. - The location is excellent! Right near the Duomo. Having a convenient and comfortable hotel made a stay in a busy area of Milan relaxing. We had trouble figuring out how to work the elevator. The very helpful woman at reception booked us a car to pick us up the next morning, but it never showed up. That caused some stress, and running to catch the train in Milano Centrale.

- Enrica (10/5): One of the best - This is a really great place. Lovely space, impressive decorations, great WiFi and AC. It is located on a pedestrian street, so you have to walk a couple of blocks with suitcases, but all flat. They also arranged for a pick up as close as the driver could get for a transport to the airport. The ride was a little overpriced, but worth it for their professionalism and great communication.

He also called several companies until he found one that would actually pick us up at 4:30am to drive us to the airport!

The rooms are spacious but the top shower didn’t work. The place is located in a very centric but crowded and noisy area.

They had little welcome treats for us, even a small panettone! the location was amazing. Right down the street from the duomo and shops. My only con is that it is in on a busy street that can be quite loud at night but I had no issues with it. Just wanted to let other people know if they don't do well/are light sleepers. Overall I would 100% stay here again!

Once inside you take a lift to the first floor. The hotel desk is right there. The gentleman was very friendly and extremely helpful. He gave us gave us a list of restaurants, that he recommended. He also answered any questions we had. The room is lovely and decorated with modern decor. It is very clean and well kept. The location was great, about 10 minutes walking distance from the Duomo. I most definitely recommend staying here.

We have stayed here a couple of times before and it is centrally located but located just the perfect distance from the center that you can enjoy a quiet evening in your room.

- Myriam (8/5): - We stayed for 2 nights in a Junior Room. The room was very well appointed and in an excellent condition. Bathroom amenities were provided, as well as complimentary coffee, water and juice. Matar at reception was very helpful and overall the service was excellent. Our room looked out to the side street, but unfortunately due to renovations on the building exterior they were both covered and we had no view at all - I can’t blame INTOMILAN for this however. Our only complaint is the WiFi in the room, which half of time had no internet connection, and when it did it was excruciatingly slow. (They did try to fix it by rebooting, but it didn’t work.) Luckily our stay was short and we didn’t have too much work to do during that time. But the bad WiFi and lack of view did reduce our enjoyment of the room, and we had to spend as little time in it as possible.
