• Martin (8/5): Great location and value. - Great location, facilities and stuff. I enjoyed my stay and the access to the spa too. Unfortunately, the sauna and the steam room were not working, making the facilities of the spa only 50% operational on my day of stay. The location is right in the centre of Yerevan but still quiet. Spa not fully working.

• Andro (10/5): Very good, thank you! - The breakfast was very good—tasty and rich. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable; we slept very well. The staff were very friendly, and the environment felt safe. The hotel also had security checks at the entrance due to an international event, and the personnel remained welcoming throughout. There is nothing in particular that I would like to highlight.

В день выезда горничная сама без стука открыла утром наш номер и быстро закрыла дверь, увидев или услышав меня. Это не приемлемо для такого отеля, я была не одета.

Бронировал 20.12.25 2 номера сроком на 6 дней через booking.com, чтобы отпраздновать Новый год. При бронировании было указано, что предоплата не требуется платите на месте, отказ от бронирования 30.12. Для бронирования нужно было указать как гарантию банковскую карту. 22.12. отель попытался снять всю сумму около 1500€ с моей карточки. Всей суммы не оказалось, повезло, поэтому сняли только половину. Банк мне об этой операции не сообщил и я вовремя не увидел, что отель снял деньги. Представители отеля мне в этот же день начали присылать письма, что бронь аннулирована, я ответил что не отказываюсь платить, но оплачу по прилету и поселении, т.к. деньги на карте мне нужны для приобретения авиабилетов (как и было указано при бронировании на сайте). В конечном результате у меня без моего согласия сняли 750€, все деньги которые были на карте. Бронь аннулировали, праздники испорчены. Связывался с сотрудниками отеля, для возврата денежных средств, естественно мне отказали. Предложил оставить им деньги за сутки за 2 номера, тоже получил отказ. Наверное, таким образом они ведут свой бизнес 🤷‍♂️. Очень часто летаю в Ереван, останавливаясь во многих гостиницах, всегда встречаю очень гостеприимных и приятных людей, но такие …. встречаются первый раз. P.S. Если все же собираетесь останавливаться в этом отеле, то указуйте карты с нулевым балансом или недействительные. Сохраните свои деньги и нервы.

• Hussein (2/5): Bad - Location While some staff members were helpful, my experience with part of the reception team was not cooperative. There was no concierge service to assist with luggage, so I had to take my bags to the room myself. Also, the breakfast did not match the value paid.

• adnanocean (2/5): TERRIBLE HOTEL PLEASE SKIP - Very bad hotel I would really not suggest staying here the staff is rude and I don’t know how they rate this hotel as 4 or 5 star I would rate this only 2 star as they don’t have any service their gym js run by a private party which has the spa sauna all run by them called CLOUD7 which is extremely crowded with the outside public and very dirty as it’s a private gym any one can take a membership and use it so it’s extremely badly maintained also their staff is very rude and the amenities in the room for any thing like a shaving kit or brush you have go down to the reception and take it no one will bring it to the room another major set back of this hotel is they don’t use air conditioning if it’s cold outside it’s so hot in the room that we have to keep the window open and sleep which is a security and privacy risk I would suggest please never take this hotel.

Спасибо вам за такое гостеприимство! Номера классные и удобные, есть все необходимое. Отель в самом центре Еревана, что тоже очень удобно. Большой спортивный бассейн, так что шапочки обязательны. Меньше всего народу утром. Пожалуй не понравился только очень хлорированный джакузи.

These information should be prior booking and not after booking it. I used spa on final day but also didn't enjoy that it was overcrowded in the morning, as i guess hotel is selling abonnements to locals. It should be managed. Also when such think happens and spa services are closed there should be discount system. Breakfast overall is good but can be more variety of selections.

• Daria (7/5): - Наше пребывание в отеле в целом оставило приятное впечатление. Номер очень понравился: просторный, с приятным интерьером и свежим ремонтом. Есть всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха. Окна выходили на строящийся дом во внутреннем дворе, но нам это абсолютно не мешало. Отдельное спасибо персоналу — очень дружелюбные и приятные в общении. К сожалению, SPA-зона не оправдала ожиданий, хотя именно её наличие стало решающим фактором при выборе этого отеля. Сам комплекс хороший: большой бассейн, сауна, паровая зона. Однако огромный минус в том, что SPA доступен всем желающим, а не только постояльцам. В любое время дня и в любой день недели там очень много людей и детей. В бассейне на каждой дорожке постоянно по 4-5 человек, плавать практически невозможно. В пятницу вечером зона превращается скорее в шумный аквапарк, чем в место для релакса — в сауне одновременно находилось до 20 человек. Считаю, отелю стоит заранее предупреждать, что SPA открыт для массового посещения, так как для спокойного отдыха это место не подходит.

The room was quiet, clea, and with all one would need. Being able to sit and work in lobby when I had to wait for a few hours, they welcomed me without any problems! Christina welcomed me everyday at breakfast! Makes a difference!

Great location in the centre of the city, perfect staff, high expertise and professionalism of Hotell Inn chain along with Armenian Hospitality - it’s so great to feel in here as if you’re at home! It is completely personal approach to each guest everywhere - breakfast, room service, reception… , I admire this ! The hotel even gave me possibility to stay in the room longer since there was a possibility.

Each floor also had a water dispenser that the guests could use to refill their bottles for free—it was very convenient and it was what we appreciated the most during our stay.
