• Reinhard (5/5): Gute Lage für Tagestouren aber achten auf Zimmerwahl. - Das Hotel liegt optimal für Tagestouren zu Tulum, Chichen Itza, zu den Cenoten usw., da eine der Ein- und Aussteigeoptionen der Touranbieter (zB via GetYour Guidevia) direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite liegt. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption beherrschen perfektes Englisch. Gleich neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein 7-Eleven, damit kann man sich fürs Erste wunderbar versorgen. Das Hotel liegt fern ab der Strände bzw. des touristischen Lebens und man kann daher ansonten nichts wirklich machen. Wir hatten leider ein Zimmer direkt beim Lift und dieser hat sich bei jedem Klick auf den Holen-Button (egal von wo) mittels Klingel angekündigt und das war eine regelrechte Zumutung - darauf sollte beim Check-in unbedingt geachtet werden. Weiters sind die Wände sehr dünn bzw. die Zimmer hellhörig, was bedeutet, dass man das TV-Programm der Zimmernachbarn mitbekommt. Nach einer schönen aber sehr anstrengenden Tagestour eben nicht zu empfehlen, wenn man mal Ruhe haben und die gewonnen tollen Eindrücke verarbeiten möchte.

• j.ivangamboa (8/5): Excelente opción para el centro de Cancún - El desayuno esta bastante completo, la ubicación esta cerca de todo en Cancún, si el plan no es ir a vacacionar a la zona hotelera, este hotel es una excelente opción. La llegada al hotel es un poco extraña, la entrada al estacionamiento es por una calle un poco escondida y a partir de cierta hora la cierran y hay que estar pitando para que te abran.

• Thatiana (10/5): Excelente - Alojamiento muy limpio, reformado, siempre era un verdadero gustazo entrar y sentir el fresquito y el buen olor. Las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, todos los días cambio de toallas y limpieza, camas muy cómodas. Tienen servicio de lavandería lavadora y secadora con jabón para la ropa 100 pesos mexicanos, la ropa quedó muy bien tras el uso. El desayuno aunque no muy amplio, muy bueno y con variedad. La ubicación ideal para que te recojan los tour para las excursiones y para conocer el centro de Cancún. No tenemos nada malo que decir, 10/10.

Budynek przyzwoity, czysto na korytarzach. Miła obsługa na recepcji i na śniadaniu. Pokój był całkiem spory, czysty i schludny. Śniadanie w zupełności wystarczające, bez uwag.

• Pietro (2/5): Unfair - Nothing After the flight was canceled, I contacted the hotel to ask to postpone the reservation by one day or cancel it altogether, as we were only staying for one night. The hotel never responded and kept the money. This was unfair behavior on the part of the hotel.

• Sharon (7/5): It served it's purpose for a shower, a nap and a repack coming off a long long journey. - The staff, water, decor, scent and overall impression arriving was very welcoming. The room was large, bed was comfortable and AC worked well. The "best burger in town" across the street (Marco told us about it) offered a FANTASTIC burger, and the 711 downstairs along with the bank makes for a super convenient airport hotel. The price was decent and the kind staff kept our luggage for our return on Friday 25. The toilet clogged upon the first real use. There was construction on the steps to the hotel when we entered (men were pleasant). There was renovation dust on my bathroom door so every time we opened or closed it we got sprinkled. Fortunately I had booked another hotel using my points so after a shower and a nap, we left for Canopy by Hilton. The view of the Ferris Wheel (along with a pool) was highly enjoyed for our first morning waking up in Cancun, as opposed to the view of the construction outside our window at Fairfield.

Para um hotel no exterior este possui um café da manhã que atende as necessidades de seus hospedes que precisam se alimentar antes de sair para seus tours com uma variedade suficiente de alimentos. Próximo de Shopping, lanchonetes, e conveniências que deixam a hospedagem mais prática. A água do chuveiro demorava muito para esquentar, o que quando você sente frio em determinada hora do dia pode ser um ponto negativo para a questão de tempo.

• Jan (9/5): a good choice if you want to stay in downtown cancun - Its a very nice hotel direct on the most popular avenida tulum street. from the terminal station of the airport bus to the hotel it needs about 20 minutes walking. in the near of the hotel you find all you need (cash dispenser, covenience stores, restaurants...) the hotel staff is very helpful, charming and smart, specially the lady who managed the breakfast area is very friendly every morning.

• paolo (3/5): Faricoso - La disponibilità dello staff Ho soggiornato in tanti marriot ma questo oltre ad avere il nome non ha nient’altro. La colazione scadente inoltre arrivati una mattina alle 9:20 -chiusura alle 9:30- non abbiamo trovato quasi nulla con una fretta a svuotare i banchi in pratica alle 9:30 era tutto sgombrato. In un altro giorno mancava il pane per i toast pietanze sempre uguali e poca varietà. La camera sufficiente solo con poco spazio armadio. Nella nostra permanente cattivo odore proveniente dalla doccia fatto presente più volte ma nessuno si è preoccupato. Posizione scomoda per la spiaggia e zona notturna si deve prendere sempre il taxi. Nelle vicinanze qualche ristorante scadente e null’altro. L’ultima serata si è raggiunto il massimo verso mezzanotte tornando da un tour una famiglia italiana sostava nella hall perché si erano persi la prenotazione.

Personal amable, como todos en Mexico :) Quizas mejorar el desayuno. Y escuchamos niños corriendo en los pisos de arriba tarde-noche. Ademas de eso, nada que acotar :)
