- William (9/5): Enjoyable and Comfortable Stay in Downtown Orlando - Nice downtown property. Easy walk to Lake Eola Park and Pavilion Staff were courteous, and attentive. Room was clean, attractive, and comfortable. Shower head was the best of any domestic hotel stay. Enjoyed the lobby bar and restaurant. For overnight security and convenience, opted for valet parking. Valet staff were great, but rate and tipping proved to be an expensive add-on to stay. Garage and metered street parking are nearby.

- I122UKspencers (10/5): Relaxing, high quality stay - My girlfriend and I stayed here while attending a wedding nearby. The hotel was amazing - clean and spacious rooms, great breakfast, and exceptional valet service. Aidan, Will, and Mark were very helpful and welcoming, checking in and out was smooth thanks to them. Definitely going to stay here again next time I visit Orlando.

I am visiting Orlando for training for a local court reporter job and I needed to get an assignment done for the next morning. The work was to be uploaded from two separate laptops. One had internet access and the other, surprisingly, did not. I tried everything I could. Finally, I went to the front desk for help. Thankfully, Angela was there. She accessed the problem and came up with a solution. She provided a promotional code that provided internet access to that secondary laptop. Without her help, I would have had an incomplete. Thank you, Angela, for your superior customer service!
