• Yvonne (5/5): Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hier wären es volle 5 Sterne - Die Lage ist wirklich top und kaum zu überbieten. Es war sehr sauber und ganz ruhig. Wenn ich ein Apartment mit Küchenzeile miete, dann erwarte ich auch einen Tisch zum essen, auch wenn es aus Platzgründen nur ein Campingtisch ist, aber gar kein Tisch ist eigentlich keine Option. Die Steckdosen waren teilweise nicht funktionsfähig und alles in allem gehört dringend mal renoviert (neuer Anstrich, ggf neues Bad) aber vor allem mehr Ausstattung (Geschirr, Besteck und besagter (Camping)tisch. Eigentlich hatten wir auch einen kleinen Balkon erwartet….

• Veronika (4/5): Neodporúčam v teplejších dňoch - Ubytovanie je naozaj v skvelej lokalite. Kúsok hneď 2 nástupištia metra , takže sa dostanete všade. Na okolí veľa pubov, reštaurácii, obchodov s potravinami, ale aj suvenírmi ,lekáreň. Naozaj všetko čo potrebujete na okolí. Na izbe nefungovala klímatizacia. Bola tam, ale nefunkčná .Mali sme na izbe ventilátor malý, ktorý ani neprúdil vzduch , takže úplne zbytočne. Keď som si vypýtala druhý ventilátor alebo nejaké riešenie bolo mi povedané, že už druhý ventilátor nemajú skladom. V tej izbe sa nedalo fungovať. Horšie ako v saune. Vôbec sme tam nespali poriadne ani jednu noc, kvôli tomu teplu. Odporúčam ubytovaniu opraviť klimatizáciu. V kúpeľni neporiadok , neumytý sprchový kút. Sem by som sa už určite nevrátila.

Ładne otoczenie budynku ale niestety okna wychodzące na studnię kamieniczną. Wyposażenie kuchenki bardzo słabe, brak jakiegokolwiek noża do krojenia, Brak możliwości spożywania posiłku przy stoliku. Nieprzyjemny zapach stęchlizny w pokoju.

Good strong shower plenty of hot water Could see water stains etc on divan bed base, bit off putting. Air conditioner didn't work. Steps to mezzanine level for other beds very steep with narrow tread- quite dangerous. French door didn't lock properly so basically had to chance it when leaving all our stuff in when out for the day. Not secure. Radiator in bathroom piping hot so felt like a very hot sauna when using bathroom, couldn't turn down.

• SANDRA (9/5): Ubicación inmejorable calidad/precio - La ubicación es inmejorable, en la calle paralela hay un acceso al metro y numerosos restaurantes, cafeterías y supermercados. El personal muy amable, sí que es verdad que en general no entienden el español pero se hacen de entender con amabilidad. Cuando llegamos, tuvimos la suerte de coincidir con una chica, creo que era la Manager, que hablaba perfectamente español y nos explicó todo a la perfección. Tuvimos un percance con la habitación, nos explicaron que no estaba disponible para nosotros ( creo que entendí que por error se la habían ofrecido a otra familia) y nos ofrecieron cambiarla por otra mejor, a coste 0€ y la verdad que mucho mejor. Quizás él no poder regularizar la temperatura de la calefacción. Estuvimos en el puente de Mayo y nos hicieron días de calor y si cerrabas la ventana, no se podía estar del calor que hacía, pero dejando la ventana un poquito abierta toda la noche, se estaba de lujo. Pero también es que en esas fechas no era normal esas temperaturas en la calle.

• Ádám (6/5): - The location of the accommodation is excellent and it offers good value for money, but the issues mentioned above somewhat diminished the overall experience. The staff were very kind and helpful, which was definitely a positive aspect. The first apartment we were given could only be reached by climbing an additional small staircase beyond the highest level accessible by elevator. Since we were traveling with a small baby and a stroller, the reception staff already informed us that we could change rooms if it was not suitable. As there were no other available rooms at the time of our arrival, we accepted it. Unfortunately, the toilet stopped working after a single flush. There also seemed to be an issue with the toaster, because when we tried to use it, it tripped the circuit breaker. At that point, it was clear that we needed to change rooms. The positive aspect of the first apartment was that it had plenty of natural light. Our new apartment was on the ground floor, which was very convenient with a stroller; however, we were greeted by a very strong food smell that remained even after airing out the room multiple times, and unfortunately we had to endure it throughout our entire stay. The room overlooked a small internal “Lichthof” (light well/courtyard), which meant that very little natural light came in. The room itself was clean; however, the towels and trash were not replaced automatically, and we had to request this separately. A cutting board was really missing from the kitchen, but apart from that everything was fine.

• Kornelia (5/5): Alles in allem war es für 3 Nächte ok aber länger wollte ich nicht dort wohnen . Wirklich spitze ist die Lage , allein d - Die Lage ist einfach super , unweit von 3 U Bahn Stationen , Cafés, Restaurants, Supermarkt ,Hydepark und Kensington Palace. Check in im MSK Superior war einige Hausnummern weiter möglich , ging schnell genauso wie das aus checken da ließ man einfach die Schlüsselkarte im Zimmer. Das Zimmer ( Nr 8 )für zwei Personen war doch sehr klein , Bett für uns zu hart und schmal . Küchenzeile war vorhanden mit 2 Herdplatten , Microwelle , geräumiger Kühlschrank. Sitzgelegenheit war kaum zu gebrauchen , es ist eine schmale Theke an der Wand und 2 Barhocker davor das ganze ca 50 cm vom Bett entfernt , wenn man den Hocker ans Bett schob konnte man knapp sitzen . Geschirr gab es etwas Besteck , Pfanne , kleiner Topf und das ganze steht unter der Spühle was ich nicht appetitlich fand. Tassen und Gläser in einen Schrank über der Dunstabzugshaube . Bad war sehr klein , schätzungsweise 2 x 1,5 m , wenn man auf Toilette sitzt kann man kaum die Türe schließen die Füße stehen an der Tür an .Steckdose im Bad gibt es nicht und das Licht ist nichts zum sich schminken wollen . Handtücher waren da aber ein kleineres pro Person mit dazu wäre schön gewesen . Bettdecke war sehr fleckig. Gehörte alles dringend modernisiert. Schrank war vorhanden und ausreichend allerdings ohne Kleiderbügel .

• Jose Guillermo (2/5): Not worth it - The location. I was misled from the beginning. The receptionist mentioned that tea, coffee, and cups would be available in the room, but when I arrived there was nothing there. When I messaged him about it, he insisted he had spoken to the staff and confirmed that tea and coffee were in the room, so I then had to send a video proving that nothing had been provided. Later, I was told that staff would come in the morning to sort it out. However, I specifically requested not to be disturbed because I had an important audition the next morning and needed to rest properly. (Bear in mind that the replies I received were already late.) Despite my request, someone knocked on my door before 9am, and shortly after that they started vacuuming the floor. It was extremely disappointing and impossible to rest with that level of noise. On top of that, the curtain was so thin that the room became very bright as soon as the sun rose. I also booked this hotel specifically because it clearly stated that there was a lift. Since I was travelling with a double bass and a stool, this was essential. However, I was given one of the rooms above the lift level, which meant I had to carry the double bass up narrow stairs and then go back downstairs again for the stool and hand luggage. I travelled from London and chose this hotel mainly because it was close to the venue for my competition. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations at all. I will definitely look for other options in the future. If you are a traveller looking for a good place to rest and sleep properly, this is not the place for you. • Rachel (8/5): Fantastic location and good size rooms - Great having a small kitchen in the room. Was warm but we were able to borrow a fan as the air con doesn’t work. It’s so useful being able to leave your luggage there. Only a 5 min walk from 2 tube stations and a ‘hop on hop off’ bus stop. Would definitely stay again. Air con would be great for the summer.
• Janiak (9/5): Dobra baza wypadowa na rodzinne zwiedzanie miasta. - Znakomita lokalizacja - przy wspaniałym Parku Kensington, w pobliżu dwie stacje metra, restauracje i sklepy. A jednocześnie ulica na tyle cicha, że można było odpocząć. Miejscówka wygodna dla pięcioosobowej rodziny - na dwa, trzy noclegi, idealna. Nie było suszarki, żeby ułożyć umyte naczynia ani ściereczki - to drobiazg, a mógłby trochę ułatwić pobyt.

Me han prometido vistas en la reserva, y la habitacion tuvo una ventana pequeña sucia en el interior del edificio que olia desagradable. He pedido en la recepcion el adaptador para los enchufes ingleses y no se preocuparon mucho, me recomendaron a comprarlo:-)

• Stara (5/5): Great location rooms are not quite upto standard. - The location is amazing, close to tube stations and shops. The staff were amazing, the WhatsApp contact was instant response. The decor is outdated and could do with a refurb, the walls are also paper thin you can hear everything. Despite that we did have a good nights sleep. Very limited in terms of kitchen items, especially if you were planning on using kitchenette area.
• Marie (9/5): super sejour en famille! - Emplacement super proche de tout, commerces a proximité, metro bus bref tout est proche. L'hotel était propre et cosy. Attention il faut penser qu'il n'y a pas de volets aux fenêtres . La poele et la casserole pour faire a manger n'était pas de première fraicheur..mais bon nous n'avons utilisé la cuisine que pour le petit dejeuner. les matelas étaient un peu mous , et la poele et la casserole pas en état.

Too hot in room, used fans provided, but they were to noisy to use to get to sleep, and double bed was too soft for a comfortable sleep. Could find remote for air-conditioning

• ALEJANDRA (7/5): - El alojamiento es cómodo para viajar en familia como nosotros, que íbamos con un niño chico y optamos por cenar en el hotel todos los días. La pequeña cocina con todo lo imprescindible lo hace muy cómodo. Por mejoras teniendo que es un alojamiento con cocina donde vas a comer pondría una pequeña escoba y recogedor por apartamento, ya que como no te lo limpian todos los días, el menos mantenerlo tú.

Nell armadio c era di tutto: dall asciugacapelli al ferro da stiro, addirittura più di un ventilatore e qualche federa in più. Professionalità e competenza: era caduta una collana nel lavandino e hanno prontamente chiamato qualcuno per venirci ad aiutare… collana recuperata! C’era un solo asciugamano a testa. Pochi mobili (es. Comodini o comò) dove poter posare le proprie cose.

• juan (8/5): Muy buena ubicación pero con faltas - La ubicación del sitio es muy buena. Paralela a una calle llena de tiendas y comercios de comida de todo tipo. El personal no habla nada español. Y la habitación es para 5 personas y no tiene ni armario. Tuvimos que dejar la ropa en el pollete de la ventana. El menaje de cocina escaso. El baño pequeño.

• Cathy (8/5): Recommended for comfortable, affordable, central accommodation. - Location was excellent, very close to two underground stations and buses. Close to Hyde Park. Lots of choices for dining, takeaways and supermarket 10 minute walk away. Third time I have stayed in this area. No tea towels for drying dishes.

• Sofía Ayelén (7/5): Bien - La zona nos ha gustado mucho, cerca de supermercados y restaurantes. Justo al lado tiene 2 paradas de metro y paradas de bus que te llevan al centro. Para quedarse un par de noches está bien. Hay muchísimo ruido, se escucha todo. Nada de intimidad, porque escuchas todo lo que hablan de la habitación de al lado, hasta cuando caminan. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, las puertas están llenas de polvo.

• Joern Philip (9/5): Top Lage zu einem fairen Preis. Wir kommen wieder. - Super Lage, alles sauber, sehr freundliches Personal. Es gab vermutlich eine Klimaanlage, aber keine Info darüber und die vorhandene Fernbedienung hatte keine Funktion.

• Zane (8/5): - The apartment is very conveniently located, just a short walk from metro stations and Hyde Park. The kitchen is quite well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable. The “Superior” triple studio differs from the photos shown on Booking.com. In reality, the terrace is very small and is enclosed between internal building walls. • Gemma (3/5): Non 4 stelle… - Posizione ottima. Ho alloggiato in questo hotel per 4 notti. La reception si trova solo in uno degli edifici perció alcune camere sono collocate in edifici adiacenti senza reception. Nella camera la porta del bagno non si chiudeva e rimaneva aperta. La finestra della camera era rotta, scorreva molto male e aprirla non era così semplice. La tenda praticamente inesistente quindi entrava subito la luce da fuori al mattino presto. L’edificio non è assolutamente insonorizzato, si sentono tutti i rumori sia dalla camere adiacenti che da fuori. In quattro giorni non sono mai stati fatti i servizi per la camera (pulizia, cambio lenzuola o asciugamani). Abbiamo chiesto la carta igienica che avevamo terminato per due volte, la prima volta ce l’hanno portata la seconda non ce l’hanno portata e oltretutto non hanno neanche risposto al messaggio. L’unico aspetto positivo è la posizione, molto comoda vicino alla metro.
• Adam (6/5): Suitable for a few nights and great location.. - Great location near Bayswater and Queensway Tube stations. We needed to catch a flight from Heathrow early morning, and it was very quick and easy to get to Paddington for the Heathrow Express or the Elizabeth line. Queensway also has some great pubs and restaurants, and the area doesn’t feel too much like being right in central London. When we arrived, we were assigned a room that clearly wasn’t the one I had booked. I went back to reception and another room was allocated, but the experience didn’t give me good vibes and felt slightly like we were being fobbed off. I had booked a room for three people, and the first room felt more suitable for a couple at most. The room we stayed in felt a little tired and in need of a refresh. Some members of our party also found the beds very hard and uncomfortable.

• Cila (3/5): Grimy, uncomfortable and overpriced for what it was. - The location is great, right next to Hyde Park, great for experiencing the park. The neighbourhood is cute. Grocery stores, a few cafes/restaurants. The room was tiny and awkwardly laid out. There was a huge glass table plunk in the middle of it, even as one person I barely had space to move or keep my stuff. The USB chargers were broken. No coffee-making facility. No hand towels, kitchen roll, Kleenex or dish towels. The kitchen sponge had hair on it. Although it was a bedsit style flat with microwave, etc. there were no wine glasses, no basics like salt/pepper/oil. The main (street) door didn't shut properly; every time I went in and out it was open, which felt very insecure. When I requested kitchen towels, etc. it took multiple messages to get them brought over. Also the bed/pillows were uncomfortable; the linen was cheap and gross. Basically, the whole thing was grim. If I'd been planning a longer stay, I would have left early.
• Montseer88 (5/5): - Fantastic location, bayswater and queensway stations in less than 5 minutes walk, Paddington Station with Elizabeth line 10 minutes walk. The location is superb. Cleanliness not great, electricity stopped working for a whole day and I lost practically all the food in the fridge, fire alarm kept going off just by using the toaster.
