Det var svarta märken på väggarna och svarta märken på kanten av sängen., Duschmunstycket var svart av lort, även utloppet för vattnet i handfatet var lortigt. En del i dörren till duschen trasig. I sängen hittade vi kryp som såg ut som vägglus och under lakanet hittade vi flertalet små bruna fläckar. När vi sa att vi inte ville bo kvar nekades vi återbetalning. Skulle absolut inte rekommendera att bo där.

• Tony (6/5): Des prestations assez décevantes pour un 4 étoiles - Le personnel était très agréable et l’hôtel très propre Dites adieu à votre intimité , le toilette est situé juste derrière une porte vitrée , on voit tout à travers … l’eau chaude arrive par intermittence , le petit frigo fait du bruit toute la nuit et le jour passe beaucoup en dessous de la porte … dommage

Stayed in the hotel for 3 nights, the air conditioner was broken has to call reception to turn it on multiple times during the night. Complained about the hand shower nozzle, which was ignored.

• Jacqueline (9/5): This is a location convenient to tram, bus and airport. But there are very few good restaurants nearby. - The check-in staff were incredibly helpful! I’m sorry I forgot her name. She was wonderful. Small things make a difference. There are two shower nozzles but the instructions on how to swap them didn’t help. One of the shampoo bottles was empty. My second room, the shower door was so tight, you could not avoid turning the water off as you entered.

• Carmen (3/5): The noisiest hotel - Clean and on surface looked good The noise - the wall fridge made a noise all night which made sleeping uncomfortable. The water in the shower was uncontrollable. It came either very hot or very cold. Bathroom very very small and sink was in the bedroom. Noises all night.
• Giuseppe (8/5): Sinceramente ci ritornerei, perché siamo stati benissimo, ma farei notare queste cose in reception. - La posizione della struttura è ottima per prendere il tram da Guidoni. Vicino l'Hotel c'è un ristorante molto buono se volete mangiare carne, pesce o pizza, ma NON è il ristorante di fronte l'hotel. La camera è molto bella e pulita tutti i giorni. Il personale sempre cordiale in qualsiasi istante della giornata. Per un 4 stelle avrei preferito un bagno più grande e più accortezze nella manutenzione del bagno. Inoltre il frigo in camera non funzionava.

• Sonia Regina (10/5): A equipe é ótima. Nos conseguiram táxi para a madrugada, o que nos deixou dormir tranquilos - O hotel fica a cerca de 1Km do Aeroporto. Ficamos nele no último dia de Florença, já que tínhamos que estar às 4h da manhã no Aeroporto. Muito conveniente. O banheiro é muito, muito pequeno.
• Sara (7/5): - letto comodo, arredamento moderno e particolare, simpatico, mette di buon umore, tante luci diverse così da poter modulare l'intensità dell'illuminazione, molto pulito. check in e check out un po' lenti, c'è sempre coda al desk, tenetevi qualche minuto in più. assenza totale di areazione naturale. SOLO AREAZIONE ARTIFICIALE: per una claustrofobica come me è stato opprimente e sconvolgente. Non me lo aspettavo, dalle foto percepisci altro perché nelle stanze ci sono vetrate luminose ma sono sigillate, anche il bagno non aveva finestre, e sembra ci siano tavoli in un giardino, una zona esterna, ma è il piano -1 e anche questo è tutto una vetrata sigillata: sei chiuso in un blocco.

Man findet kaum der Eingang mit der Auto, danach sind alle Ein Bahnstrasse und man muss ziemlich weit fahren um zurückzukommen. Parkplätze sind eine Mangelware. Das Hotelzimmer stank fürchterlich.. die Fugen waren alle kaputt oder beschädigt.. Die Lage auch nicht die beste in dieser Gegend.. Das Bett war bequem.

• Tereza (5/5): eher 3-Sterne Niveau - unweit von der Autobahn, beim Frühstück Starbucks-Kaffee auch zum Mitnehmen der Boden war ziemlich schmutzig, die Zimmer waren hellhörig und oberhalb der Tür leuchtet die ganze Nacht ein grünes Licht, das sich nicht verdecken oder ausschalten lässt und das extrem viel strahlt. Das Niveau des Hotels entspricht eher einem 3-Stern-Niveau.

En daarna (na 10 uur als ontbijt is geëindigd) 3 euro betalen voor een koffie, is geen geld. - Mooie kamer, goed bed wat lekker lag. - In andere reviews klachten gelezen over de badkamerdeur (zou "flimsy" zijn, andere gast had last van geluid, ik zelfn iet), dit bleek een glazen deur te zijn. bovenin de badkamer precies achter de deur hing een ventilatiesysteem, als je het licht aanzette van het badkamertje (het was redelijk klein), dan begon deze te loeien vanwege het ventilatiesysteem. geen last van gehad, als je het licht uitlaat! dus dat viel mee. - douche was heerlijk, lekker ruim en goed warm! - verder goed verzorgd, en de receptiemedewerkers waren echt super aardig en behulpzaam. ik kwam laat aan de receptie 24H open, waarvan ik verder geen last heb gehad. ik kwam zelf rond 23 uur 's avonds pas aan vanwege vertraging met de Frecciarossa, maar dat was geen probleem. Echt heel fijn! - Tram naar centrum van Florence is op 8min. lopen, halte is heel goed bereikbaar. Er staan duidelijke aanwijzingen welke tram je moet pakken naar het centrum. Je bent binnen ong. 20 min. bij station Santa Maria Novella. Echt ideaal! - het ontbijt viel tegen qua keuze, het was wel erg lekker maar ik vond het beleg erg weinig. je had alleen kaas en kalkoenfilet, en gebakken eitje. er was alleen lactosevrije melk, wie drinkt dat nou? geen halfvolle of volle melk, geen zoet beleg, vond ik persoonlijk als Nederlander erg weinig. - 1 medewerker bij het ontbijt was echt onbeschoft, het legde echt een paar keer hetzelfde uit en sprak geen Engels. ik vroeg hem of er volle of halfvolle melk was en hij ging alle artikelen benoemen die in het koelkastje lagen. hij pakte daarna zijn telefoon en liet zijn bericht vertalen in Engels. voor een hotel vond ik dit echt heel raar, ook omdat hij gelijk zei tegen mij dit is lactosevrije melk. dat had ik inderdaad gezien.. dezelfde medewerker stond ook achter de desk bij het ontbijt en zei gelijk "je moet betalen". bij het inchecken was dit niet zo, de receptiemedewerker zei (zoals in de meeste hotels) gewoon dat je bij het uitchecken kon betalen of na het ontbijt. Ik vond dit echt heel erg onbeschoft dat hij zei "wist je wel dat het ontbijt 12 euro kost?? je moet NU betalen of anders mag je hier niet komen." vandaar dat ik het hotel een laag cijfer geef, ik vond deze "gozer" echt heel onbeschoft. hij zei dit ook tegen andere gasten, waarvan 1 gast zelfs 3x aan hem antwoordde: "ja ik weet dat ik het ontbijt nog moet betalen, ja dat weet ik, ja dat weet ik", en de medewerker bleef maar doordrammen over die (te verwaarlozen) 12 euro. Kom op zeg.

• John (8/5): Conveniently close to the airport. - We stayed here to be close to the airport for an early flight the following morning. The hotel met our expectations and was close to the tram station. We had a 7 AM flight the following morning. We walked to the Guidoni tram station at 5 AM, and felt safe enough during the 15 minute walk. The tram arrived around 5:20, and we got to the airport with plenty of time to make our flight. The employee at the desk was very helpful, and also offered to arrange a taxi for us in the morning, but we elected to walk to the tram station. The frame to the shower in our room was held together by duct tape - but it worked fine.

• Marcella (8/5): - Local limpo, confortável e muito bom para passar uma noite em Florença. O café da manhã não estava incluso, tivemos que pagar a parte mas super justo. Próximo ao aeroporto. O Estacionamento deixou a desejar, no anúncio eles colocam que há vaga inclusa, e há mas não vagas suficientes para todos os hóspedes. Ao todo devem ser 15 vagas, e você só consegue estacionar por ordem de chegada.

Staff competente e disponibile. Parcheggio con pochissimi posto auto, occorre utilizzare quello pubblico.
