Enseguida nos atendieron como en un hotel de lujo, nos ofrecieron ayuda para bajar las cosas del auto, nos mostraron la habitacion. La habitacion hermosa, grande, con todo un ventanal y silloncitos. Increible. Y el hotel en si, toda la parte en comun es hermosa, todo vidriado, parte del techo vidriada, se ve hermoso el paisaje, los arboles, el cielo, muy muy lindo. El desayuno muy completo, muy rico,pasaban a preguntarnos si queriamos algo mas, nos atendian en la mesa, musiquita tranqui de fondo, mobiliario e interior todo en madera y ventanales con vistas hermosas. La verdad que un lujo. No pudimos aprovechar el espacio de afuera que se veia hermoso porque el dia estaba medio feo, pero aprovechamos adentro para descansar en los sillones, tomar un cafecito y disfrutar las vistas.

La calidez de la gente del lugar, las instalaciones, habitaciones, todo es lindisimo. Mi puntuación es 10/10. Lo único: no es un buen plan para sillas de ruedas o cochecitos de bebés. Hay mucha escalera y la hostería está en altura. Pero teniendo en cuenta eso, todo impresionante. Gracias por unos días tan lindos! Volveremos! Todo excelente.

- Lyndsay (10/5): Fabulous small hotel in a beautiful setting. - Fantastic small hotel/bed and breakfast. Super comfortable bed and lovely furnishings. Our room was spotless and the only thing missing for us was air conditioning. The gardens are lovely and there is a beautiful small swimming pool with a view of the mountains. There is even a food truck that you can use at lunchtime. The lake is a 1 minute walk away making the location (a short drive from Villa La Angoustura) perfect. Paula was extremely helpful on the front desk and we had a fantastic stay. Thank you. Highly recommended. Air conditioning in our room would’ve been good.

Los ruidos, persistentes desde la habitación de arriba que corría un niño seguramente, gente jugando y hablando en tono de voz elevado . Y por las mañanas conversaciones que se escuchaban como dentro de la habitación mientras preparaban el desayuno o bajaba gente a desayunar. Entiendo que esto en cualquier hotel es normal el tema es que acá se escuchaba absolutamente todo. Esto hizo q nuestro descanso fuera interrumpido.

O hotel tem uma excelente localização, muito limpo, instalações ótimas, quarto amplo e bem equipado. Tirando barulho e café da manhã, o resto foi maravilhoso. Musica alta ate quase meia noite no restaurante, Quarto sem isolamento acústico nenhum nas portas. MUITO barulho nas áreas comuns do hotel e meu quarto que ficava no térreo (Patágua) era um inferno de barulho 24h por dia. Seja barulho arrumando talheres, musicas, pessoas falando alto, crianças gritando, subindo e descendo escada…. O hotel deveria colocar uma porta com isolamento acústico nas áreas de dormitório, por exemplo no corredor do térreo, assim isolaria todo barulho fora daquela área. Além do barulho, o café da manhã é extremamente básico, pouquíssima variedade. Para nós foi decepcionante.

- sarah (10/5): Wonderful - Everything! The staff, beds and breakfast were simply wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished that we could have stayed longer! It was one of our favourite stays for our 6 week in Patagonia. Everything was amazing, the only bad thing was having to leave!

- Elena (6/5): - La cama Durante mi estancia la ocupación era muy baja, lo cual ya generaba un ambiente un poco desangelado. El desayuno fue decepcionante: ofrecían fruta, pero en realidad lo único que servían eran cuatro trocitos en un plato, casi a modo de compromiso. Además, la persona responsable del comedor se colocaba justo delante de la mesa de la comida, controlando de manera intimidante cada vez que íbamos a servirnos algo, lo cual resultaba muy incómodo. La habitación estaba correcta en cuanto a limpieza y tamaño, pero un día nos encontramos sin calefacción ni agua caliente, algo inaceptable en un hotel que se supone debería garantizar lo básico. Por último, un detalle poco profesional: al llegar nos ofrecieron cancelar la reserva de Booking para pagar en efectivo directamente en el hotel, con el fin de ahorrarse la comisión. Esto no solo genera desconfianza, sino que además me parece una práctica poco seria. En resumen, la relación calidad-precio no compensa. La atención debería ser mucho más orientada al cliente, y hay detalles básicos que un hotel no puede descuidar.

- MAGALHAES (10/5): - O hotel tem uma atmosfera aconchegante é muito bem decorado e charmoso. O quarto em que ficamos é excelente. Adoramos a ducha, a calefação funciona muito bem e as roupas de cama e toalhas são impecável. O restaurante Punto Manzano serve pratos muito saborosos. Café da manhã poderia ter mais opções especialmente para as crianças.

Very polite and attentive staff, and well understood and spoken English (no Spanish from us unfortunately) At least 10 minutes drive away from Central Villa La Angostura.

The rooms are cozy, beautifully decorated, and spotless, with large windows that showcase the natural beauty. Waking up to the mountains and birdsong is magical. Thoughtful details—from rustic interiors to quality bedding—create a warm, inviting atmosphere. What truly stands out is the hospitality. The hosts are incredibly welcoming, offering great local tips, delicious homemade breakfasts, and heartfelt conversations that make you feel at home. Perfectly located—secluded yet close to town and top sights—it’s an ideal base for exploring Patagonia or simply unwinding. Highly recommended. We can’t wait to return.

O hostel é charmoso e tem um restaurante bem gostoso de maneira que se não quiser sair por causa de chuva ou frio, tem um bom atendimento no hotel. Eu voltaria tranquilamente
- Barcia (6/5): Outstanding location but still needs improvement - Its location and surroundings The general condition of the place, it needs refurbishment and cleaning. There are spiderwebs on windows. The bathroom is so uncomfortable with a door that makes it impossible to move id opened. Having the bed on a wooden platform as a sort of attic is really uncomfortable especially if you need to get down to the toilet. Walls are too thin. You hear everything through them. You hear the kitchen spar until 11 pm.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We stayed here for a weekend trip to explore the area. The staff were very friendly, the only downside food is not allowed in the room. However the hotel restaurant is pretty good. At check-in our room did not have any towels, we were told it was in the wash. A couple hours later we still didn’t have any towels so when my husband attempted to ask the front desk, there was no one there and he just helped himself to the pool towels that were sitting on their counter. Overall it’s a nice place, bed was very comfortable. Our room was a loft that had a sky light that opened, which we loved. We did not have to use the air conditioning since it was autumn and just slept with the open sky light.

- ISABEL C T (8/5): UMA HOSPEDAGEM BOA COM EXCELENTE RESTAURANTE - Instalação interessante o quarto tem um bom tamanho mas não tem geladeira, o banheiro é micro você tem que fechar a porta para usar o vaso sanitário. Não pode levar nada de comida para o apartamento, Penso que falta um pouco de carinho no cuidado principalmente na área externa. Tem um excelente restaurante e um café da manha bonzinho para ao que se propõe.
- Joseph (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast is really good: fruit, eggs, sweets, toast and more. Paula, Juan, and Tammy all speak English. They are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. The place is well taken-care-of. It's obvious that the owner emphasizes comfort for the guests. Argentina could get it's economic act together. Phony exchange rates abound. Verde Morada didn't give us any trouble but other places have.

- Luedja (8/5): Bom custo benefício - Fomos muito bem atendidos. O quarto é grande e muito confortável. Ter shampoo e condicionador é maravilhoso, além da qualidade ser excelente. O café da manhã é bom mas poderia ter mais variedades. O horário também não é muito conveniente pois funciona das 8:30 às 10:30. Mas o lugar é lindo e vale a pena a hospedagem. Ah! E há uma parada de ônibus bem pertinho que passa um ônibus a cada hora e leva ao centro de Villa la Angistura. Muito conveniente!!!

- Ryan (9/5): Overall a very quaint and cozy place to stay - Very quaint and cozy place. The staff was very friendly and helped me locate the locals EDM beach party, which was excellent. Breakfast was good, but not amongst the best I had in this part of my travels. And actually, the burger I had was just so-so, and very difficult to eat without making an absolute mess. They did accommodate my request for aioli sauce for my fries. The gravel driveway is very steep and probably requires a 4WD in order to not spin the wheels in excess. Probably not much they can do about it, though, aside from maybe pave the whole thing. I was on a motorcycle and my approach was just to hit it aggressively. They should consider putting a fan in the room, preferably like a ceiling fan directly over the bed, just to get air circulating while sleeping. (The bed was in the loft, and it gets mighty toasty up there on a hot summer's day). Limited cocktail menu.

- Oliver (9/5): Comfortable hotel with great breakfast - Nice location out of town and near the lake - literally a 1 minute walk to the lakeshore, and less than 10 minute drive into Villa Angostura for dinner. Very comfortable and large bed, and good sized room with 2 arm chairs in the window. Great breakfast - probably the best we had in our 1 month of travelling in Argentina - loved the fruit platter & freshly baked cakes! Friendly & helpful staff. Worth noting that pricing is in USD then converted to ARS, not the other way around - this caught us out as it was different to everywhere else we stayed in Argentina and we thought it was a little unusual. I appreciate that the Argentinan Peso fluctuates a lot, but this was double what we expected. Rooms were a little noisy - we were on the ground floor and could hear talking in the communal area and staff clearing up after dinner and setting up for breakfast etc. Bathroom was tiny - barely enough room to open the door, but it did the job and the bath was large which was a nice bonus.
