- CARMEN DEBORA (2/5): Hostess agressiva - abandonamos o local - A host Claudia foi extremamente grosseira Berrou ao telefone “que nao precisava de hóspedes assim” - sem nos ver pois mandou-nos buscar a chave num bar 2 quadras fo apto às 21:30. Sofá cama rasgado e quebrado, tudo sujo. Abandonamos o local na manhã seguinte e fizemos Reclamação Oficial pois queremos pagar a noite que lá ficamos -nada mais. Temos fotos e testemunha.

- renat (6/5): ужасное отношение к гостям - Чтобы попасть в номер прозвонили 1800 рублей !!!! Никаких обозначений ни на входе , ни на двери ! Никто нас не ждал! Ключи оставили в баре на улице ,но забыли нам сообщить об этом! Благо, у дочери хороший английский , с большим трудом она дозвонилась до хозяйки, ни в Вотсапе , ни в скайпе ее нет!! Долго обьясняли где взять ключ, как найти нужный двор , подьезд, квартиру , везде коды , замки, даже в лифте ,просто кошмарный квест! Мы очень опытные путешественники и часто живем в аппартаментах , но такого еще не встречали ! WiFi в комнате не работал, то есть его небыло ! Крохотный неудобный номер ! Все свободное пространство заняло маленькое раскладное кресло кровать для третьего человека . Даже чемодан негде открыть. Хозяйку так и не увидели . Завтрак - это ОДИН талон на булочку и кофе в соседнем баре . На второй день проживания талон не дали!!!
