- Stephen (6/5): - Location , comfortable bed with good pillow and clean bedding Floor in the dormitory was very dusty , toilet cubicle very small , dirty , no hot water and no mirror for shave , kitchen extremely small no kettle , very grubby hostel day receptionist misserable un helpful , no plug socket or light next to bed , every door in the hostel slams loudly , . Night porter he was the best thing about the place , helpful and was not sleeping .

- Sabine (10/5): - Das Personal war echt top, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist auch super Gleich mal vorweg das kan das Hostel absolut nichts dafür. Wir hatten ein 4 Bett Zimmer gebucht. Als wir unsere Betten zugeordnet bekamen und uns ins Zimmer begaben stellten wir fest das sich ein Mitbewohner eines in unserem zugeordeten Betten gemütlich gemacht hat aber nicht da war. Wir hatten uns um unsre Akkus aufzuladen nicht nur das Handy sondern auch unsere Akkus aufzuladen. Aber dann kam der Mitbewohner und er war sehr redebedürftig. Dann zogen wir nochmal los um die schöne Stadt zu erkunden. Als wir abends in Domizil zurück kehrten hat er gemeckert das wir kurz die Taschenlampe an machten um in unser Bett zu finden. Am nächsten Morgen mussten wir zu seinem morgen Appell antreten er ist um 5.15 Uhr aufgestanden und dann ist erstmal ein gaaaanz lautes good morning aus sein Mund gekommen und hat sämtliche Sachen sehr laut kommentierend zusammen gesucht. Dann ist er duschen gegangen dann kam er wieder- wieder good morning-gut geschlafen? usw.. Dann schaltetet er seinen Föhn an und föhte sich gaaaanz gemütlich. Dann packte er zusammen und verabschiedete sich sehr laut. Naja wir schmunzeln darüber und es bleibt auf jeden Fall in witziger Erinnerung.

Чистоты в комнатах нет, под кроватями не убирали давно, очень замученный хостел, постельное белье не свежее. Укажите пожалуйста на странице, что полотенца, фен и утюг можно взять у вас на прокат.

- Kamila (8/5): - Hostel w centrum miasta, 8 minut pieszo od dworca kolejowego, świetna baza wypadowa żeby zwiedzić Pragę. Blisko Lidl i poczta. Do hostelu przyjechałam bardzo wcześnie rano, chciałam zostawić tylko bagaż ale pokój był już gotowy i Pan z obsługi juz nas wpuścił. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, miła i dobrze mówi po angielsku. W pokoju czysto, łóżko wygodne. W łazience przestronne kabiny prysznicowe, z półką i wieszaczkami, ogromny plus. Ogólna czystość taka średnia, ale to hostel więc nie ma się co dziwić, można też trafić na hałasujących współlokatorów.

- Lima (10/5): - It's in a good location. It has a small kitchen, a stove, and a microwave, but if needed, the refrigerator is only available at reception. You can leave your food there and pick it up later. There's also a Lidl supermarket nearby. the bathrooms dirty.
- Terezie (7/5): Na přespání dobrý. - Perfektní lokalita v pasáži. Ubytování by zasloužilo trochu více péče. Stěny v pokoji byly dost špinavé, chtělo by to vymalovat, aby se člověk cítil lépe. Starší vybavení. Sprchy jsou jen v jednom křídle budovy.

SVĚTLO NA CHODBĚ před POKOJEM se HROZNĚ RYCHLE VYPÍNÁ NA asi POHYBOVÉ ČIDLO . Není to ani minuta . Chtělo by to nastavit aspoň na dvě minuty , člověk se chvilku zastaví na chodbě a je hned tma . To je nekomfortní a nepříjemné .Chtělo by to ručník zdarma na pokoj, nevím zda byla možnost si půjčit.

- Amer (5/5): - Well the stay was good and a very good location, i added one more night with a higher rate from the reciptionest disk, facility’s was good, shower cabins was great also the welcome room with tea and drinks. Dear Booking.com Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a very bad, unsafe, and unacceptable experience during my recent stay that was booked through your platform. On the last night of my stay (the third night, which was added upon arrival), a female receptionist came to my room around 10:00 AM, woke me up while I was in my bed, and informed me that I must leave the room and move to another one for the final night. Although it was only one night left (around 12 hours), and despite the inconvenience, I accepted the situation as I work as a hotel sales manager myself and I understand operational challenges and overbookings. However, the serious issue started after I was given the key for the new room and bed number 3. When I entered the room and lay on bed number 3, after around 10 minutes, a man entered the room shouting, screaming, cursing, and aggressively telling me: “Get off, this has been my bed for the last 2 years!” This situation was extremely frightening, unsafe, and unacceptable. Out of fear, I left the bed and moved to another one, but I was afraid to sleep in the room at all. Later, the man unpacked six very large bags into the room, filling most of the space. The room became extremely overcrowded, smelled unbearable, and was full of strange items that appeared to be collected from trash. He also stayed awake all night watching a movie on his laptop at very high volume. The room was meant to accommodate 4 people, but the conditions were completely unlivable, unsafe, and inhumane. Because of this, I could not sleep at all. My train was at 9:00 AM, and I left the hostel at 4:00 AM to go to the station just to escape this situation.

Extremely pathetic staff who disrespected and shouted on me at 12:00 AM in the night and I actually had to check-out due to that behaviour and sheer disrespect in-front of my guest. I was never provided with any instructions, nor informed with any courtesy about guests policy and the staff member literally just disrespected me outrightly. I will not recommend this hostel to anyone.

Brudno i niehigienicznie, a hałas do późnych godzin nocnych uniemożliwiał sen. - Lokalizacja Miejsce niestety nie spełniło podstawowych standardów czystości. Dodatkowo bardzo głośno – słychać wszystko z sąsiednich pokoi. Jeśli ktoś liczy na spokój i czystość, to raczej nie tutaj.

- Tom (8/5): Any things are good at all - About a great hostel in the center of Prague. The rooms are clean, bright, and practical. Shared showers, a self-catering kitchen, a lockable wardrobe, and free luggage storage in the luggage room. A safe for valuables is available at reception, and coffee and soft drinks are free 24/7. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful! Top-notch! The room was a bit noisy as it was located in the lounge/reception area, but overall, all the guests were quieter.
