• Leiji (8/5): Really appreciate that young receptionist - We stayed at this hotel for six nights in Florence and had a very positive experience overall. The room was a bit small, but still comfortable and well maintained. What truly made this hotel special was the staff. One of the young receptionists was exceptionally kind, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, he was always patient and welcoming. One rainy day, our shoes became completely wet while we were out. After we returned and mentioned it to him, he immediately helped us by providing a heater so we could dry our shoes overnight. Thanks to his kindness, we were able to leave comfortably the next morning with dry shoes. Small gestures like this made us feel genuinely cared for. Overall, this was a very pleasant stay, and we truly appreciated the hospitality. The Wi-Fi was not very fast, but it worked adequately during our stay. The only real issue was the toilet flush, which was quite weak and sometimes difficult to use properly.

Il bagno purtroppo è cieco ma con buona aspirazione, cabina doccia spaziosa, anche se le ante si aprono esterne e l’acqua sgocciola fuori. La colazione è sia dolce che salata. Le porte delle camere hanno troppa fessura che lascia passare la luce del corridoio esterno, disturba il sonno.

Tiene una ubicación perfecta, a 10-15 minutos de los lugares más turísticos pero en un barrio tranquilo y silencioso, así que por las noches se puede descansar. Habitaciones limpias, con mobiliario y baño nuevo, como en las fotos. Desayuno variado. El personal muy amable.

• Rosario (5/5): El hotel no es lo que aparenta en la web. - La atención de las personas de recepción La ubicación, cerca del centro y de la estación, pero en una zona tranquila. Las habitaciones en la planta baja. Interiores. Poca luz. No se podían abrir las ventanas al estar junto a maquinaria que hacía un ruido infernal. Al estar en el pasillo de paso hacia la zona de desayunos, se oían desde muy temprano las conversaciones de los clientes que iban a desayunar. Las toallas muy viejas. Faltó papel higiénico. No repusieron el café de cortesía.

Sin duda, lo mejor es la ubicación, perfecta para moverse y acceder a los principales puntos de interés. Además, el personal fue muy amable en todo momento, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y hacer la estancia más agradable. La calidad/precio del desayuno.

Çok küçük bir odada kaldım, sadece yatağın çevresinden yürüyebileceğim bir alan vardı. Bir de kapılar kartla açıldığında bir açılma sesi çıkartıyor, ona gerek var mıydı bilemedim…

• Kateryna (9/5): - Все сподобалося. Недалеко від вокзалу, до центру десь 10-12 хвилин пішки. В номері було чисто, щодня змінювали рушники і застеляли постіль. Персонал привітний. Все було ок. Як побажання - не економити на туалетному папері)

• Marcos (7/5): Hotel correcto cerquita estación tren y tranvía aeropuerto. - Pequeños problemillas q seguramente son puntuales de nuestra habitación q estaba arriba del todo. El agua fría no llegaba correctamente. Se estropeó el secador pero nos trajeron uno. Desayuno incluido muy sencillo pero suficiente para mi. Por fin un hotel donde la nevera la nevera enfría de verdad. Cama grande cómoda. El agua fría dejaba dejaba de salir y volvia. La caliente no. No pasaba en wc del piso inferior.

• Ahmet Hakan (9/5): 4 yıldızlı konfora sahip ama 3 yıldızlı fiyata sahip harika bir otelde konakladım. - Tren istasyonuna ve merkeze yakındı. Ancak gürültüden uzak sessiz bir sokaktaydı. Otel 3 yıldız ama 4 yıldız konforundaydı. Odam ağaç ve kuş sesleriyle dolu arka bahçeye bakıyordu ki bu muhteşemdi. Odama buradan güneş ışığı da geliyordu. Odanın dekorasyonu modern ve mobilyalar yeniydi. Çarşafı kaldırıp yatağı incelediğimde, yatağın üstünde ikinci bir yumuşak katman olduğunu ve temiz bir alezle kaplandığını gördüm. Temizlik bakımından oldukça iyiydi. Hemen otelin karşısında harika yerel bir Bar ya da Tavola Calda tarzı bir yer vardı. Hergün orada schiacciata tarzı sandviç yedim. Harikaydı. Ses yalıtımı daha iyi olabilirdi.

• Angel Marcelo (10/5): La pasamos de diez en Florencia - El hotel lleno mis expectativas, limpio, cómodo, buen desayuno, instalaciones excelentes y el personal muy solidario y eficiente, volvería. Soy argentino y la pasamos con mi esposa muy bien en Firenze o Florencia El impuesto tasa de turista mas caro que Venecia y Verona. Tendrían que coordinar y unificar el precio de la tasa.

• tomiko (9/5): Excelente hotel em Florenca - Simpatia das recepcionistas...localizacao proxima a estacao de trem ..15min do tram 2 que vai pro aeroporto de Firenze...cafe da manha simples mas delicioso ..croissant delicioso . Da estacao de trem ate o hotel as calcadas sao muito irregulares para levar as malas..recomendo pegar um taxi se estiver com malas grandes...o hotel deveria ter uma placa ou sinalizacao com o nome para melhor visualizacao

• Rocio (10/5): - El lugar es el punto perfecto para estar cerca del centro y de la estación de tren principal. Es limpio y acogedor y las recepcionistas han sido muy agradables. No puedo poner ninguna queja.
