The atmosphere was romantic and intimate but also would be appropriate for friends! The staff were attentive and helpful, the decor is gorgeous, I would definitely recommend coming here!

Such a great location, hidden gem tucked away and was great music, vibes, atmosphere and food. The drinks were delicious and the food was tasty even though we just got bites. Such a great evening with my friend. Staff were super friendly.

We also loved the pool area and how peaceful the atmosphere was throughout our stay. Everything was so well organized, and the service truly exceeded our expectations. • Explore59132932179 (2/5): Terrible experience, yet to receive deposit several weeks later and hotel refuses to communicate. - Very disappointing finish to our stay, our deposit was never refunded after checking out, we made contact with the hotel on several occasions but each time they would stop responding as soon as we raised the issue. Refused to help at all and will not respond. Terrible customer service and we are still yet to receive any of our deposit.

Best parties, atmosphere and overall vibes ☺️ The coctails are great, food is delicious and the staff who work here are very friendly and make good jokes😃 Recommend for everybody! They have seperate beaches, night clubs and bars!
• bellevue2022 (6/5): FIVE Palm Jumeirah - I have been to this hotel several times, and even to another FIVE hotel. I must say that the service level of the hotel has dropped significantly in the past few months. My clients asked me to test the hotel's various services. I don't know what caused this negative change (maybe the management has changed, I don't know), but it's a shame to let a hotel that started with a good concept down like this. I will return in two months and I am confident in the positive change.

• CarolRocha22 (10/5): Five Palm Jumeirah Pool Club - I highly recommend a pool day with friends at Five Palm. This is an iconic place and if you are visiting DXB, this is a must. The atmosphere was great, Dj was amazing playing nice music, the food was delicious and the staff really friendly and welcoming. A huge selection of beverages and nice pools and an amazing view to enjoy the day. We had an amazing experience there and I definitely would comeback.
