All the staffs are super friedntoo, especially Front Office Manager, Mr Harris who kindly assisted me with my stay. He even memorised my name and assisted me with my late check out due to a business training. Very enjoyable stay overall. -

- FYIONA PHIK WY (8/5): Moderate - Booked the hotel for nearby work. The hotel is generally clean but it can be better. Breakfast is above average. The staffs at the check in check out counter, and the restaurant are friendly and helpful. There is no table and chair for work in the room, no hanger inside the shower. Hope the hotel can take note of the cleanliness at the corners of the shower and toilet, and the slight smell at the toilet.

- Niranjan (7/5): Good budget choice with basic amenities - Clean rooms though carpeted Bathrooms and toilet area are separate with washbasin too outside of them (in the room) Showers and toilet bidet have good force Breakfast is local Malay cuisine with mostly same items everyday, just one or two things different Their staff does not help you with bringing luggage to your room, i had to bring it all my self given i had a wheelchair bound senior Water bottles are also limited Rooms are not sound proof, we were given a connecting room with a door locked, but could easily hear the other side Location is in an industrial area, and nothing much to do nearby GrabFood they don’t allow in the property, so i always had to collect it from outside

- Dinah (10/5): A truly pleasant experience. - The room’s simple yet efficient design—highlighted by a family area with a bunk bed in an extra section—adds great functionality. Still, availability can be an issue during peak seasons due to the limited number of units. My family once experienced a stained pillow cover, but that was the only time we encountered such an issue.

- Gareth (8/5): Generally Well; Only Minor Matters - + Basement parking; plenty of parking; big parking spaces (some) + Guard/ staff often near door to basement lift; feels safer with their presence + Filtered water station to refill your water bottle + Cozy and bright room + Comfortable enough bed and pillows; no complaints - Nothing much within a 5km distance. Just a gym and a badminton complex. If you drive, the location is not an issue. Plenty of good food and shopping near Bukit Indah/ Eco Botanic. There are a lot of foreign workers, but generally they are just people living their lives, working, resting. - Tiny insects (~1mm in length) in the trash bin. - Bolster cover had some yellow stains.

- Amy (8/5): Great choice for families for short stay for easy access to Legoland - Good location to visit Legoland. Cool room with the bunk bed for the kids. Lovely breakfast with loads of options - eggs made for you on order. Very clean and everything you need for a short stay I don’t think it had a pool? We only stayed one night after crossing the border and before heading to Legoland

- Joy (4/5): A Disrupted Holiday Stay. - This was my first stay at ibis Styles hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and the lobby lemonade was a nice touch. The building construction was ongoing on Christmas Day. It was nearly 6pm, the sounds (noise) of construction and slamming doors (occasionally) made us hard to rest in the room, which was disappointing...

Was a great stay although the nearest eatery is about 7mins drive away. Room service ends at 10pm (cafe closes at 10pm) so its best to eat before check in.

- Guest (9/5): My Preferred Hotel - + Sheltered, indoor basement parking + Bright room + Clean room + Modern room + TV was surprisingly excellent; full HD with both Malaysia and Singapore Channels, also a VIV programme broadcast many different types of movies + Breakfast egg station has improved since last visit to using a table & paper-based order system to ensure no miscommunication - Outskirt location, but not a problem if you have a car to drive Nothing much else :) this hotel is pretty good

- Vanessa (9/5): Good rest. - Very comfortable bed. Clean rooms. Rooms come with bathing gel, hair dryer, coffee and tea. Good service staff. Simple but yet friendly. Even the guard was nice. The set up was a basic business friendly hotel. The area is a dead area at night so you'll need to either drive or book a ride out. Location is is abt 10 to 15 mins away from the harbour / eco area / gelang patah old town. Overall decent. Couldn't find the toothbrush, not sure if its provided or not.

- Don (8/5): Meets your needs - The room was very affordable and it was a good size for a family of four. It met our needs and we will definitely stay there again.
