- Anna (10/5): - Завтрак порционный, но очень плотный, не могли все съесть, забирали с собой пару сэндвичей. Зубные щётки, пасты, шампунь добавляли каждый день. Уборка номера каждый день. Белье отличное белоснежное. Местоположение удачное, 10 минут пешком до площади Республики, рядом через дорогу хорошая пекарня с национальной выпечкой, где самая вкусная гата 👍 (рекомендую с лукумом), напротив нее мясная лавка, где вкусное мясо, по вашей просьбе его приготовят к определенному времени, и можно поесть его в номере. Рядом сетевой магазин CAC, где есть круглосуточный обмен валюты и большой выбор товаров (можно купить сувенирный коньяк). В 5 минутах пешком - Центральный городской рынок, где вкусные ягоды по сезону, чурчхела, сыры и бастурма.
- Voinich (8/5): - Приехали в отель в 6 утра, утомленные ночным перелётом. Администратор разрешила нам разместиться в комнате отдыха для персонала, за что ей очень благодарны. В номер заселились в 12. Номер чистый, удобная зона хранения, есть балкон. Шумновато днем, ночью машин мало. Фен и утюг предоставляются по запросу. Персонал внимательный. Уборка каждый день. До центра недалеко. Рядом парк, фудкорт, рынок. Мы остались довольны. Мало розеток.

Но в номере было все чисто , белье - Отель расположен в центре , прекрасный персонал, просто отличный ! Чисто , завтраки сытные ! Уборка каждый день ! Полотенца , белье белоснежное . Очень старая мебель , матрас и кровать в нашем номере были плохие . Пружины уже давно хотят убежать )

- Lazaros (4/5): - The staff were very friendly, and the location of the property was convenient — approximately a 30-minute walk to the city centre, with essential shops within walking distance. I was disappointed with my stay due to several issues that significantly affected my comfort. Firstly, I was not informed in advance that I would need to pay in cash due to a broken card reader. This should have been clearly communicated before arrival, as it caused unnecessary inconvenience. Secondly, the listing on Booking.com stated that the hotel had a fitness facility, but this was not the case, which was both misleading and disappointing. The room itself had multiple issues. The curtains were faulty, allowing light to enter not only in the morning but also throughout the night from the streetlights, making it difficult to get proper rest. In addition, the windows and walls were not soundproof, and loud music played late into the night, further disturbing my sleep. There was also no signage provided to indicate “Do Not Disturb” or “Room Cleaning,” which led to an awkward situation where a cleaner entered my room around 5pm without warning. Overall, I found the stay lacking in basic comfort and clear communication. These are things I would expect to be in place given how the property was advertised.

- Jitka (3/5): Poor - Location This is my first negative review but I have to write it... We booked a family suite with 4 single beds, one double bed, a balcony and a view of the city. We were given another room on the spot that said DELUXE, that was previously probably used as a spa - the room with two single beds had a sauna in the next door and the beds stayed like on a covered pool. The living area had a double bed (looked like in the whirlpool area), there was no balcony, not even a window!!! Dark, smelly and kind of dirty (used tissueas behing the bed... ) There were only two duvets in the room, the other two were in the wardrobe and we had to put the sheets on by ourselves (I'd rather not even comment on the appearance of the duvets). The whole room smelled of cigarette smoke, and the bathroom smelled of smelly waste. After the first night I wanted to change the room for the room that I booked, but we were told to come to the hotel at 2pm and they would change the room for us, but this was not convenient because we had sightseeing in Yerevan planned for the whole day. To do the change of the rooms in the morning was not possible so we had to stay in the room also for the second night in the end. The second night was terribly noisy, everything was heard from the corridor, the sound of the mobile phone, every word and the guests were talking, smiling, partying like that until 1 am. None of the staff cared about the night's peace. Breakfast was very poor, sausage, eggs and jam. The second breakfast we didn't get at all however I kindly asked for the package because of an early flight. They confirmed that we get a package instead of breakfast but the packages were nowere prepared. The overall impression of the hotel was terrible, it was impossible to sleep because of the noise of the guests and the smell of cigarettes.

When we arrived they said there is a problem with the room and they took us to another hotel near by for the first day of our stay. They said the other hotel is actually more expensive and it was (we checked on booking.com) but it wasn't good at all compare to our hotel. and when we came back tomorrow we had to wait for more than an hour in the lobby so they clean our room and we found out the problem was that they were over booked. This and a few other things were inconvenience for us.

- Irina (1/5): This place does not look like a real hotel, it's a fake! - There is nothing good to say about this place! NO WIFI, NO BREAKFAST, although it was written that both are included! No one was there upon arrival, no one answered the calls. A random passerby saw me standing and was calling the owner asking to open the hotel! The place is extremely dirty, apart from the fact that almost everything is old and broken. Water in the shower was running through the big crack on the floor, NO TOWELS, dirty and used flip-flops and bathrobe! One window was broken and did not close, the room therefore was extremely loud at night! Extremely bad experience! And this is for the price that is much higher than average
