The staff were incredibly accomodating and welcoming. We were grateful to receive a room upgrade to their premium 6th floor room with a balcony, that was very quiet, clean and comfortable. We had booked " no view rooms" as it was only for the last night of our travel to Vietnam, but the Manager Cara and the front desk person upgraded us to a room with a balcony which was opening to the street. It was such a sweet gesture and we were really touched. They wanted to make the last day of our stay in Vietnam special. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, budgeted. clean and centrally located place. It was really nice that they had a Hot & cold water dispenser to fill water bottles, unlike other hotels who charge for extra bottles of water. We were very happy that we booked this hotel. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Before my arrival, Cara (Customer Service Manager) proactively reached out to me via WhatsApp. She clearly explained the room details and even shared photos and videos, which made me feel very reassured and well taken care of. All the staff members, not just Cara, were also very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom met my expectations, with an elegant and tasteful design that made the stay very comfortable. The location is just around the corner from Hoan Kiem Lake, with many restaurants within walking distance. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

À notre arrivée, l'hôtel étant dans une rue interdite au voitures, le taxi nous a déposé à 100m et le personnel est venu nous chercher et prendre nos bagages. Je les ai informé que c'était un cadeau d'anniversaire pour ma fille ils avaient pri soin de faire une belle déco dans la chambre et de lui ramener un beau gâteau d'anniversaire. Partant à sapa pour quelques jours, ils ont gentiment gardés nos bagages. Lors du départ tôt dans le matin, ils ont préparé des breakfast box. L'emplacement top top, plein de salons de massages, de café, de restaurants dans la rue de l'hôtel, accès direct au lac... Tout tout.. On reviendra sûrement. Absolument rien

We were staying somewhere else before here and we wished we had booked our entire trip at the san boutique hotel. We had an early flight the next morning and would miss breakfast and the guys packed a breakfast for it for the airport which was amazing. Thank you so much ! Everything was amazing
• Richard (10/5): Place was great, customer service was best we've had. - The property was awesome, nice and comfortable. Enough space to move around. There was Netflix on the TV and amenities was taken care of. I think the highlight of this was Cara - she was our go-to person for communication ever since we booked the hotel. She gave us great recommendations, places to eat, things to do, ATMs to visit with the lowest fees. She helped sort out many things for us. Definitely some of the best customer service out there!

• Stiliyan (10/5): Great location and friendly staff, but tiny rooms - We had a fantastic stay thanks to the hotel's prime location—right in the heart of the city, steps from all the main sights and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond; when we requested a larger room due to the very small size of ours, they explained it was fully booked but arranged a free airport transfer as a gesture, which was a nice touch. That said, the rooms were surprisingly compact, especially for the price, with limited space for luggage and not much room to move around. Overall, a solid choice for a short city break if space isn't a priority.

• Natascha (7/5): - De locatie is top. Het ligt in het oude centrum, vlakbij het meer. Wat mij betreft het leukste deel van Hanoi. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Ik vond het jammer dat er erg gepusht werd om een goede recensie te schrijven. Ik had een kamer zonder raam. Dat maakte het verblijf in de kamer ietwat somber.
• Lisa (10/5): - L’établissement est très bien. La literie est super et le petit déjeuné aussi! Les hôtes sont très accueillant surtout Cara qui a tout fait pour que nous passions un super séjour. Encore merci
