Das personal ist extrem freundlich und man hat das Gefühl das jeder Wunsch von den Augen abgelesen wird.Die Lounge ist sehr empfehlenswert. Spa Bereich ebenfalls aussergewöhnlich - Massagen perfekt.

- Dawn Hawking (10/5): exceeded expectations ! - We didnt do breakfast as we are not breakfast people but used the ground cafe a few times and on the last occassion we just wanted a drink and nibble before heading to the airport and didnt have uch time the maitre d allowed us to just have some salad off the buffet set up - complimentary which was much appreciated. We were also allowed a later check out of 4pm without paying which again was very much appreciated as our flight wasnt until 10pm. Also used the level 51 bar which was blooming gorgeous and the drinks and view were amazing nothing!

- Mattia Pavel (9/5): - Der Aufenthalt im EQ-Kuala Lumpur war wirklich hervorragend! Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer direkt auf die Petronas-Towers ist wirklich faszinierend und für uns definitiv ein Highlight. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die grossen Fenster sorgten für viel natürliches Licht und eine spektakuläre Rundumsicht auf die Stadt. Auch das Hotelpersonal war durch und durch herzlich und zuvorkommend. Beim Frühstück im 5-Sterne-Hotel erwarte ich, dass Kaffee/Tee nicht am Buffet zur Selbstbedienung stehen, sondern dass die Bestellung am Tisch aufgenommen und serviert wird. Auf Nachfrage war der freundliche Kellner uns natürlich behilflich, jedoch machen genau solche kleinen Details den Unterschied. Während des Frühstücks wurde ohne Nachfrage unsererseits einfach die Rechnung und das Kreditkarten-Terminal zum Tisch gebracht, was wir durchaus als stressend empfunden haben. In der Sky51 Bar mussten wir über 40 Minuten auf unsere Essensbestellung warten, zudem wurde eines der beiden Gerichte vergessen, was etwas ärgerlich war. Abgesehen von den F&B-Outlets hat uns das Hotel aber auf jeden Fall überzeugt und wir werden bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt definitiv wieder hier nächtigen.

- YASMEEN (8/5): Overall, amazing stay, would definitely come back and recommend it to people. - Overall, our stay was beautiful. That includes the beautiful and comfortable room with amazing bed and pillows. The staffs were amazing! Friendly, helpful and inviting. Some if not all, did surprised us with their hospitality by making sure we will be informed on whether the pool is open almost immediately, they are highly aware where are our tables are despite high volumes of guests etc. The gesture was fully pleasant. The breakfast buffet spread, Amazing! It was our first time having a breakfast buffet here and to sum it up, we would definitely come back for it! Delicious and I love how inclusive the spread apart from just continental spread. Our favorite was the scrambled egg, it’s soft and not dry. Finally, the facilities of the gym, parlor and swimming pool was beautifully thought. Love the view from the infinity pool, the gym was well equipped with everything and the unexpected monsoon shower and saunas (though I didn't get a chance to use it) was clean, comfortable and luxurious. Unfortunately, we find several things unsatisfactory, that is lack of hooks for us to hang our clothes especially if our swimming suits are wet or just to hang some clothes generally and outside of the cupboard. Secondly, the door handles in the toilets (understandably due to aesthetics of it all ) a little bit unfriendly to people who has arthritis or eczema or just joints problems. It was rather difficult for me at least to open and close the door. Lastly, the doors was slightly on the thinner side as we could easily hear our neighbors talking or just closing the doors.

- Edwina (9/5): Great place to stay, especially if you don't have children - The "little extras" in the room, like a hairbrush and shaving foam, were a nice touch. Breakfast was extensive, varied and very good. The swimming pool and spa, being non-chlorinated, didn't leave my skin and hair with the nasty residue it usually leaves. The view from the infinity pool was great. Staff were very attentive Beds were quite hard and the pillows weren't as soft and plump as usual hotel pillows. We had a bit of trouble working the lights. It took a long time for the room to be restocked. The swimming pool bar menu only offered beer, no wine or cocktails. The underwater music in the pool didn't work very well.

Great room service. breakfast seating in the lobby felt a bit weird. when we called and asked for a table at the roof top bar they said only from 11pm so I thought lets give it a try though. We went upstairs and they were super friendly, had several tables and admitted us immediately. Would have been a real shame to miss that view.

I'm used to things being different at such high-class hotels, or at least it would have been good if they had told me this at check-in so I wouldn't only find out when ordering by the pool.

The complimentary soft drinks and snacks in mini bar were a lovely surprise. Only negative feedback would be that the (admittedly, great) shower, because of a poor door seal (in both rooms we booked) did have a propensity to flood the bathroom!

- john (9/5): Excellent Hotel in KL - The staff are exceptional — I cannot overstate how genuinely helpful and kind everyone at EQ is. The room was spacious, spotless, and furnished to a high standard with quality touches throughout. As we travelled during Ramadan, we chose to dine at Nipah while guests were breaking fast, and the menu was excellent. Compliments to the chef, who is not only talented but also a truly delightful person. The pool on the 29th floor is superb, and the Sanctum Spa is absolutely worth a visit — wonderfully relaxing and beautifully run. The location is very close to the conference centre and the Pavillion shops. Its all perfect. The bar on the 51st floor is clearly aimed at a younger crowd. We found the music far too loud and the atmosphere more brash than relaxing. It reminded us of Ce La Vi at Marina Bay Sands — another venue that didn’t suit our taste.

- Hilary (8/5): Enjoyable but with reservations regarding staff, especially in bar areas and public spaces. - Location is good, gym was very good - one of the best hotel gyms we've used. Comfortable room with excellent soundproofing. All staff were friendly and helpful - however, we couldn't walk more than a few steps without a member of staff bowing their heads and holding their hands on their hearts, which indicated overstaffing. This seemed to be the sole function for some members of staff and is therefore reflected in the price that guests pay. Nice, but unnecessary.

- Philip (10/5): In my top 3 hotels in East Asia - Incredible modernised hotel with luxury aesthetics, modern facilities and service to match. Never once did a staff member show anything less than a beaming smile and a warm greeting, instantly when I was greeted out of my transport I was met by a lovely girl, turned out beautifully and engaged with fantastic information; not limited to perfect sunset times for the pool, and dining recommendations. This continued with every other staff member in my 3 night stay from concierges to fitness centre staff. The room; huge windows; full of light and zero ugly views, lots of space; complimentary mini bar and one of the best showers I've used in a hotel room. Nothing related to hotel; but be aware that the beautiful pool and jacuzzi is a family a facility and kids were jumping and splashing everywhere.

The hotel is comfortable, breakfast was very good with plenty of choice, and the service was excellent. There are also good options for dinner in the hotel. Most of the main sights are nearby and easy to reach. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We also appreciated that they extended our stay at a good rate when our flight was cancelled.

- Sylvia (10/5): Super Stadthotel - Die Zimmer mit Blick auf die Petronas Towers waren hervorragend, großes Zimmer und auch sehr großes Bad (wir hatten ein Eckzimmer) - traumhafter Blick auf die Skyline. Bequeme Betten, angenehmer Service. Wir liebten den Pool, vor allem den Hot Tub. Auch das Gym war sehr gut ausgestattet, auch für Krafttraining geeignet. Besonders fanden wir das Spa, mit Sauna, Dampfbad, Regendusche. Insgesamt tolles Hotel. Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden.

- Marco Gabriel (10/5): Spektakuläre Aussicht vom Premier King Infinity Zimmer - Das EQ liegt extrem zentral unweit vom KLCC. Wir hatten ein Premier King Infinity Zimmer — dieses Zimmer bietet einen 180-Grad Panoramablick auf die Stadt (u. a. die Petronas Towers und den KL Tower) und ist mit allen Vorzügen und Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, um den Aufenthalt in diesem fantastischen Hotel so luxuriös wie möglich zu machen. Die Minibar war gratis und wurde uns täglich frisch ausgefüllt. Das Bett war extrem bequem und so platziert, dass man für die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten nicht einmal das Bett verlassen musste. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit — vom Portier über den Check-In bis hin zur Wäscherei und dem Zimmerservice hatten wir durchwegs mit äusserst herzlichen Mitarbeitenden zu tun. Alles hervorragend — ich wünschte, wir wären länger geblieben.

Staff are incredibly helpful. Good breakfast choice. Pool and facilities on floor 29 are fabulous. They close the pool when it rains which is fair enough. However once it stops it takes them too long to re-open the pool. Hotel opposite had theirs in use and we had to wait 30 minutes.

Le lendemain j’ai demander des œufs dur qui était stipuler dans un menu breakfast américain mais j’ai demander seulement les deux œuf dur bah écouter il mon facturer deux œuf a 20e sa fait cher les œufs un établissement comme ça ne peux ni se permettre de mettre une heure trente à servir deux portions ridicule ni être au point niveau service. De plus pour des chambres qu’on a payer 300e la nuit il pourrais au moins y avoir netflix dans les chambres on a acheter plusieurs câble d’alimentation qui non pas fonctionner sur la tv. C’est des détails comme ça qui font tt la différence

Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien entretenues, la literie est excellente et l’environnement est calme. Depuis notre chambre, nous avions une vue superbe avec les tours Petronas juste en face. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité, et le personnel est à l’écoute, attentionné et professionnel. Bien que nous n’ayons pas pu bénéficier d’un surclassement, nous avons eu la très agréable surprise de recevoir un joli bouquet de roses roses ainsi qu’un gâteau pour mon anniversaire. La vue depuis le rooftop est tout simplement incroyable. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation

- TamlaW (10/5): The Perfect stay - Staff were incredibly kind, room was spotless, we had a view of the pool which was lovly, the pool itself was incredible, the hydro pool was perfect. The complimentary mini bar was the perfect touch to our room. The breakfast buffet had sooooo much choice. My family had a wonderful experience staying here, so close to walk to everything around KLCC. We cant wait to go back. Nothing at all, it was a perfect stay
