- YUSRA (7/5): - Regular, pero no se podía pedir mucho por el precio que tiene. Sin embargo, sí que se podría mejorar la limpieza debajo de las camas estaba sucio.. La cisterna del baño no funciona muy bien y entraban hormigas de la terraza. Para usar el aire acondicionado nos pedían 15 € adicionales por noche. - limpieza escasa. - Mucho calor en la habitación, para usar el aire 15 € la noche adicionales.

- Acar22 (6/5): Not for the picky guests - Room has the basic necessities for an overnight budget stay in Milan. Bed was clean. Bonus points for having bidet in the toilet. Furniture are old already with visible chips in the cabinet. Bathroom and shower area has molds. Should have provided a new tissue paper for new guests.

- Michal (7/5): Comfortable bed and private bathroom - I liked the staff, they were really friendly. Room was good, with comfortable bed and private bathroom. The place is quiet so we slept deeply. Small shower but it's not a big deal. At least bathroom was private, which is a really nice thing.

- Daniela (7/5): Zwei Übernachtungen: Wir (fünfköpfige Familie) haben uns wohl gefühlt, insbesondere da das Personal sehr freundlich und - Sehr freundliches Personal! Einfache Ausstattung, sauber, relativ ruhig, Zentrum mit Metro gut erreichbar. Nähere Umgebung: tolle Cafés mit leckerem Frühstück, Eiscafé, Supermärkte, … Viele Treppen, kein Fahrstuhl. (Anstrengend mit viel Gepäck, aber auch hier war das Personal sehr hilfsbereit!)

La cisterna del bagno era affondata e continuava a tirare fuori l'acqua, la luce del bagno faceva un rumore orribile e non siamo riusciti a dormire tutta la notte perché i clienti delle altre camere si sono intrufolati nella nostra terrazza (camera tripla) dal bagno condiviso, ci siamo sentiti abbastanza insicuri e abbiamo anche dovuto bloccare le porte perché c'erano sconosciuti che fumavano sulla nostra terrazza. Camere sporche, vecchie e lasciate. La cisterna del bagno era affondata e continuava a tirare fuori l'acqua, la luce del bagno faceva un rumore orribile e non siamo riusciti a dormire tutta la notte perché i clienti delle altre camere si sono intrufolati nella nostra terrazza (camera tripla) dal bagno condiviso, ci siamo sentiti abbastanza insicuri e abbiamo anche dovuto bloccare le porte perché c'erano sconosciuti che fumavano sulla nostra terrazza.

Pour certaines la salle de bain est a l'extérieur de la chambre. Il y avait une terrasse qui n'était pas précisé sur l'annonce. proche des transports en commun bus métro, des restos, pizza cucci et restaurant da hakim très bien. Dommage que l'hôtel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner, mais il y a un café a 30 mètres de l'hôtel.

Habian un par de telarañas, algunas hormigas por la habitación las cuales nos dejaron algunas picaduras en la noche. Las sabanas y cobertor de cama tenían una mancha de tiempos anteriores y la entrada a la ducha era algo angosta, lo cual hacía algo incómodo el ingreso para bañarse.

Da der Mitarbeiter von Nachwacht sehr sehr unprofessional war , und respektlos hat er uns behandelt 😢. Und die Bett wasche sind schmutzig war. Die Frottiertuch sind nicht gewechselt die gleiche Frottiertücher haben wir zwei Tage gebraucht unhygienisch war.

En la descripción de Booking se indicaba que la habitación tenía baño privado, pero el baño estaba fuera de la habitación, al final del pasillo. No coincidía con lo prometido, lo cual me causó mucha incomodidad. El alojamiento debería indicar claramente este detalle para evitar confusiones. En la imagen que adjunto mi habitación era la primera puerta de la izquierda. Y el baño al fondo del pasillo

- Jose Luis (7/5): Good! - I had a nice stay here. I had no toilet in my room, but had a shower and a washbasin, which was a real plus. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the reception guys were kind. The neighbourhood was very calm and Italian (families and friends finishing dinner or taking an ice-cream outdoors at midnight) We were in the middle of a terrible (almost record breaking I think) heat wave and there was no air conditioning, but in normal weather situations that should not be a problem in Milan.

On a eu un souci de douche et en leur expliquant ils nous ont changé de chambre le lendemain. Très proche du métro et quartier sympa Avec la chaleur c'était très compliqué de dormir car le ventilateur n'était pas efficace.

Tinha sujeira atrás da porta do banheiro, a janela do quarto não fechava, não possui elevador, tivemos que subir alguns andares de escada, e o valor foi caro para o lugar em questão

- Nurefsan (4/5): Acceptable for a last-minute option, but not worth the price otherwise. - The location was good and the staff were helpful, and we appreciated being able to leave our luggage before check-in. The room had a strong unpleasant smell on the first day, and although it improved by the second day, there were still spider webs on the wall. The bed sheets were clean, but the room offered only the basics — no kettle, tissues, or hot water. The shared bathrooms were cleaned daily, but could be inconvenient if used by many guests. Our hairdryer didn’t work, and the radiators had no temperature control, making the room either extremely hot or too cold. Opening the window caused mosquitoes to enter at night, which was uncomfortable. For about €250 for three nights, I don’t think the stay offered good value.

- Andrew (5/5): Milano 19/10/25 - Pulizia. Dall' aspetto esterno avevo qualche timore. Invece la stanza era pulita. Per una notte ci può stare. Infondo il letto era comodo. Il bagno era in stanza.. Partiamo dal fatto che è a 1.5 km dalla fermata del metrò. Sicuramente ho sbagliato io a controllare. Ma vabbè. Camminare non è un problema. Personale alla reception abbastanza scortese. Camera spaziosa ma bagno piccolissimo. Robe che per fare la doccia fai a testate con il muro. Praticamente senti pure se qualcuno parla all' esterno perché non c'è insonorizzazione

Viene omesso dalla pagina Booking quando sarebbe più corretto segnalarlo in modo chiaro . A Milano c’è freddo e non averla la possibilità di scaldarsi é un ENORME disagio . Non ci hanno portato neanche una stufetta. AGGIUNGO : - CAMERA SPORCA ( coperte sporche di marrone ( e non aggiungo altro ) , piatto doccia sporco da quello che si è fatto la doccia prima , pieno di capelli , asciugamano che puzzano e non sanno di pulito ). - PORTA DEL BALCONE rimane aperta e non si chiude e quindi entra tutto il freddo . DIFFICILE TROVARE UN POSTO PEGGIORE DI QUESTO !!!
