La cocina también muy completa, con todo lo que necesites para cocinar, cafe te y utensilios. Los ruidos molestos, se escucha demasiado los pasos de las demás personas.

• Jean Rojas (5/5): Hay mejores opciones por este precio. - Responden mediante rapido Las sabanas y cobijas estaban sucias, todo estaba sucio, nos cambiaron la cobija pero luego vimos y las sábanas también están sucias, ya muy tarde en la noche nada que hacer. Nos recomendaron un servicio de taxi que nos estafó, y luego nadie se hizo responsable, de lo peor. La verdad me llevo una mala experiencia en general.

Me mandaron un wtp antes de llegar explicandome el ingreso al hostel y la habitacion. Un 10 el trato tal vez la instalacion electrica es un poco insegura, y las paredes son no estan muy aisladas, se escuchan las habitaciones vecinas, y el entrepiso tambien le falta aislacion, se siente a los vecinos de arriba

• Jennifer (8/5): Tem prós e contras - Eu aluguei botas de trekking e meu voo saía no dia seguinte, antes de a loja abrir. Fizeram a gentileza de devolver as botas para mim. O chuveiro é muito bom. Fica perto da avenida principal, uns 10 min a pé, mas no caminho tem uma escadaria que fica bem escura de noite. Achei o enxoval um pouco sujo (só a colcha, não os lençóis). As gavetas também estavam sujas. E a hospedagem em Calafate é muito cara, o que puxa o custo benefício para baixo. Também não amo a ideia de a atenção ser 100% digital, apesar de terem me atendido prontamente por whats app sempre que precisei.

• Ryan (10/5): Overall it was awesome.. - Nice private rooms and great clean kitchen.. it is near to the city centre just few minutes of walking to the main street and less than 100m for supermarket for groceries Wifi is a little bit weak sometimes.. a lil pricey if you book directly from them.. should have booked it through booking.com to get better deals
• Nadine (8/5): - Die Unterkumft liegt zentral umd ich vom Bisbahnhof her auch zu Fuss zu erreichen. Man ist ebso rasch im Zentrum, hat aber abends Ruhe. Die Zimmer sind mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Geschätt habe ich das Reinigen und die neuen Handtücher. Sehr hellhörig und man hört die Leute aus anderen Zimmern. Reist jemand morgens früh los oder spät abends, hört man einiges.

El precio es bueno para la unicación cercana al centro. Considero que hay pocos baños para la cantidad de habitaciones que hay. No esperes un lugar lindo, cumple para dormir y estar cerca del centro (ni tanto). Cuando llegamos por la noche hacía bastante frío en la habitación.

• Matus (5/5): El MALTRATO. - Muy amable la señora de la limpieza y bueno su trabajo, Me seco el baño, aunque no era el día de la limpieza de la habitación. EL MALTRATO de la encargada, recepcionista, el que no tengan empatía, Cuento sin saber que iba a molestar tanto: invité a 2 personas.mayores a compartir una comida al sector de cocina y la encargada los sacó muy groseramente del lugar, porque no se alojaban en el mismo. Hay formas y formas, de dirigirse y tratar a las personas, podría .haberlo hecho a parte, hablarme de mejor manera y discretamente, me.hizo sentir muy mal no solamente a mi sino también a las personas. Otro problema era el sonido , lamentablemente tienen las paredes muy finas y se escuchaba todo el ruido del baño general y de la jab. del lado. No tenía microondas, ni horno.

• Daniela_torresy (7/5): - La habitación es amplia, cómoda y el baño limpio. El wifi dejó de funcionar por casi 12 horas dejándonos completamente incomunicadas. Nunca vi a nadie del personal en el hostal ya que hasta en el check in te hablan por una cámara. Intente llamarlos por la cámara de la puerta para avisar el problema del wifi pero tampoco funcionó.

• Amalia (3/5): Decepción - La ubicación Las instalaciones, se escuchan todas las habitaciones imposible dormir. No es posible usar los espacios comunes desp de las 10 hs. Viajamos en enero y en ese horario es aún de día, no poder utilizar la cocina en un Hostel en ese horario es muy incómodo. Nos hablaron de mala manera en más de una oportunidad. Y el baño de la habitación es muy pequeño sin salida de agua, por lo que se moja todo y queda así.

• Amélie (7/5): - Chambre privée convenable et plutôt propre même si cela manque d’isolation. Ils font le ménage et changent les serviettes tous les 2 jours. La cuisine n’est pas très bien équipée (la plupart des équipements méritent d’être remplacés) et le frigo est un peu petit. Même si cela est dû aux occupants et non à l’auberge directement les espaces communs manquent propreté (une salle de bain a notamment été laissée dans un état déplorable par une occupante de l’auberge, et il n’y en a que 2 pour environ 8 chambres en bas). Toilettes intégrées aux salles de bain, dont l’une donne dans la cuisine…

• Harriet (5/5): Good sleep but owner needs to get the basics right - nice welcome from the host and comfortable beds - good sleeps were had. Host helped arrange a taxi. 15 mins walk to the town centre (slightly downhill) - kitchen needs upgrading - yes we cooked, but simple things like toaster did not exist, utensils were sparse, fridge was made up of old fridge parts and food would fall out when door opened. Coffee and tea for free was a nice touch, but get the basics right first? - light fittings hanging out of the ceiling, light switches temperamental - two showers in the whole property - one of which did not have any glass casing like it used to - shower floor was so wet all the time and is hazardous - coupled with the fact that the shower head would not stay on the wall, how does one expect to shower without making it a wetroom?!?! - FINALLY, if you are staying in the private room (top left) of the upstairs, be prepared to spend 5-10 minutes opening your locked door. This is really awful and frustrating.

• Lourdes (1/5): - Deux heures avant d'arriver à l'hôtel pour mon séjour, j'ai demandé par whatsapp à l'hôtel si je pouvais garder mes bagages avant l'heure de réception de la chambre. La réponse était que je pouvais le laisser en réception (mais pas sous clé, et sans surveillance puisque l'entrée en réception est autonome). Je me suis permise de signaler que sur l'annonce, parmi les équipements de l'hôtel, il y avait indiqué "Bagagerie sous clé". Et bien, en se disant que j'allais peut-être laissé un avis négatif, cette personne a décidé d'annuler ma réservation sans plus, peu avant le moment où j'arrivais à l'hôtel, me laissant donc à la rue à cause d'une simple remarque, et malgré le fait que je lui ai gentiment demandé de reconsidérer sa décision. Je ne méritais pas ce traitement et ce hôtel ne mérite pas des réservations sur lesquelles pouvoir compter.

• Marisa (10/5): Positivo - El hostel esta bien ubicado, a pocas cuadras del centro y su calle principal. No cuenta con servicio de desayuno, pero tiene una amplia cocina totalmente equipada para poder usarla. Destaco la limpieza y lo rapido que fue hacer el check+in. Atendido por sus duelos, siempre dispuestos para responder consultas.
• Flavia (10/5): Es EL LUGAR para hacer una base agradable para recorrer Calafate . El descanso es parte del viaje. - Muy tranquilo. Cómodo, instalaciones muy buenas, cuidadas , limpias, acogedoras, Fue muy agradable estar ahí; Tiene una cocina amplia, muy bien equipada, ( aparato cocina grande, microndas, heladera, dispensador de agua fría y caliente: Tiene sufiecientes utensilios, mesas distribuidas en la cocina comedor amplia) Algunas habitaciones tienen baño privado, otras compartido. En mi caso, ni noté que el baño era compartido Hacen la limpieza en la habitación si te quedas varios días, ofrecen ropa de cama y toallas; Tiene detalles armoniosos de decoración. Las fotos que se ven son reales, ( a veces pasa que se sacan desde un o con una luz que parece hermosas y no lo son. En este caso si. Son pequeñas, pero limpias, con buena luz, con cortinas para oscurecer en los días largos, los colchones y ropa de cama en excelente estado) Me sorprendió "Atención digital", a pesar de no haber nadie de cuerpo presente en la rececpción, todas las explicaciones, atención para excursiones o silicitudes varias, responden enseguida, y si es necesario vienen : Que los radiadores tengan autonomía para bajar o subir la calefacción. Para las personas que venimos de climas fríos, es muy alta, y seguro que otros la necesitan así, por eso creo que debería indiviudalizarse por habitación. De todas formas, cuando pedí sobre la calefacción atendieron mi demanda enseguida

• Mariam (9/5): Agréable - Très bon emplacement, proche du centre ville et de toutes les comodités. Nous y avons passé une nuit et c'est suffisant pour une nuit ! C'est très fonctionnel et il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, dormir, se laver,... c'est conforme à la description. Il y a le chauffage, ce qui est important vu le lieu et la réception fonctionne par messagerie sur les heures creuses ce qui facilite les échanges. Au top ! Je recommande ! Un "garde bagage" serait appréciable dans un local par exemple. Sinon, la propreté des toilettes... non pas par manque de ménage mais à cause des résidents : mettre un panneau indiquant de laisse propre les toilettes et le rappeler dans la charte de l'établissement peut-être.

• James (7/5): Good option for the price - Good kitchen - lots of hostels we have stayed at the hobs don’t really work but these were good and a nice dining area to meet other travellers , plus a store cupboard of stuff to share (cooking oil , salt , pepper etc) . Rooms were a little run down but was ok . Linens were freshly laundered but a bit old so didn’t look super fresh . Hot shower with good water pressure. Price was ok (more than you’d pay elsewhere in Argentina but Calafate is generally expensive) staff very responsive on WhatsApp and have a tour provider they put you in touch with , and also daily messages about excursions / transfers you can book so very easy to arrange things to do . short walk from Main Street of shops . 3000 peso taxi or 25min walk to bus station Reception not occupied often but responsiveness on WhatsApp makes up for this . Rooms were a little run down but was ok . Linens were freshly laundered but a bit old so didn’t look super fresh
• Yu (1/5): By far THE WORST hostel/hotel I’ve stayed in Argentina since December 2023. - Single room is cheaper compare with other accommodations nearby. HOWEVER cheaper doesn’t mean you should’ve lowered the service quality and implement nonsense policies. WARNING: This hostel DO NOT ALLOWED you to stay in common area after checkout, also NO ALLOWED TO LEAVE ANY LUGGAGE for a few hours to wait for afternoon flight. The excuses given: we are closed and no one is available. However, both luggage and reception timing are NOT MENTIONED on Booking.com and from their pre arrival booking reminder email, this is UNFAIR for the guest to make plans and NOT ACCEPTABLE. They don’t even trying to help by proposing any alternative, just want you TO GET OUT FROM THE BUILDING as soon as possible. Furthermore, there’s NO ONE AT THE RECEPTION every time when I pass by. 1. When I need to check in, I’ve to WhatsApp the number and stand in front of the door for 10 minutes. 2. When there’s no electricity the main door is not working, and when the wifi is not working, I’ve to WhatsApp the number and stand in front of the door for 10 minutes. The guy at the reception seems like he’s rushing to go home or somewhere else all the times. If you don’t have time to commit for hospitality industry you shouldn’t have to run a hostel business with all sort of requirements from different guest everyday. Remark: I’ve also paid extra 19,809 pesos for the late checkout from 10am to 1230pm, this is expensive but understandable.

• Franziska (7/5): Good - Beds are comfortable. Unfortunately it's very loud because the walls between the rooms are super thin. But even more annoying was the fact that the toilet was very dirty when we arrived, 4 days later, when we left the accommodation, the same dirt was still there :(
