Oliver (10/5): Super Preis Leistungsverhältnis - Top Hotel mit sehr schön eingerichteten,großen Zimmer und einer kleinen Küche. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 4.Stock auf der Innenhof Seite, dadurch war es sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war super lecker und bot alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage des Hotels war optimal. In ca 5 Minuten war die U-Bahn Linie 1 erreicht. In 10 Minuten war man im Centrum von Wien In ca 10 Minuten am Prater Für uns gab es nichts zu bemängeln

Housekeeping and cleaning is not done during the stay at all, basically it is done before check-in and after check out which for a week stay is not good..cleaning needs to be done every other day if not daily.

Corinna (10/5): Tolle Wohnung, besonders für Familien geeignet. - Wir hatten zu Viert eine Ferienwohnung gemietet, die sehr schön und komfortabel war. Das Frühstück war ausgesprochen lecker, das Personal sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist auch toll, nahe des Mexikoplatzes und gut angebunden. Herausragend war aber auch der Service nach unserem Aufenthalt: wir hatten einen Autoschlüssel im Zimmer vergessen, der uns sehr unkompliziert und schnell nachgeschickt wurde. Nochmal einen herzlichen Dank dafür.

Kaveh (9/5): Comfort, convenience, and quiet - It was great having kitchen amenities as well as the service and comfort of a hotel! It was quiet and the U-Bahn was very close. Coffee was provided to get you started; additional pods cost one euro--reasonable. (Or instant for free.) Separate WC and bathroom was a plus. Only issue was a broken drawer. The location wasn't the most convenient for seeing the main sights of Vienna, but it worked for us.

Antonio (9/5): Posizione eccellente per muoversi con la metropolitana, strutttura ben tenuta, personale cordiale - Appartamentino molto confortevole per un breve soggiorno nella capitale austriaca, ben arredato, pulito. Il personale della struttura è disponibile e molto cordiale. Posizione logistica appena fuori centro ma comodissima, a soli 100m dalla fermata della metro (linea U1), che vi porta dappertutto. La zona è tranquilla anche di sera (Vienna però è pur sempre una metropol, quindi dopo le 22,00 non è proprio un oratorio), ottimamente servita dai mezzi pubblici, con locali aperti anche dopo le 22,00 ed esercizi commerciali vari (c'è un supermercato Penny proprio sotto la struttura, comodissimo per fare la spesa e rispamiare un bel pò sul viitto,). Le mini sweet con angolo cucina sono comodissime per soggiorni familiari sopratutto se non si ha il budget per mangiare a pranzo e cena in ristorante, cosa che a Vienna può essere veramente molto dispendiosa. Del resto, non è il cibo il motivo per cui si visita Vienna ma per l'arte e la cultura. Ottimo il servizio di trasferimento dall'aereporto al'albergo incluso nel prezzo offerto da booking . Struttura stra-consigliata soprattutto per famiglie Alcune strtutture a parità di prezzo offrono la colazione inclusa ma considerato il tutto, il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ancora favorevole, vista la presenza della piccola cucina fornita di tutto il necessario: Vienna ha un livello dei prezzi da Metropoli nord europea, fermarsi a mangiare sempre fuori, soprattutto nei locali del centro, può essere davvero molto impegnativo.

Robert (7/5): Okay for one night - not ideal location but friendly staff. - It’s not far from Danube Island and not far from Prater Stern and major public transportation. The area is not nice and the people in the neighbourhood are predominantly the persons that arrived in the last 10 years to Europe. Not the real Vienna feeling.

alberto (9/5): Hotel molto confortevole vicino al Danubio - L'hotel conferma tutto quanto indicato sul sito. Camera molto grande con angolo cucina completamente attrezzato, arredamento funzionale e gradevole, doccia ottima. Letti confortevoli. Non abbiamo fatto colazione. La posizione è molto comoda perchè vicina a una stazione della linea rossa (cinque minuti a piedi) che con sole quattro fermate raggiunge la piazza del Duomo. Due minuti a piedi dal lungo-fiume Danubio in una zona attrezzata per vivere il fiume. Hotel molto silenzioso in un palazzo storico con ambienti interessanti. Personale molto professionale

Olga (10/5): Truly comfortable place - The hotel is located 5 min from a metro station (4 stops to the city center - 10 min ride). There is a bakery (next to metro) open from 5 till 22 where you can buy food. The room had a separate kitchen (fully equipped) and a bedroom/living room (see photos). The room was very warm, there is also airco. Overall my experience is very positive, it met my expeditions fully taking into account the price. all was good

Libánský (10/5): - Snídaně chutná, poměrně velký výběr dobrot. Personál byl usměvavý, milý a vstřícný. Klidný hotel ve starším domě, ale moderně a stylově vybaveném. Placené parkování hned vedle hotelu v podzemní garáži (18 €/den + vratná záloha na klíč ve výši 70 €). Hotelový pokoj velmi dobře vybavený, vedle hotelu obchody s potravinami (jeden otevřen i v neděli), blízko též stanice metra. Vše OK. Snad jen trochu problém při příjezdu a odjezdu se zaparkováním na ulici (kvůli vyřízení nezbytných formalit na recepci), málo místa a bedliví strážníci neustále obcházejí, zda někdo neporušuje předpisy.

Nebille_foto (9/5): A great place to stay - The location was great, not too central but close enough, a few 100 metres away from the metro station that takes you straight to Stephensplatz, just 4 stops away. Loads of shops and restaurants nearby. The room/apartment was spacious, comfortable and clean, perfect for anyone who is travelling to spend the days out exploring and using the accommodation to shower and rest for the next day. I understand that daily cleaning of a relatively big apartment is time-consuming. Still, a general clean (not just emptying the trash cans and changing the bath rug) and a change of linen and towels should be at least every 3 nights, especially for families travelling with young kids.

Arno (8/5): Gute, ruhige Lage, sauber, geeignet für Familien - Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sauber. Das Frühstück "kontinental": im Prinzip alles da, ich hätte mir persönlich frische, statt aufgebackene Brötchen gewünscht, aber die Kids waren zufrieden. Lage an der Donau ist ok, mit Öfis schnell im Zentrum. Großes Lob, da es mehrschichtiges Toilettenpapier gab :-) Wenig Hängemöglichkeiten im Bad (1x Handtuch + Handtuchheizkörper); wir waren zu viert. Das ist zu wenig.... Spätestens als ich vom Joggen kam, wars vorbei. Platz im Bad ist genug- das kann man schnell beheben :-)
Jay (10/5): - 혼잡한 곳에서 벗어나 한적하고 조용한 위치이지만 U1 지하철로 10분안에 왠만한 곳은 이동이 가능하고 비엔나의 다른 호텔들에 비하면 넓은 객실. 주방을 갖추고 있어서 간단한 식사 해먹을수 있고 냉장고가 있어서 좋았어요. 객실에 커피머신과 캡슐커피, 차가 준비되어 있고 1층 로비에도 커피머신이 있어요. 유쾌한 직원분께서 체크인ᆞ아웃을 기분좋게 해주셨어요. 없음
Lolly22 (9/5): - Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Gleich in der Umgebung waren Discounter, Bäckerei und die U-Bahn. Der Prater war schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Fernseher bzw. das finden der Programme war etwas kompliziert.

rebe 2019 (8/5): Best Western Plus Celebrity Suites - stojí za to se tady ubytovat - Po roce ve stejné době stejný hotel: poměrně snadný příjezd Vídní - tentokrát od jihu. Tři sta metrů na metro - 4 stanice do samého centra Vídně. Bohatá, velmi pestrá snídaně. Příjemně vybavená kuchyně. Spousta možností jídla v okolí. Přece jen mírně problematická část Vídně - za nevelký poplatek parkování v garáži. Nenacházím.
Ute (9/5): Sehr entspannter Aufenthalt nach langen Stadterkundungen - Wir hatten ein sehr großzügiges Zimmer mit Küchenzeile, Kaffeemaschine plus Kaffeekapseln - vollständige Küchenausstattung (Geschirr, Töpfe etc.) Die U-Bahn Station war 5 Minuten entfernt - ein Parkplatz (gegen Gebühr) in einer, neben dem Hotel gelegenen, Parkgarage hatten wir reserviert. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und hat alle Wünsche erfüllt. Es gab für uns nichts zu bemängeln.

Eirik (4/5): Slitt leilighetshotell med litt dårlig beliggenhet om du ikke skal på elvecruise. - Nær kaiplass for elvecruise, fint om du skal reise med dette neste dag, som vi skulle, men ellers må du ta bil eller bane for å komme til attraksjoner. Ligger i en bakgate - litt røft strøk på kveldstid. Rare løsninger i bygget med halvetasjer og slitte rom.

Greg and Wendy (5/5): Not a "Best" or "Plus" - That there was a laundry room, though it was a pig sty. Staff. Water temp and pressure. Location was rough; it's obviously a converted apartment and higgly-piggly with how it's all assembled. Worn and old and not decorated in any consistency, other than cheap pictures of celebrities. Bathrooms were weird (toilet in a separate room; small & narrow sink with motion-sensor water) and water came through poor seals around shower door. We thought getting a Best Western Plus would ensure a certain level of quality but that was a no go. Best Western should take their name off this place.
Bettina (5/5): Zum Schlafen ist das Hotel oK, das viel gelobte Frühstück gab es nicht. - Gut war die Nähe zur U-Bahn, sehr ruhig gelegen, man hört die ganze Nacht nichts. Die Küchenzeile ist gut bestückt. Das Zimmer war geräumig. Das Bett ist klasse! Es gibt gleich nebenan einen Supermarkt. Preis-Leistung passt. Das Frühstück war richtig schlecht, es gab Aufbackbrötchen, keine Vollkornbrötchen, Obst aus der Dose. Kalte, harte Eier, frisches Obst hatte eher die Funktion der Dekoration, wer möchte Zitronen? Käse, der nach nichts schmeckt, zuckersüße Marmelade, schlechter Kaffee. In der Mini-Dusche war kaum Platz für die Ablage, der Wasserhahn ist zu groß für das Mini-Waschbecken, das Schränkchen darunter ist schon richtig aufgeweicht, weil ständig Wasser überläuft. Die Sensorarmatur ist zwar gut gemeint, erfüllt aber hier den Zweck überhaupt nicht. Die Lobby ist winzig, man möchte hier nicht verweilen. Die Tür zum Treppenhaus/zu den Zimmern hat den Charme einer Kellertür. Nicht im besten Stadtteil von Wien gelegen, gut war nur der kurze Weg zur U-Bahn.

munja100 (9/5): Great and affordable apart hotel - Great location, close to U1 and to airport train S7. Also close to the city center. 24 h front desk. The rooms have a kitchen. Very friendly staff. Comfortable room and beds. Bathroom is a little damp and has a little bit of a smell. But nothing too bad
Angel (10/5): Very nice. - Third time I was in Vienna. Of the many places I have stayed, this one has seemed to me the best. The location is very favorable, the staff is friendly, the room had everything you need and the hotel has a good gym which is something I usually look for when I travel. Nothing to add.
