- ihsan (10/5): - Otelin konumu çok güzel. Bomonti adanın yanı. Otelin bulunduğu konum çok nezih bir Semt. Oda temizliği çok iyi. Yalnızca otopark sorunu var otelin önünde 1 araçlık park var o da kaparsanız fakat 200mt ilerde kapalı otopark var ve güvenli ( 1 günlük 600₺ ) genel olarak otelden çok memnun kaldık

- KENNY (10/5): - + Great staff, friendly management, excellent service, clean, unique and cool interior, GREAT shower!!, pretty room, no complaints about the hotel itself, definitely recommend -pretty far (30 min up/downhill) from taksim center, as a tourist you can get pretty lost with the metros because of this (metro in istanbul is really really unclear and metro website is only avaible in english) but i guess you will have this with other hotels to who have less quality than this one Thanks for the staying, i would give it a 9,5/10 distance is the only reason i wont give it a 10 but that you cant really choose ofcourse Overall

- FATMA BAHAR (6/5): - Oteli otoparkı olduğu belirtildiği için tercih ettim. Gece geç saatte ulaştık otele. Gece resepsiyonda olan arkadaşa otoparkı sorduğumda otopark olmadığını, sokak içerisine park etmemi söyledi. Zaten arabamı hemen yanda bulunan bir iş yerinin önüne park etmiştim. Sabaha kadar burada durmasının sakıncası olup olmadığını sorduğumda ve araba için kendilerine ulaşan olursa beni haberdar etmelerini rica ettiğimde kendiniz takip etmelisiniz dedi. Sabah erken saatte aracımı bir otoparka bırakma kararı ile, çünkü saat gece yarısını geçmişti, odama çekildim. Saat 02.00 gibi, daha yeni uykuya dalmışken, koridorda birisinin otel görevlisi diğerinin de elektrik tamir ustadı olduğunu düşündüğüm iki erkek son derece yüksek sesle konuşarak bir odanın elektrik arızasının giderilmesi ile uğraştılar, sanırım kettle çalışınca şalter atıyormuş. Ancak bu rahatsız edici gürültü de bitince uyuyabildim. Sabah da erken saatte kalkarak aracımı yakındaki bir otoparka çektim. Gündüz resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaşlar çok kibar ve yardımcıydı, otel oldukça temizdi, lokasyonu da son derece iyi. Odalar konforluydu. Ancak yukarıda belirttiğim durum nedeniyle pek konforlu bir gece geçirmedim. İstanbula Ankaradan gelmiştim ve otelde geçirdiğim geceden sonra Çanakkaleye gittim. Bu uzun seyahatler boyunca araba kullanıyor olmam nedeniyle otelinizde geçirdiğim gece benim için bir talihsizlik oldu.

- irem bedriye (8/5): Tercih edilebilecek bir mekan - Tuvalet musluğu kırıktı duş başlığı tasarım olarak hoştu ama onun da durumu pek iyi değildi yatak başı aydınlatmalardan biri bozuktu ve diş fırçası vs olarak hiçbir ürün yoktu sadece çok bazal şeyler konulmuştu bunların dışında konumu çok rahat odanın tasarımı çok şık ve tatlıydı fiyat performans olarak kesinlikle öneririm bahsettiğim küçük sıkıntılar halledildiğini düşünürsek yakınlarıma kesinlikle öneririm

Lokasyon merkezi Osman bey metro durağı ve nisantasina 12-15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Otopark imkanı yok . Cervrede ücretli otopark bulabiliyorsunuz . Genel olarak izlenimim oldukça olumlu .

- Michelle (8/5): Bathroom overhaul - We have stayed here many many times and have been very happy; but recently we have noticed that the bathrooms need a major overhaul! Showers are leaking, water running out of the shower doors, and flooding the floors. Hot and cold water knobs are all loose! Some bathrooms are so small that you can barely move in them.

Duş başlığını oynatmaları bile duyuluyordu. (Gece 3'te odaya giriş yaptılar ve uykumuzdan uyandık.) 3) Oda sıcaktı fakat ısıtmanın kontrolü yoktu, sıcaklığı ayarlamak için sık sık cam açtık. Gece terledik. 4) Otel müşterilerine 15.00'a kadar kahve ücretsizmiş. Biz bunu bilmiyorduk akşam sorduğumuzda ikramdan yararlanamadık, ücreti karşılığında alabildik. 5) Karşı binanın alarmı gece 3.30dan 5.30a kadar çok yüksek sesle aralıksız çaldı ses yalıtımı yetersiz olduğu için uyuyamadık, resepsiyona bilgi verdiğimizde ellerinden bir şey gelmediğini ilettiler. 6) Otelin kafesinin mutfağı var fakat 15.00'da kapanıyor haftasonları, yararlanamadık.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - İş seyahatimiz nedeniyle 1 geceliğine otelin iki odasında konakladık. Odalar son derece temiz ve zevkli dekore edilmişti. Otelin konumu her yere yakın olduğu için kısıtlı zamanımızda bize büyük kolaylık sağladı. Otelin giriş katı şirin bir cafe ve otel müşterilerine ücretsiz çay/kahve ikramları bulunuyor. Sabah erken saatte check-out yapmamıza rağmen çantalarımızı ücretsiz olarak emanet odasında muhafaza ettiler. Arabasız seyahat edecekler için büyük avantaj. Tek kötü deneyimimiz odaların haddinden fazla sıcak olmasıydı. Gece boyu cam açık yattık fakat emniyet kilitlerinden dolayı camlar yarım açıldığı için bunun bile faydası olmadı. Yani uykunuzdan uyandıracak derecede yüksek bir sıcaklığa maruz kalma ihtimaliniz olası. Tüm personele teşekkürlerimizi sunarız.
- Osman (4/5): - Mye støy fra gaten og gang/andre rom. Støy fra kjøleskap og andre rør. Litt utdatert hotell og lite størrelse på rommet ift bilder. Hotellet lå sentralt til og det var egentlig det. Hadde ikke bodd der igjen.

- Rasmus (10/5): Good hotel. - Was in Istanbul for a conference at the Hilton. This hotel was at a very convenient walking distance, but at a fraction of the Hilton price. Overall I am very happy with my stay!

Rooms were too small for the rates that we pay and air conditioners were not working for the whole evening after a very loud fire alarm at midnight that lasted for minutes with no instructions for guests.. Overall it was an average hotel that I would not book again if I want a high quality hotel

- Ozgen (10/5): - Aynı otelde ikinci kez konaklıyoruz. Standart odada kaldık. Odaları oldukça güzel dizayn edilmiş, temiz ve geniş. Kahvaltısı yeterli, konaklamaya dahil olmasa bile makul bir ücret karşılığında kahvaltı yapılabiliyor. Otel Şişli merkezde ve Osmanbey Metrosu, Cevahir AVM ve Nişantaşı’na 15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Otele ait ücretsiz otopark mevcut.

- Alexander (10/5): Would and will absolutely stay again - The staff at the front desk on arrival were incredibly friendly and helpful. They made me feel very welcomed and did everything to make me happy. My room was clean, the double bed super comfy, the shower was fantastic.
- Ramazan (6/5): - Das erste Zimmer das wir bekamen war leider nicht sauber. Bettwäsche und Kissen hatten noch Flecken und Haare. Allerdings war das Personal sehr freundlich und haben uns umgehend ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Das neue Zimmer war zufriedenstellend. Mich persönlich hat gestört: die Handtücher und Bademäntel hatten einen unangenehmen Geruch, die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht schlecht, zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten in Nisantasi. Wenn man im Hotel Taxis bestellen wollte, waren nie welche Frei. Dazu hat es allerdings gereicht, wenn man um die 100-200 Meter die Straße hoch gelaufen ist. Dort sind alle paar Minuten Taxis vorbeigefahren. Alles in einem kann man bei diesem Preis etwas höhere Ansprüche stellen.
- Francisco (10/5): - El hotel está situado en un sitio un poquito alejado del centro pero si vas con vehículo propio es genial porque tiene aparcamiento gratuito el metro está muy cerquita y es línea directa hasta el centro de la ciudad el personal es genial o sea maravilloso las instalaciones nuevas novísimas la relación calidad-precio estupenda yo lo recomiendo chicos si cuando vuelva a Estambul me voy a alojar allí es seguro

- Güldane (10/5): - Sehr gemütliche Betten, sehr nettes Personal, sehr sauber, bester Kaffe. Bei denTerrassen Zimmer sind die Badezimmer sehr unpraktisch, keine Ablagefläche für Haarbürste oder Zahnbürste, ansonsten sehr gut Immer wieder gerne. Schade gibt es keine Familienzimmer, mit zusatzzimmer

- Helen (10/5): - This hotel was a life saver. I was unexpectedly hospitalised in a nearby hospital and my husband needed somewhere to stay that was affordable. The hotel is clean and extremely comfortable and the lovely staff were always so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is truly delicious and huge variety but is meant for people with large appetites. We ended up asking for smaller proportions. Thank you to this superb hotel that is such great value for money. It was a ray of happiness in an otherwise terrible situation that we found ourselves in

- jacqueline (10/5): Excellent hotel. AMAZING staff. - By far the best hotel ive stayed in Istanbul. The staff are amazing. I don't just say that. The lobby is fantastic with the coffee service, breakfast is very good. The room has everything you need. Fantastic and clean. Location is excellent. Shower / bed great. The ONLY ONLY thing is we NEED to Tell the GUESTS not to Slam their Doors. Other guests said the same. The guests have To Be told. Maybe Put a sign up in Arabic and English saying NOT to slam their doors or shout at 3am. Other than that it is perfect.

Küçükçiftlik park konser alanına yakın olduğu için tercih ettik.İlgi alaka en üst seviyede diyebilirim. Her konuda yardımcı olabilmek için fazlasıyla çaba gösteren bir ekibe sahip. Odalar gayet temiz ve güzeldi gayet kullnışlı dekore edilmiş. Sabah kahvaltısı harikaydı. Ayrıca tv izlemeyi sevenler için odada büyük ekran televizyon olması çok iyiydi. Herşey için çok teşekkürler Stayso by Cloud 7 ekibi.

- Justin (10/5): - This hotel is by far the best in the area. I can’t speak highly enough about the staff itself and their attentiveness, attention to detail and awesome customer service. I have never felt more welcome or comfortable at any other hotel. I would like to mention three staff members in particular that set the standards for what customer service and friendliness are all about… a big shout out to Seyma, Deniz and Sabahattin. All three made our experience the best!!!! I will certainly be back. I love them all!

- Satoshi (10/5): the most cost-effective hotel in my life - It was one of the most cost-effective hotels I have stayed at. It's not a large hotel, so you can't expect shared facilities, but the rooms are clean and have all the basic room facilities. The staff's response was also excellent. I would like to stay next time if I have the opportunity, and I would like to introduce it to my friends.
