L’appartement est impeccable et il est situé dans un environnement des plus bucolique avec une vue à couper le souffle. Nous avons été enchanté par l’accueil et la gentillesse exceptionnelle des charmants propriétaires. Un bijou!

È veramente silenzioso , non si sentono rumori durante la notte Lo staff è sempre stato gentile e disponibile in ogni momento Mi spiace lasciare brutti feedback, evito sempre se posso, però: La pulizia non era delle migliori.. impronte di scarpe in bagno, tracce di precedenti ospiti in varie parti della casa. muffa presente sulla porta della doccia e un po' di cattivo odore che era presente in appartamento. Capitolo a parte riscaldamento e temperatura. Il riscaldamento si paga a parte ( ma non è scritto nella descrizione, ma arriva comunicazione una volta effettuata la prenotazione). Nonostante abbiamo pagato troppo per appena 3gg( tenuti a 19/20 max), l'appartamento era freddo, specie nella zona cucina e l'assenza di un climatizzatore non consente di usare altre fonti di riscaldamento .

Nicholas (9/5): Superb - Beautiful property with an exceptional pool and great views over the countryside. Great location to explore Tuscany- short drive to Siena and San Gimignano and less than an hour to Florence. We were travelling with a baby and a toddler, Lorenzo organised a cot and high chair for us. The kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. Having the playground for our child was nice but it needs some work as is a bit run down.
Solonely (10/5): Exceptional - everything was great - location close enough to explore cities like Firenze, San Gimignano, Siena, Pisa...., the Borgo Poneta itself - such a calm and wonderfull place. Siting outside in the evening after all day exploring Tuscany, with a bottle of wine, all you can hear are the birds... watching the sunset, it was overall very pleasant experience. The view from the window was stunning! Lorenzo is a great host, always helpfull. always there for you. We loved the pool, though it was not warm enough to enjoy it, it must be great place to spend a part of your day. It was good choice to stay at Borgo Poneta, and if we'll go to Tuscany again, this will be our first choice. Also, if you are a cat lover, like us, there are few of them always around :) BIG THANK YOU, LORENZO!!! not a criticism, just an advise - if you're smoking, it's better to book an apartment on the ground floor. ours was upstairs, with no balcony, so you have to do out everytime you want to smoke. But again, it's nothing bad about the property itself, just an advise.

What I enjoyed the most was various wonderful birds chirping, breakfast on the bench with a view of the beautiful nature. Amazing pool and its surrounding. The apartment is very spacious with a super comfy fantastic bed and a kitchen that has everything you need for a long stay. An excellent location for exploring the whole Tuscan region. Perfect car access and large comfortable parking lot in beautiful greenery. Lorenzo was very nice and helpful, always at our disposal. Good value for money.

Nicole (10/5): Beautiful grounds in an excellent location within 20 min from San Gimignano and wine tasting. - Beautiful property that was clean with great views of San Gimignano. We had a two bedroom/1 bath apartment with a small kitchen that allowed us to cook breakfast every morning. And they gift you with a bottle of wine to enjoy on check-in! We participated in their on site cooling class and that was a great experience! Also they had a lovely sunset dinner they offered that literally was my best meal in all of Italy! It also has a very pretty pool to take a swim in! As far as staff, the host Lorenzo was great! Very communicative and really helped us when we got a flat tire and needed help with a new rental car. No air conditioning, but they do provide floor fans.

Rosalee (9/5): We loved it, so beautiful, great location, great people, great pool, great views! - We loved the accommodation and location, unfortunately the week that we were there, we had some extremely hot weather and although during the day having the pool was amazing, nights were hard to sleep in the heat. The accommodation was very understanding and enabled us to leave a day earlier due to this, nothing that could have been done but something to keep in mind when booking through the hot periods of the season
Nerissa (9/5): A real Tuscan dream! - Borgo Poneta is a beautiful place with gorgeous views, a real Tuscan dream! The pool is amazing and the location is perfect for small trips to Siena, Volterra, Florence and San Gimignano. Lorenzo is very kind and helpful and the wine is delicious. I definitely recommend staying here! It was very hot this summer, and there is no airconditioning. There is a fan, but if you can’t sleep well because of the heat, this is something to consider. When the temperatures dropt a bit, it was okay during the nights. Also, everything in the kitchen is a little bit how the last people left it, so in our case most of the dishes and things like the coffee machine weren’t clean. Maybe this can be checked before arrival.
