- Andy (5/5): Great position, nice staff - but we won't be returning. - Location - Fantastic - in walking distance of the Trevi, Spanish Steps etc. Staff - Friendly & Helpful Breakfast - good Room and bed comfortable. Rooftop Terrace - would be great if and when you can actually use it. 2 Rooms booked at equal cost - but the rooms did not have equal facilities. Rooftop Terrace would be fabulous - and was a good part of the reason we booked this hotel. Sadly (and annoyingly) it was booked up for private functions on two nights out of the three we were there - the third night it rained - so we were unable to make full use of it. The dream of sitting in the sun, with a nice drink, overlooking Rome was distinctly different to the reality unfortunately. There are limited alternatives in the hotel to relax with a drink after a hard day - so the rooftop terrace was essential for us. Mini bar in the room was not restocked or checked correctly - and then we received an unwelcome extra charge following checkout. I have emailed the hotel twice now to point the above out - but sadly have had no reply or acknowledgment from them at all. Maybe if they were as quick at replying to a customers concerns, as they are at emailing to say we owe them 8 euros for a bottle of juice we assumed we had already paid for - then I wouldn't have to raise my concerns here? I am sure - reading other reviews, that I will receive a reply to justify all of this - but I'm sorry - its just not good enough for a 5 star Hotel to ignore a customers concerns and comments.

- Sara Wright (5/5): Great location, lovely staff, but design lets this hotel down. - Great location Very clean The staff were great and helped to put things right, and with a smile. We were given an upgrade for night 2 (of the 3), as there were no curtains in our first room. The manger was great and resolved this for us. But the design of the hotel areas, including bedrooms (and the upgrade) lets this hotel down. Bedrooms- There is literally no space to put your case, no side to put out any cosmetics, there are no extractor fans in the bathrooms, the bathroom door requires a little finger in a small hole to slide the door open and close and the TV does not work with IPhones and has a couple of channels -so limited options for non Italians available. Breakfast- the containers for the hot food are plastic, so do not keep the food warm. They are also small, so the eggs ran out every morning, leading to guests waiting. Again all the staff were exceptional though and seemed concerned about waiting guests.

Il bar al rooftop ha una bella vista. Mi è piaciuta molto la colazione, tantissima varietà, prodotti freschi. Personale gentile. Non mi è piaciuta molto la struttura, molto buia, arredi scuri, poca luce naturale. Non ci sono spazi tipo hall, salottini, …La camera era poco funzionale, spaziosa ma non comoda, pochi appoggi, poche prese. Molto rumoroso l’impianto di riscaldamento/condizionamento. In generale ambiente non molto arieggiato e profumato.

Beğenmediğim en önemli konu yeni aldığım oldukça pahalı bir kıyafeti yıkamaya verdim fakat kıyafet eskimiş ve tüylenmiş bir şekilde bana geri döndü. Kullanmadan çöpe atmak zorunda kaldım. Çamaşır yıkatmak hem oldukça pahalı hem de kıyafetleriniz için oldukça tehlikeli. Ayrıca rooftop’ın saat 8 de kapanması aşırı komik.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at reception—Danielle went above and beyond to assist us and made us feel truly welcome. The location is excellent, within walking distance of all the main attractions, which made exploring the city so easy. Highly recommended!

- Carly (9/5): - Great location, very central, easy access to restaurants etc in the evening. Room was really large especially for Europe. As travelling with my son, they gave us a twin room which was perfect for us. Staff were really helpful, booked a few trips for us when we arrived and made our stay all the easier.

Café da manhã cumpre a função, mas a opção de omelete é cobrada à parte. Quarto pequeno, escuro e empoeirado. Serviço poderia ser melhor: não repuseram xícaras e nem cafés, tive que pedir duas vezes a recepção. O hotel está bem longe de ser 5 estrelas. Não há academia e nem spa, não sei qual critério de designação das estrelas.

Спочатку надали номер, який не відповідав бронюванню, і довелось витратити власний час на вирішення цього питання. У номер не приносили воду, а також не змінювали зубні щітки під час проживання.

- Rachelpelled (2/5): Infringement of privacy and lack of professionalism - The experience at this place was deeply disturbing. During a couples massage, after being asked to undress and remain in underwear only, I discovered at the end of the treatment that there was a camera positioned above the treatment area. At no point beforehand was I informed of this, there was no signage, and no consent was requested. Beyond the clear violation of privacy in such an intimate situation, the staff’s handling of the matter was equally concerning. When I raised the issue, I was repeatedly told that the camera was there “for security purposes” and that it was “legal,” without any proper explanation. My request to speak with a manager was denied, and even my request for the police contact details was refused. The overall feeling was one of complete helplessness – not only due to the situation itself, but also because of the refusal to provide basic assistance or allow me to contact an external authority. A general apology was later sent, but no actual action was taken, and my follow-up messages received no response. This experience severely impacted my sense of privacy and safety, and was made significantly worse by the way it was handled afterward, leaving a strong impression of lack of transparency and accountability.

Keine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit, kein Tisch oder sonstige Arbeitsfläche. Auch in der Lobby war man nicht wohl, vier Sitzgelegenheiten in einem kleinen Gang zwischen Eingang und Lift. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf keinen Fall. Ich war bis anhin von Booking.com nie enttäuscht. Eine Stellungnahme von Ihnen würde mich interessieren.

- shelleyb15 (8/5): Great location but a few niggles - The hotel is in an excellent location. The reception staff are very good and friendly and want to help to ensure you have an enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the effective air conditioning and friendly housekeeping and comfortable beds but we wouldn’t stay again. It might have been the room we chose but the lack of furniture was bordering on ridiculous. As well as the wardrobe and bed we had a sofa and two small bedside tables with large lights on them. There was absolutely nowhere to put anything except to leave it on the sofa. Whoever designed the hotel didn’t think about women. There was no dressing table or indeed any table or chair close to a mirror. The room was plenty big and could easily have accommodated a table and an additional light as the one window was up at the bed so the room was dark. We had to ask for bath robes and shower gel on arrival and for the USB C and B port to be repaired. The breakfast area is crushed and the staff constantly got in the way (although they were friendly and helpful). Lots to like about this hotel and the staff on reception were understanding of my issues but until the rooms have more furniture we wouldn’t return. Also what a shame for housekeeping to cope with a black bathroom sink and dark brown tiles. One wash of our hands and the place was a mess. We still enjoyed our stay.

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi, mevcut odadaki mini bar ücretsizdi. İkram ve jestler güzeldi. Kahvaltısı çok iyiydi. Odaların koyu renkli dizayn edilmesini ve dolayısıyla karanlık olmasını sevmedim.

All’arrivo mi hanno detto che mi avevo fatto un upgrade in una stanza con tre letti ma la realtà è che mia figlia ha dormito su un sofà bed. Fuori dalla camera hanno stazionato un’aspirapolvere e il carrello housekeeping TUTTO il tempo. Sono rientrato al pomeriggio alle 17:15 e mi stavano rifacendo la stanza. A mio parere inaccettabile per un hotel da 500€ a notte. La camera era minuscola e tutti gli spazi in generale angusti. La sala della colazione senza finestre.

- MDG105 (8/5): Not quite 5 star - Choosing a hotel in Rome was really difficult. I saw this one and read the good reviews and decided to book it. It’s. It’s a shame you can’t give 4.5 as I feel 4 is too low and 5 too high. We had a nice stay but the main reason for only giving 4 stars is the breakfast. I would expect Italian cornetti being in Italy but there were none and the bacon was cold. There were no fried eggs available either, these are extra cost. So I felt the breakfast was a let down in comparison to other 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. Another small thing was that one day our tissues ran out in the bathroom and the cleaner didn’t replace them, I had to call and ask. Littles thing like this make a big difference. I also didn’t want the decorative cushions on the bed so I put them on the floor and the cleaner kept putting them back on the bed after being on the floor, this wasn’t very hygienic. Again, tiny but significant. Location is very good, round the corner from the Trevi fountain and lots of restaurants in the area too.

- Nigina (2/5): - Good location We were assigned room 501, and unfortunately it was in very poor condition. The room had a strong and very unpleasant smell, making it uncomfortable to stay there. In addition, the room was extremely dark, with very small windows and almost no natural light or view. Overall, the condition of the room was unacceptable and did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness and comfort. It seemed as though the room had not been properly cleaned or aired out for a long time.
