Guest Reviews
- Richard (2/5): Best avoided - The room was terribly small, we had to open the door to get changed. No bathroom and the shower was extra. Photographs were misleading. What didn't help, were incessant fire alarms with no "all clear" ever being given.
- hamza (2/5): - Really bad place to stay so uncomfortable and tiny
- Mikhail (10/5): - Perfect!
- Ahmad Jawed (10/5): Convenient and Comfortable Stay Before a Flight - It was an excellent choice for a short stay before a flight, clean, comfortable, and good value for the price. There was some minor disturbance due to guests checking in and out, but overall, a pleasant experience.
- Karl (2/5): - Olga was not able to even stay at this place because the reservation got screwed up due to a very bad interface on the website. I wasted over $70 and all my points on this. And could not get a refund. When I try to explain it by email all I got were robot messages that were useless.
- Meghan (8/5): - The front desk gentleman was outstanding. Very professional and kind.
- Angela (8/5): Clean and comfortable - Very convenient clean and comfortable
- Rex (2/5): I HIGHLY NOT RECOMEND - This must be the worst "hotel" in Dubai.
The price is a rip-off
The double bed room has absolutly no space for absolutly nothing. Not even a space to tie your shoes.
There is no toilet facility in the "hotel" so you have to go find a toilet somewhere in the airport.
Oh and you have to pay an additional fee to use the shower. It is the only hotel I know in my 30 years of travelling that will charge a guest an extra fee to have a shower.
And again the price for a period of 8 hours is a rip-off compared to other hotels of quality in Dubai. I HIGHLY NOT RECOMEND
- Vas (8/5): - .
- Rodolfo (2/5): - They are scammers. They do not properly state the policies at reservation time.
Once they communicated that I was not able to stay due to airline change, I tried to cancel which they did not let me do.
This is a wrong way to do business.
Rodolfo.
- Ahmad Jawed (8/5): - It was good, rested a bit before taking my next flight, reasonable price and clean place to stay, away from the noise of the lounge or terminal.
- Alicia (8/5): - It is convenient but pretty expensive for what you get. It’s just a room with a half foot in front of a wall to wall bed…
- wimcor (6/5): - Rooms were quiet and allowed us to catch some sleep. Unfortunately the shower rooms were all closed and unavailable, and ventilation in the rooms can be better
- Maryam (8/5): - The cabin was too small.
- BASIM KARAM MOHAMED AMIN (6/5): - There wasnt bathrooms
- Michael (10/5): - .
- James (2/5): If you want to sleep in a cupboard it’s perfect - This is not a room it’s a cupboard! The photos on the website are not representative of what you get! I would not recommend attempting to sleep here there isn’t enough floor space to turn around never mind undress! Showers are extra and you have to use the toilets on the main concourse…. This place makes Yotel look like Raffels

- Tristan (8/5): - I slept well during my eight hour layover, which is the main thing. Very conveniently located. The room is tiny, which I expected, and feeling a bit worn. Overall I’d recommend
- Mohammad (10/5): - Excellent
- PHILLIP (8/5): - Basic but good for a transit rest.
- Petulia (10/5): - Convenience with excellent service.
- rehanna (2/5): - It’s a bad option
You need boarding pass to check in
Airlines issue boarding pass only 3 hours before
Instructions are not clear
You have to pay extra for shower
- Zeeshan (6/5): - Convenient
- Naresh (2/5): - Cant say i liked anything about it - aircon vents sat right on top of the bed which got me sick on the flight. I dont think even a homeless person would have said anything good about it.
- Gideon (10/5): - Cozy
- Baktavar (10/5): - good
- Abubakar (2/5): - I don’t think this is repo of of your service
- Syed Shariq (6/5): - While coming back between the night of 22-23 Dec. I was searching to stay few hours again but it showed me a bit costly, so I preferred to stay near the gate on long chair.
- Ye (2/5): - It was not possible to access to properties because boarding passes are not issued until 3 h before the flight. Don't reserve this place unless you are already inside past security checks.
- stuart (2/5): - No temperature control...like a sauna...left after 5 mins as intolerable
Complete waste of time and money
- Nenad (10/5): Excellent - Great place to crash for a couple of hours. Staff is very polite and helpful, check-in super fast, bed very comfortable, joint bathroom clean with complimentary towels and shampoo and body gel with some oils. Wake up available at a request.
Be sure to choose the place at Terminal 1 since the rooms are a bit spacier fhan the ones at Terminal 1. I will definitely come back if I need the accommodation at that airport.
- Syar (2/5): - It is better to pass your time in seating area in transit.
- ROBERT (8/5): - Chose this option to get some sleep in Dubai during a 9 hour layover. It was pretty much what I expected after reading the reviews but still a bit novel. The double bed literally had 4 walls around (no gaps in the sides). When you open the door, there is space under the bed to store a bag etc. There is a small shelf with a lower socket to charge phones etc. It is not soundproof but luckily it was mostly quiet when we were there. If you are expecting a hotel room this is not it. If you just want a private place to sleep in a full size bed then this will do the job. A bit over priced for what it is but convenient. Note - this location (Terminal 1/Gate D) requires you to walk and also travel by train and bus from Terminal 3. Make sure you have enough time. We used the opportunity to stretch our legs between two long haul flights.
- Hugh (10/5): Best idea ever! - They were sold out but managed to fix our problems and find us space because we had booked and paid. Highly recommend this for much needed sleepover. Even a few hours can really make a difference.
- Vassili (8/5): - I got what expected, quick sleep over between flights. Bathroom outside of the "hotel" is definitely frustrating.
- Hameed (10/5): - Nice and clean
- Guido (10/5): - Best rest I’ve had between flights.
- ARIF (8/5): - Neighbour we’re very loud
- Kibriyo (6/5): - It was safe to keep my stuff and walk around to have brunch. But unfortunately it wasn’t clean enough both the room and the bedding.
- mehak (10/5): - I had great time. My privacy was intact and staff was very helpful.
- Leah (8/5): - Staff was friendly and made sure we were taken care of
- Gemma (2/5): Only book if flying from Terminal D - Don’t book unless your travelling out from Terminal D as it is not connected to the main terminal. Had to wait 30 mins for a bus as not connected to Terminals A, B or C. This wasn’t clear when I booked. Pods comfortable but would benefit from mattress toppers, thicker blankets. Major issue was noise, very noisy as people enter and leave.
- Verified traveler (10/5): overall great stay - It was an amazing stay although it was for a short time. Thank you to Alyssa for assisting me well and being kind and considerate! I would recommend the website to be a lot more clear and specific with regards to the check in and check out date as well as number of hours before the booking process. Apart from that, I would recommend this to everyone.
- Suzanne (2/5): Double booked - Booked double bed ended up with a single because they double booked my room.
- Alok (8/5): - They should have offered a bottle of water in the place..there was none to buy from them either..
- Shailesh (4/5): - Access from Terminal3 poor, no space to keep any luggage, showers with no hot water and no towels. Staff was helpful and courteous and tried best to help within given means. Overall - would not recommend to anyone due to lack of amenities
- Ravi kanth reddy (8/5): - The partitions are not soundproof and can hear unzipping bags as well. Staff tried to space out rooms and if you’re really tired nothing matters. Good place to crash.
- AMRUTA YOGESH (10/5): - It’s small space but comfortable
- Donn (2/5): - Horribly small, confining, and just plain uncomfortable. Spend the money on a hotel, or sleep in the terminal. Just simply not worth the money we spent.
- Joshua (4/5): - The property is too small and not what I expected. The staff at the front desk was pleasant, kind! and always ready to assist.
- Tiziana (6/5): Showers are for an extra charge - For €85 / night I would have expected the shower facilities were free of charge for guests ... especially because it is not inficated anywhere on Hotels.com nor on the reservation confirmation that there is an extra charge.
