- tan (8/5): Pleasant & comfortable short stay - There is a cosy area outside the hotel room to sit around for outside packet food! We can use the utensil from the hotel restaurant. Room is small for 2 pax but for the pricing no complaints!

- Isabel (10/5): Amazing staff, perfect hotel and incredible stay - The rooms were just as in the photos, beautiful, modern, quiet. And the whole hotel is beautiful with a very nice modern comfortable lounge when you come in, with a terrace in the back and overall 10/10 facilities wise. From the rooms being super modern, the whole hotel has super high end details like the shower and toilet is all in stone, and marble countertops. Room was bigger than expected. The staff were so kind, extra friendly and welcoming. That is hard to see these days and it shows they really like what they do. The hotel breakfast was 100% worth the money and so good and varied. We also ended up ordering a pizza for one of the nights and it was one of the best pizzas I ate, that was really surprising and everything about the hotel was amazing. The gym facilities are a short 2 min walk but also worth walking for! Brand new and so good for a hotel gym.

The location and room are all good, so I reall - Literally everything is very good, the room is very beautiful and clean, bed is comfortable, and location also super nice. Close to train, tram, bus. there are two super market nearby, so we can buy things easily. Nothing, everything is good.

- Maureen (10/5): Excellent Hotel - Lovely City with Lovely people - The staff were excellent- very polite / helpful / attentive - they really looked after us- we could not have asked for better - I would be very happy to book with them again. The Hotel was absolutely spotless - and it had a lovely relaxed feel about it. Breakfast was good. The Hotel is located about 10-15 minutes outside the centre which isn’t a problem as the transport system is very close and quick into the city but sometimes after a busy day - you could wish that it was closer. Having said that - a hotel in the centre would have its own drawbacks and probably would not feel as relaxed. I would definitely stay at the Met Hotel again on a return visit.

Excellent transport connections - about 15 mins on train to Schiphol and 20-30 minutes into city on metro/ tram. Not much around local area, and only pizza at the hotel in the evening. Couldn’t stream Netflix or Apple TV to room tv.

May not be an issue to some, but be aware that the location is in kind of residential area, not a business, commercial or tourist area.

We loved the special attention they give to the environment by avoiding waste in any way possible. The hotel is located closed to 2 metro stations, making it easy to explore the beautiful city of Amsterdam. Highly recommend this place!

Offers a good breakfast, excellent pizza available all night, and a short walk (< 5min) to great amenities like tram & bus stops, two grocery stores, a pharmacy, and a couple small but excellent restaurants and bakeries. - pollyanar267 (8/5): Met Amsterdam stay - The staff was friendly and the hotel is located in an upcoming residential area, and it is conveniently located. From the hotel there is a shortcut that leads to the train station, so its one stop away from the airport. While close its a little inconvenient to get there while pushing/carrying a luggage. We choose to take an uber on the way back to the airport. It also offers access to the tram - the one that runs in the middle of the street. Taking tram 1 or 17 brought was to wherever we wanted to go in 10 to 15 mins depending where we were going. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The bed was super comfortable, they offer high quality towels, the shower has great water pressure. The inconvenience is that the gym is not in the same building so if you want to use it they will issue you a temporary card (seems like the gym is shared with a nearby condo). Also, the hotel has a restaurant but it is only opened for breakfast and lunch. In the evening hours they only offer pizza.

He brought me GF cake for the second day. We were delayed 2 hours by passport control at Schiphol & so arrived late at the hotel. We planned just to eat there but were told the restaurant didn’t open for dinner despite offering this when we booked.

The hotel and room were quiet, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows the best I've ever slept on in a hotel. Although this hotel is not in the middle of the city there are good tram, bus and train links. The bus stop is just round the corner and the train and tram about 8 minutes walk away. There is a Lidl across the street. Really small things. It would have been good to have a fridge in the room and English breakfast tea as well as herbal. There is no evening meal and not many options locally but we just ate in the city.

One thing that stood out immediately was how incredibly clean everything was. I can be quite fussy when it comes to cleanliness, but I felt completely relaxed here and didn’t have to worry at all. The staff were very helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout. Another convenient bonus was having a supermarket nearby, which made it easy to pick up snacks and essentials whenever we felt peckish. The hotel is a bit far from the city centre, but for me, the cleanliness and comfort more than made up for the distance — it was definitely worth it. Breakfast was fairly average. Overall, I would happily stay here again, especially for the cleanliness and the excellent service.

Allt gick väldigt smidigt! Incheckning, utcheckning och allt där i mellan. Lokalerna är nya och fräscha och det märks att de tar hand om sina gäster. Hotellet ligger nära tåg och metro som tar en runt hela Amsterdam men det är också tillräckligt nära för att kunna gå överallt. Väldigt imponerad över städningen dessutom. Det var inget dåligt alls.

Lavazza real coffee machine in room, good quality coffee as soon as you wake up Hotel staff upgraded us as we have a toddler to a bigger room. Massive shower and bathroom. Hotel lobby ans bar area are smart looking. Staff were very friendly Very easy to get to central Amsterdam on tram, just a 7min walk to the stations nearby. Went fot a lovely walk in Rembrandt Park which is a 10min walk from hotel Lidl supermarket is a 2 min walk from hotel which is useful Nice canals with wildlife directly behind hotel with a nice wooden decking area, perfect for a relaxation session Breakfast was decent enough and never got crowded.

- Lia (10/5): Luxury hotel. - Loved this property. The rooms and all the facilities were first class, the interior tasteful, even luxurious. The cleanliness standards were exceptional. The staff were friendly and approachable, they gave us all help we needed. The location was near a train station with links for central Amsterdam and Shiphol airport.
- Md Aziz (8/5): Good value for money and easy transportation to central Amsterdam. - The ambience and staffs are excellent.The staffs are always there to help. The neighbourhood where the hotel is, i think is not great.Not a lot of food options nearby.

Very clean Smelt exceptional Brilliant buffet in the morning It was a little far away from the centre but it's right next to public transport. Beautiful interior Only 20 mins away from the airport. Our room must have been next to the drains we hear a lot of water in the pipes and flushes all through the night. However, this didn't ruin our stay but if you are a light sleeper it may affect you. We had the best time.

- Angel Alexandra (9/5): - We arrived into Schipol at 10am and were able to get early check in at 11am. I loved the room, we booked queen windowless room. Certainly not as uncomfortable as i thought it would be, I didn’t even notice we had no windows most of the time. The amenities were lovely. The bed was very comfortable, plenty of storage around the room. We didn’t book for breakfast so cannot comment on that. We also did not have the 24/7 pizza however it was nice knowing that was available. Biked were available for rent by reception. Location is 30ish mins to the centre however the public transport was 5-7 min walk from hotel so no problem. Our room unfortunately was not cleaned on the 2nd day though we went back to the room at 3:15pm. no other complaints.
