• Miho (8/5): - I booked this hotel because they have shuttle service to the airport, but not from the airport. I had to take a taxi to the hotel.
• Tsz Hong (10/5): - There are two hotels with the same name within a block away. The one at Innovation City behind the train station is the newer building of the same hotel chain. Breakfast are excellent, room are clean and comfortable bed. Super convenient, highly recommended!

• Joshua (10/5): Great layover hotel for an overnight connection. - The breakfast was small, but good. Definitely try the Eggs Benedict. Check in was through a kiosk, and had multiple languages. The room was small, but served its purpose. Definitely a one or two person room only. The public bath was small, but relaxing. It's in the Innovation City complex, so there are several food options right outside the door. Easy to reach with a train stop at the complex. The morning shuttles back to the airport do fill up, so having the train as a back up is helpful. It was a pleasant day, so I actually walked 20 minutes to the hotel. There is another EX hotel visible in the distance, so make sure if you book Innovation City, that you don't walk to the tower across the way!
• Verified traveler (8/5): - There are two hotels with the same name so it can be confusing. Both hotels are within walking distance of each other. This one is hidden within the buildings so follow the signs.
• E90SLAM (10/5): Near Haneda Airport and next to Monorail/Keikyu Lines. - Minutes away from Tenkubashi Station of both Monorail and Keikyu Line, which just one stop away from Haneda Airport Terminal 3. Room is on the small size, but perfect to act as a transit hotel near Haneda. Automated check-in via kiosks and guests will be provided a room keycard, and QR Code for public bath area. Also one bottle provided from the front desk. Certain amenities such as toothbrush and toothpaste are available in the lobby. The only downside is the area (Haneda Innovation City) does not have any convenience store nearby at all (as of July 2025). During Morning hours, shuttles are available from Hotel to Haneda Terminals as first come, first serve basis. Booked two separate nights during my stopover at Tokyo, check-in was smooth and the hotel grounds, room, and bathroom are spotless clean.

• Kei (8/5): Good hotel for transit guest. - Convenient location for a transit stay. Good amenity. Facility and room were very clean. A room was very small even for Japan but comfortable. Staff was not particularly friendly but the service was adequate (check in and out were done using the machine). We loved the public path. It was so nice after 14 hour flight. Our main complaint was that it was not clearly communicated that the free airport shuttle service was only available from the hotel to the airport (not from the airport to the hotel). Please make that clear in your site. Restaurant options are somewhat limited in the area and many places were overpriced for the quality of food you get but since we were there only for 1 night, it was not a big deal.

• yukiko (10/5): - This hotel is located at Extremely convenient spot from Haneda airport. In the morning, they have free shuttles to the airport. The public bath house is located on 5th floor and helps you to relax for the night! I’d definitely come back if I need a hotel near Haneda airport.
• Richard (6/5): - Small, essential room for airport stay. 10 AM checkout. Good transportation to Haneda Terminal 3 (especially the Monorail -no need to cab). Can be a little hard to find lobby. Good location in Innovation City for variety of stores. Automated check-in and check-out. Decent price. OK for layover night at airport.

• Hidehiko (8/5): - Coffee and tea service was only at the front entrance and we must bring the hot cup to our room while carrying our bags and suitcases. I didn't like that. There was no cold water service. Limousine bus to the airport was good.

• Max (10/5): Nice Stay Near Haneda - Lack of personal contact. Check in via a machine. Hotel is close to public transit options. Breakfast okay but lacked fruit and cooked egg options. Laundry was excellent as were the public baths. Overall would recommend as a good option near Haneda Airport.
• Vadim (6/5): - It’s a hotel that doesn’t want to be found. There are no signs anywhere. There is a hotel with the same name (except for Innovation City at the end of the name) across the road which is very visible and making things more confusing when you are trying to find this hotel.

Bed was comfortable; plenty of hot water and water pressure for showers; great breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs; sausages; fried chicken; meatballs, pastries, yogurt, corn soup, salad fixings, coffee, tea. A couple of things to not. When looking for a hotel, I checked the “airport shuttle” filter. Unfortunately, the shuttle here is only from the hotel to the airport - not from airport to hotel. We had to get a taxi to hotel. The hotel is one the second floor of a complex of hotels and shops - it was a bit of work to figure out where the entrance was and wear an elevator was. Check-in was complete automated but there was a clerk on duty. Staff we interacted with were great! We would stay here again.
• bari_ttc (8/5): why the daiyokujo (public bath) is not open in the morning - Short taxi ride (<1000 yen) from airport, suitable for those arrived late Haneda airport. Room is clean with modern design, Breakfast buffet is alright but sold out quick. The main problem is I dont understand why the daiyokujo (public bath) is not open in the morning, that is very weird.

• Navigator65704513672 (2/5): Unhelpful, dishonourable, lacking compassion - The team at KEIKYU EX INN Haneda offered no support in cancelling a booking after a sudden death in the family changed our travel plans. Simply repeating policy that 100% of the room cost is forfeit. All other hotels and providers, including airlines, were helpful, compassionate and emapthetic. KEIKYU EX INN Haneda were not. KEIKYU EX INN Haneda is not an honourable business.

• Kin (6/5): - The entrance was not easy to find. Its on the second level of the complex. We arrived in a rental car. We drove around a few times to find an illegal spot where we dropped off the luggage and then carry all our luggages up the escalators / lifts and then walk a distance before finding the lobby. What a hassle especially if you travel with kids. We had to rush back to the car after check in and hopefully didn't get ticketed. The room is small. Check in and Check out are through Kiosk, not good if you prefer some human interactions. Its far from the city, not very convenient to main tourist attractions. This hotel is only good if you want a quick stay close to the airport, and only if you don't have much luggage and travel alone.
• Yuko (4/5): - I asked for the taxi but they didn’t help me at all. We have 4 suits cases and receptionist suggests use stairs and it was impossible to go. That suggestion was such a ridiculous idea. I felt that there was a lack of hospitality and was very unprofessional.
• Marianne (10/5): - Close to train station. Great for a luggage drop before exploring in Tokyo. Far away from a lot of the action, but perfect for a route to Tokyo Disney after flying into Haneda.
• Michael Anton (8/5): - Very conveniently located close to Haneda Airport = great. New, very clean room. Not great = There’s another Keikyu EX Hotel not 200 meters away that’s more obvious than the one in “Innovation City” and walking between them was awful because of road construction.
• Kathy (10/5): - It’s close to the airport but a bit confusing to navigate for someone brand new to the area/here for an overnight layover. There’s a shuttle that goes from the hotel to the airport (and not vice versa) but it’s important to follow the signs precisely and use one specific elevator in the hotel lobby (there are other buses that go to the airport so it’s confusing). Breakfast was surprisingly tasty.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Not so bad, love it actually - Our experience in this hotel was too short to tell as we only stayed here for a night and left the next morning for our flight. Check in was easy through a kiosk provided. The room was as expected; the bed was comfortable, and it was clean. There are laundry facilities and a bath area. There are also dining restaurants outside the hotel, pharmacy, convenience store etc. You can see the runway from the area too… It was nice so far. Would totally come back

• TravellingArcher (8/5): One of the pocket friendly place to stay at Haneda airport - We were having a long transit at haneda airport so we thought it will be good to have a place to layover for the night. This place is very new and clean with no hassle in checking-in. What we like about this place is that the room is not that tiny and provides the right amount of space to navigate.
• Jason (8/5): My honest opinion - This hotel and staff was amazing. The hotel is located just steps from Zepp Haneda concert venue and there was a few restaurants and a conbini store close by. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There was lots of amenities like free tea, coffee, and hygiene products. There were also lots of vending machines, laundry machines and a smoking room. I had only 1 thing that I had issue with (and this was strictlymy own opinion) that was the lack of night life close to the hotel. On the plus side, only steps away fron the hotel there was an escalator going down to Tenkubashi Station, from there you can get into the train system and go anywhere you want. Over all I consider this hotel a gret stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the property was immaculate. The comute to the airport was amazingly eazy. So in conclusion, I would definitely stay here again.

It was convenient going to the hotel but not far from our cities & we weren’t able to use our 72hr subway pass bought at Klook to get to the hotel. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport that starts at 430am which was just on time for our 640am flight. Although one of the front staff who approached us at first was not that friendly but it’s okay. Our luggages were sent to a different Keikyu Ex Inn Haneda and we had to get those 3 luggages ourselves. Good thing it was only 10mins walk.

• Simon (6/5): - Do not expect any englush speaking staff. The other Keokyu Ex Inn 200mts away could all speak english and the rooms there were more soundproofed when we stayed last year.

• Verified traveler (10/5): - Our flight was delayed for two hours. We arrived at the hotel at 2am after a short taxi ride (2,000 yen). Check-in was fast. Good room size.
• Chihiro (10/5): - Easy access, 5mins walk from the nearest station. Newly built area. Cosy but very clean and felt new. Great view of the airport and the blue moon at night from my window. Didn’t get to try their big bath but the good shower in the room was nice and hot. I arrived at around 6.30pm and there were only about 4 different places open for dinner option. No convenient store nearby but a small drug store that had basic stuff. I took Chinese takeaway which run by Chinese family and it was super quick n decent. Morning shuttle was small (about 16ppl with luggage max) and was glad to take an earlier one. Tiny female driver was strong and sorting out luggage into the tiny space onto the seats so we can all fit in. only took about 10mins drive to the terminal 3. Overall I enjoyed staying here and I would definitely stay here again.

My only wish is that the hotel would make it clear how it is virtually in the same building as the Tenkubashi station. We made the mistake of exiting and getting a taxi to the Keikyu Ex Inn hotel and then having to get it back again to the train station!
• Verified traveler (6/5): 2 hotels with very similar name - There are 2 hotels with a very identical name to a point where they have preprinted map to the location of the other hotel. Our taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong hotel which I had to take another taxi to the correct hotel and even then it was very difficult to find the front entrance. My 2 only complaints are: location of the entrance of the hotel and very similar names of the 2 hotels.
• deborah (6/5): - Rooms are very small. No one spoke English so it was very difficult to get help and no English channels on the TV. Also the shuttle only runs until 10 am so it’s not great if you have a late flight. On the good side there was a public bath on the property but it eas not open until 3 pm. The hotel was very clean
• Julian (6/5): - This hotel was hard to find - we nearly ended up at the wrong branch - but was very clean and new. The onsen was excellent. I have no criticism other than, despite knowing there were two paying guests (my daughter and I), towels, pyjamas and wash kit were only provided for one person. When we asked at the desk they happily provided them, but it would have been nice if they had already been in the room.
• Yip Yu (10/5): Short trip - The hotel is very good for people who needs to stay a short period in Japan. It is very clean. They provide a free shuttle from hotel to airport from 4am to 10am.
• Diah (10/5): - Very close to haneda airport and they have free airport service. I also can leave my luggage, one day before checking in. Very convenient.
• Kazumi (8/5): - There is no shuttle bus from the airport and it is too close to get on Taxi. It is close from the station, so it’s not a big issue if you don’t have many luggage. The hotel itself if clean and very nice staff. The big bath is a plus!
