• Dore (10/5): Excellent, contemporary apartments - Beautiful building and nice location. Walking distance to many good restaurants and local eateries. We felt right at home in these simple, contemporary apartments with everything we could ask for.

• Darren (10/5): More vacation rental than hotel, but a great stay - We had booked two rooms for ourselves and our in-laws. We had a one bedroom apartment and they had a two bedroom suite. Both were in excellent condition when we arrived. Spotlessly clean, spacious and provided great comfort. The building is in a quieter area of the city but a short walk or quick trip on the train to the tourist areas. We also found lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. My only comment’s about the property are that all communication is done online. It’s self check in like it would be with a “Vacation Rental” company (which we’re fine with) but we had an issue with the AC in our bedroom on the second night and it was just easier for us to not use it than try to figure out how to report the issue (I reported the issue on check out, which was also done online). Some other minor gripes, you have to pay extra if you want more towels and there is no way for you to check in any earlier than your specific check in time, even if the room is ready. I’m being pedantic as these are very small issues, but it’s little things like that take away from what is otherwise a really great place to stay.

• Tony (10/5): - Really nice property with plenty of space. Only advice would be check in beforehand so that you know the unit number and access the unit with code and everything.
• Kevin (10/5): - I highly recommend this property if you're visiting Vienna. We traveled from Seattle and had stayed at various hotels in Zurich, Bregenz, and Salzburg before arriving here. There were 4 of us. Apt. 15 had a separate bedroom, pull-out sofa, kitchen, toilet room, bathroom, and a balcony! PLUS, air conditioning. It was very clean, comfortable, quiet, and accessible. We liked this area because it's away from tourist crowds but walkable to the Prater as well as trams. Good bakeries and restaurant / bars nearby. When you first arrive, then go inside the apt. building, it seems a bit rustic. But once you get the place you'll love it.

• Towner B (8/5): - Apartment was spacious, clean and in fairly good condition. For $25, one could request early check in starting at noon. However, the keypad to our apartment was worn out, and it took many tries to accept the way we pressed the numbers. During our 6 night stay, my husband was never able to get it to open. Also, to get to our 4th floor apartment, we had to go outside to the courtyard to catch the lift and then also outside to reach our door. Trying to enter the keypad number multiple times in bright sun or rain was no fun. We brought this to management s attention upon arrival when we couldn't get in after 15 minutes of trying. They sent housekeeping to let us in. We also advised them again upon leaving. Also, the head and foot of bed each touched walls, such that you had to enter separate doors to get to each side of the bed, so no way to extend feet at end of bed. Other than that, the apartment was comfortable, in safe neighborhood with lots of grocery, restaurant and transportation options available.

• YURI (10/5): - One of the key reasons I chose this place was the large window shown in the pictures, which was my favourite part throughout my stay. The entire space was spotlessly clean, and the shower room was spacious and comfortable. While it’s not within walking distance of most major tourist attractions, it’s well connected by nearby buses, tubes, and trams.
• woohyuk (10/5): 전체적으로 만족, 그러나 큰 단점도 존재 - 화장실도 넓고 새탁기와 세제도 있고 식기세착기와 세제도 있어요. 오일은 없고 소금 후추는 있는데 후추는 거의 빈통 이었고 오일은 없으니 간단한 요리 할분은 참고하세요 전체적으로 좋았는대 레지던스여서 그런지 아쉬운 점은 1. 타월이 처음에 한번 제공된걸로 전체숙박 내내 알아서 써야했어요. 타월이 충분한 느낌은 아니어서 재사용 만ㄹ이 했어요. 세탁하기 귀찮아서.. 2. 무조건 체크인,체크아웃 시간 맞춰야해요. 호텔처럼 유연함이 전혀 없어요. 2시간 일찍 채크인도, 2시간 늦은 채크인도 25유로 추가해야해요. 체크인하는 날 일찍 도착해도 짐을 맡길수가 없어요. 체크아웃 하는 날도 일찍 체크아웃하고 호텔처럼 짐을 맡기고 다시 찾아와서 가져가는 그런 일정이 불가능해요. 시설 락커 찾아서 알아서 해야해요. 다른건 괜찮았는데 체크인,체크아웃하는 날 잠시라도 짐을 맡길수 없는 점이 제일 불편했던거 같아요. 레지던스의 특성인거 같으니 이용하실 분은 참고하세요
• Fujiko (4/5): - この宿泊施設はホテルではない。チェックアウト時にはゴミをゴミ集積所に持って行かなくてはならなかった。食器も洗ってもとの通りに片付ける事を要求される。
• Mun F (10/5): - Great apartment. Clean, neat, well-equipped kitchen. Three minutes to metro and bus. Easily walkable to Stephandom, and only 2 stops on U1 metro. Decent Billa grocery just steps away. Many restaurants nearby as is the Praterstern Station and Prater park. We’ll definitely stay here again.
• Marko (10/5): Perfect family stay in a Vienna - I recently stayed here with my familiy during the spring holidays and had a wonderful experience. The location is excellent-close to everything we needed, yet located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The property itself has clearly been renovated and is both modern and clean. We found the flat to be very spacious, making it perfect for families. Access to the property was straightforward, and we really appreciated the affordable parking options nearby. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish; they were always quick to respond and very helpful. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and family-friendly stay!
• Lucy (8/5): - Stayed here recently for a couple of days. The apartment was perfectly serviceable and clean. I would point out to other travellers there is no oven in the apartment (which didn't bother us) but the kitchen is advertised as having all amenities, so that's not totally accurate. The location is a little out of the centre but still walkable if you are energetic, it's well located for public transport. There was a little noise from the bar at the end of the road, but not unexpected for a city centre location. This is a complely remote check-in and we had problem in that the hot water wasn't working when we arrived, but we messaged them and it was sorted quickly. However if you prefer talking to people in real life this is not the place for you!

• Laura (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay here. It felt like my own home for a week (only much more luxurious). There was lots of space in the apartment and everything was as advertised on the photos. The metro stop was only 2 minutes walk away to get anywhere in Vienna and there were lots of shopping and dining options in the area. It was very safe and everyone was extremely friendly. The property owners had great communication throughout my stay via the guest app and were always quick with a reply.
• Kris (10/5): Excellent apartment in a great location - The apartment was very nicely decorated, good facilities and was in an excellent location, both walking distance from the center and also close to the underground. There was also a supermarket opposite and also nice restaurants nearby, would highly recommend.

• Duran (8/5): Tercih Edilebilir - Merkezi. Mutfak ve banyoda her şey var. Tek sorun yatak çok konforsuzdu. İki tek kişilik yatağı birleştirmişler. Ve aşırı rahatsız ediyordu, sürekli ortadan kayıyordu.
• Jannis (10/5): - Kommunikation läuft über ein separates Gästeportal, fast perfekt außer das der Link für den Self-Check-In nicht deutlich erkennbar war, wodurch etwas Unsicherheit hinsichtlich den Zugangscodes bestand. Ansonsten aber freundlich und relativ gute Reaktionszeit. Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und außer leichten Flecken auf einem Handtuch und einer Decke (ausgewaschen), alles top. Sehr gute Lage um Wien zu erkundigen.

• Sven (8/5): - Das Appartement ist zentral gelegen und gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angeschlossen. Leider ist die Schlafcouch für Erwachsene nicht zu empfehlen. Erstens ist die Bedienung gewöhnungsbedürftig, zweitens ist so gut wie kein Liegekomfort gegeben. Dennoch waren wir sehr zufrieden.

• Alison (10/5): - A great spot close to a local grocery store in a quiet street. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and provided lots of space for a solo traveller. There are some dining options locally which were very nice.
• James (10/5): - My wife and I stayed in this apartment for four nights as an alternative to being in a hotel. While there are advantages to a hotel stay in terms of having staff on site to help with small questions, etc. the apartment was certainly more spacious than what we would’ve gotten in a hotel and the price was quite reasonable. We didn’t know this neighborhood before arriving and found it to be a very good place to stay. It’s quite safe. There are a lot of cafés and restaurants nearby as well as two grocery stores and a metro station. The bedroom is a little odd because of the way the apartment is designed. You can’t walk around the bed. But that’s a minor thing. The one suggestion we would have to the managers of the property is to make sure that there are lights as you walk in the front door on the street and as you get out of the elevator. Consistently when we arrived at night, there were no lights and we had to use our telephone flashlight to see. I would also add that the staff was always very responsive by email to any questions that we had.
• KULROOP (10/5): Vienna trip2024 - The apartment was clean and tidy, spacious and conveniently located. We were walking distance from st cathedral which made late night strolls easy.

Nel complesso bene, qualche piccola migliorai andrebbe fatta per il check in perché non abbiamo trovato bevande di benvenuto, solo due cialde per il caffè e solo un piccolo contenitore doccia shampoo. Ho richiesto un piccolo asciugamano in più ma non lo è stato fornito, piccolezze che sarebbero state apprezzate. Nel complesso giudizio positivo.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - フロントはないため、人を全く介さないチェックイン、このため、アーリーチェックインや荷物の預かりができないのは不便。 チェックイン当日に番号が送られてきますが、24時間以上かけてウイーンに到着するため、少なくとも2日前には伝えて頂きたいです。 施設は新しく問題なく、シャワーの水量も多すぎるくらいです。 歩いて100歩くらいのところにBillsスーパーマーケットかあり、買い物、土産品の購入には困りません。日曜日に周りの店、飲食店も含み閉店しているので要注意です。施設の管理者と全く顔を合わせることもなかったのですが、自由にクッキングも楽しめて良かったです。　 暑い時は蚊が多いので注意です。
• Amit (10/5): - Excellent quality apartment-hotel. Easy check-in procedure. The only issues were with the air-conditioning: living-room AC did not work at all and flashed error lights. The portable ACs in the bedrooms are quite noisy and needed to be drained of water before they could be used.

La bouche de métro est à 5 minutes à pied. L'appartement est propre. La climatisation fonctionne bien. Par contre, plusieurs fois des soucis avec le code de la porte d'entrée. On ne voit personne, tout se fait par messagerie. Je recommande
• Julio (8/5): Great location, good space to - The location of this property is in a modest neighborhood, in a small street that doesn't see much traffic. There is a small supermarket around the corner with all the food and beverages that you need, including vegetables and more importantly beer and spirits. They are also well stocked with household items and pharmacy tems. Lots of bars and restaurants within a 5 minute walk. There was plenty of room for 2 of us traveling with 2 suitcases and 2 carry ons. The kitchen was well equipped with enough room to reheat leftovers and make a small breakfast. The whole place was very well lit from natural daylight. The walls could use a little repainting and refreshing, but all in all it was a good place to stay. One thing worth noting is that there is a small washing machine, but there's no dryer!! There is a folding clothes drying table/stand that works well. Our clothes dried in less than 24 hours.

• TingTing (10/5): - The apartment is clean and comfortable. It is 5 minutes from the Nestroyplatz metro station, making it easy to get around. The only downside might be you will not be able to speak to a human at all as the whole process from check in to check out was via app and emails.

• Jeremy (6/5): - L’appartement et les équipements sont bons. En revanche il faut considérer qu’il n’y a pas de wifi ici. Il était en effet très très très lent, et netflix ne marchait pas non plus. Lorsque j’ai demandé de l’assistance via la messagerie interne on m’a répondu que c’est parce qu’il y a beaucoup d’appartement etc Quand j’ai dit que j’ai vu beaucoup d’avis disant que le wifi marchait mal on m’a répondu « NE JUGEZ PAS ». Je ne juge pas je constate des faits. Merci

The kitchen was well equipped with modern appliances and the air conditioning worked extremely well. A small supermarket was located conveniently located around the corner. Highly recommend!
• Ali (10/5): - It was a really nice unit in a quiet neighborhood with close proximity to metro and grocery store. The only thing that I would change is the shower head hose which was a bit short. I would also add large shampoo and conditioner instead of small tubes to save both the environment and have enough for the guests during their stay 😅

Appartement spacieux et lumineux avec terrasse, très confortable. Une supérette Billa se trouve dans la rue perpendiculaire à 30 mètres. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

• Lauren (10/5): - Wow! I wasn’t sure what to expect, and when I walked in the door, I was very pleased. It’s very clean (and I’m picky), and wonderfully appointed. There are heated bathroom floors, the place is very roomy, and there’s LOTS of storage space—I even found Earl Gray tea in the cabinet. The kitchen is great—with everything you need, so you can cook full meals. And it’s very easy to walk around or get cabs and ubers. The neighborhood seems a little old, but perfectly safe and there are plenty of shops, etc. As a woman, I felt safe walking around in the evening. Thank you to the owners of Steiner Residences—I was sad to leave Austria. Your beautiful apartment made my stay even more special!
• Monica (10/5): Good location, clean appartment, safe quiet area. - Located centrally at Nestroyplatz, easy to access. This was a nice location for my needs, about 150 meters from the U-bahn, close to a food store and in a safe and quiet spot. The appartment was of a nice standard, perfect for my week stay. I had a loft appartment (there is a lift), with great lighting. The information from the hotellstaff was prompt and proffessional. The amenities are good for a day or two until you get your bearings. I am staying here again.
