Said (8/5): Hotel Confortável e Próximo aos parques da Disney - A localização do hotel é excelente, próximo aos parques da Disney, em 15 minutos estávamos dentro dos parques. Também fica a 9 minutos do Wallmart de carro e como alugamos um, ficou muito fácil andar pela cidade. Para fazer coisas a pé acaba ficando mais longe. Realmente tudo muito perto, o local mais longe que fomos foi o outlet premium que está a 25 min de distância. As camas são bem confortáveis, o chuveiro bem quentinho e com ótima pressão da água, diferente do que vi em alguns comentários aqui no booking. Na recepção foram todos muito educados, inclusive um Brasileiro que agora não me recordo o nome que fica no turno da noite nos deu muitas dicas e foi atencioso com nossa família. A limpeza não era feita todos os dias, e em um dos dias ficou faltando uma toalha de banho. Mas também nada que desabone o hotel. Não ter café da manhã foi algo que fez falta, eles tem disponível para comprar na recepção algumas opções de lanches, mas nada que um Brasileiro considere para café da manhã. Fez muita falta. A diária de estacionamento do hotel é cara. A iluminação de noite no quarto era ruim, apenas com pendentes laterais com baixa luminosidade, algo bem agradável para descansar, mas não chegando dos parques. Algo que aconteceu que me deixou muito aflita, é que 1 semana antes recebi um e-mail cancelando minha reserva, dizendo que estavam em reforma e que precisariam cancelar, e quando entrei em contato com o Booking (que foram extremamente competentes no atendimento, vale um elogio) tentaram resolver e me disseram que o hotel havia alegado overbooking, no dia seguinte recebi um e-mail falando q realmente havia sido cancelado, então fiz uma reserva em outro hotel as pressas, e no outro dia chegou outro e-mail falando que como eu já havia pagado a diária eles cumpririam a reserva, ok cancelei o outro hotel e permaneci com eles, chegando em orlando assim que pousamos recebi um e-mail com a seguinte mensagem: Devido a um problema inesperado de inundação, nossas Suítes Duplas restantes precisam de manutenção e estarão totalmente reparadas até amanhã. Por esta noite, iremos acomodá-lo em um quarto duplo padrão. Como compensação pelo inconveniente, a tarifa de hoje terá um desconto de 50%. Este ajuste será coordenado diretamente com o provedor de reserva (site/agência) e processado em um prazo de 3 a 5 dias. Por fim fiquei tensa o tempo inteiro com tamanha desorganizaçao e só consegui relaxar já quando estávamos instalados no quarto. Até agora não houve nenhum ressarcimento e também não nos mudaram de quarto.

Glennda (1/5): Terrible experience - nothing I showed up and they overbooked so the sent me to a hampton inn up the street. I still have not received a final invoice after a month of back and forth. They had zero empathy even though I noted when I would arriving down to the exact time.

Stephanie (5/5): My stay was OK. - My room was very clean, but I had a very stinky smell in it like stale and musty. The last night I was there when I had to be at school that morning the fire alarm went off the fire department had to come and we had to wait outside. It was like five 5:30 in the morning. The only thing I really had an issue with was the smell of my room. It was very clean as I already stated, but it just was very stinky.

TESS (8/5): - Easy access to parks, while still being close by to cool restaurants, the whole area seems like it’s getting more developed, which only means more cool stuff to come! Parking at the hotel was PACKED! Maybe because we overlapped during a long weekend, so the hotel was at max occupancy, but we came back around 11:00pm one night and ended up having to park in the overflow lot next door.

Da Silva (7/5): Agradable hotel muy bien ubicado - Fue muy agradable quedarse en este hotel, personal agradable y siempre con ánimo de ayudar al cliente, cuartos con camas cómodas, baños limpias y amplios Los cuartos no tenía closet, donde guardar las maletas, no había papelera fuera del baño, y faltaban toallas suficientes para los huéspedes (esto último fue solucionado rápidamente con una llamada a recepción)

Yaniv (2/5): Waste of money - Location Ac kept working even when turned off, froze there and could barely sleep, asked for assistance and after 24 hours passed with no team checking on the room, I decided to check out early, and they promised last night refund and did not give it to me !!! Shame on you !

Chris (10/5): Because of Aloft, our stay in Bay Lake was superb! - The location of the property is a very big factor when deciding where to stay. This was our second time here and I must admit, it was much better than the first time. The staff we encountered throughout our stay were engagingly friendly and very helpful. This was an awesome stay! In addition to location, cleanliness and staff, I really like the fact that the property is pet friendly. We are a Fur-baby family. He (Toy Schnauzer) is comfortable there and we feel he is safe when he stays in his kennel while we are out and about. And I cannot leave without saying…the weather was perfect!!!

grace (10/5): - I arrived at 1:30 am after being in the park all day. The staff at check in asked if I had the marriott app because then I would eligible for a 12:30 check out and 2 free waters. I didn’t have to request those things they were offered. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was great and clean. The shower had great toiletries.

Byron (2/5): Money grab!!!!! - I booked Alfot for one night September 21-September 22 before our Disney cruise. I choose thise hotel because we stayed there in Jully while visiting Disney world, Epcot, and Hollywood Studios. After checking out i received the folio showing the parking charge while is high considering we were only were less than 24 hours. When returned from vaction i checked our cc statement and dound a 11.25 charge that was not on the folio. I called the hotel and the front desk said it was for additional guests. On my reservation 4 guest we selected when i booked and when we stayed in July 4 guest were selected so the charges are not vaild and the front desk said i would have to talk to the GM. I find the inexcusable to charge a person for something without explanation and for it not to be listed on the folio.
