• benoit (1/5): Mon séjour a été gâché par cette mauvaise odeur dans tout l’appartement . - Cet établissement ne remplit pas ses promesses . Il est vétuste et une forte odeur d’égout a été présente durant tout le séjour . S’agissant d’un hôtel sans employé , bien qu’ayant signalé le problème via WhatsApp app , aucune personne n’est venue pour régler le problème . De plus , il manquait la cafetière . Enfin , pour information , le petit déjeuner proposé en option payante n’est pas sur place mais il se situe à 400 mètres dans un café partenaire . Cela n’était pas indiqué dans la réservation . Pour ma part , j’ai donc payé cette option sans en bénéficier et aucun remboursement ne m’a été proposé. Le manque de communication lors de la réservation et durant le séjour en cas de problème. , la vétusté des lieux . C’est inadmissible de laisser les clients dans ces conditions sans essayer de réparer les dysfonctionnements .

• Marco (6/5): Es war okay, wenn man nicht viel erwartet und ohnehin nicht viel Zeit im Zimmer verbringen will. - Die Lage ist gut und das Zimmer ist sauber. Kundenservice ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung sieht auf den ersten Blick hochwertig aus, ist sie aber nicht (ehemaliges Bürogebäude, abgeranzter Eingangsbereich, Laminat, durchgelegene Matratzen). Die Warmwasserversorgung war ein Problem, weil der Boiler nicht richtig funktionierte. Das Kochfeld machte auch Probleme, sodass kein Kaffee gekocht werden konnte.

• Anna (10/5): - Wonderful location and a very cosy interior that immediately makes you feel at home. The room is well-equipped with everything you might need, and everything was spotlessly clean. I especially appreciated the convenience of the laundry facilities and the baggage room — such a thoughtful addition for travelers. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Highly recommended! The breakfast was a bit disappointing and felt insufficient, even for a child. The portions were small — for example, we had to specifically ask to receive two fried eggs instead of just one. In addition, the waiting time was very long, which made the experience even less enjoyable. Overall, the selection and quantity did not meet expectations. Perhaps this reflects local traditions, but for guests used to a more substantial breakfast, it may feel lacking.

• Thomas (5/5): Bon emplacement mais ne vaut pas du tout un 4 étoiles - L’emplacement est idéal, à 15 minutes du Duomo et 5 minutes du métro, de bons petits restaurants à proximité, deux grands parcs pour les enfants avec des aires de jeux. Le petit bar en terrasse est très sympathique également. Le coin cuisine dans la chambre est très appréciable et le logement était au calme. L’accueil sans personnel peut être un peu déroutant mais fonctionne bien. Le logement était propre et fonctionnel et plutôt bien équipé. L’accueil sans personnel rend le lieu un peu austère. Les parties communes ainsi que le logement étaient très sombres également. À prévoir qu’il n’y a aucun passage de dame de chambre pendant le séjour donc les poubelles ne sont pas vidées et il faut anticiper les demandes de réapprovisionnement comme le papier wc par exemple. Dans la salle de bain, des odeurs de remontée d’égouts et le pommeau de douche s’écaillait le rendant peu agréable. Le matelas de la chambre était très mou provoquant un mal de dos au réveil. Le lit est collé au mur et avec la TV de la chambre, le passage est très étroit, on ne passe pas sans se contorsionner, donc attention aux tibias… La nuit, un bip retentit régulièrement dans l’appartement sans savoir d’où cela provient. Le frigo faisait beaucoup de bruit la nuit également Jusqu’à nous réveiller. Bref, je n’ai pas du tout eu le sentiment d’être dans un hôtel 4 étoiles et à la limite du 3 étoiles.

• Tetiana (3/5): - The only positive thing about this accommodation is that the location is quite good and not too far from the city center. The accommodation did not match the photos at all. The place was dirty, poorly maintained, and the lighting was extremely bad. We booked for three people, but there was only one blanket, and there was no duvet cover. We asked the property to bring the missing bedding, but they did not respond to our request. Overall, the stay was very disappointing and uncomfortable. Based on our experience, the positive reviews do not seem realistic. I would not recommend this property.

• Nik-01010 (6/5): - The apartment was spacious, and the location was quite convenient and in a walking distance from the main attractions. Although there was no on-site reception, the team was very responsive via WhatsApp. We experienced an issue accessing the entrance, but they handled it quickly and resolved it without delay. There were also several thoughtful extras, including yoga mats and access to a gym if needed. Breakfast at a nearby café was nice , while the selection was limited, it was practical and of good quality. The apartment requires several issues to be addressed. The blinds were not functioning, and when we attempted to use the induction hob on our last day, it was also not working. We tried to use the bidet once and it was leaking. The lock on the toilet was also not functioning. Although the apartment initially appeared clean, this was only superficial—areas that are less visible had not been properly cleaned. Considering the price we paid, the overall standard and service did not meet our expectations.

L'option petit-déjeuner à 12 euros par personne est un peu chère pour la prestation : le petit déj doit être pris dans un des cafés proche de l'appartement mais reste limité à un jus, un café et un croissant. Un des bars propose cependant un petit dej salé (petite quantité d’œufs brouillés, un demi avocat) mais ce n'est pas vraiment ce qu'on attend d'un petit déj dans ce genre de location et à ce prix. Odeur d'humidité dans la chambre à régler.

The cafe Napoli was way better however, it's far and the everyday eating same thing was tiring. I think Bob W should also look for options where other food aside from pastries can be served. It's boring and monotonous to eat that everyday. I didn't eat breakfast for somedays because I didn't see a need to walk all the way to eat croissant or cake. I regret paying for breakfast. Also, it's far from public transport.
