- gadihazan (1/5): - Nothing Extremely Disappointing – Avoid This Hotel Terrible Service: Breakfast arrived 90 minutes late and was completely inedible (stale croissants and undrinkable coffee). Poor Room Quality: No soundproofing at all. Even though the street isn't busy, it felt like sleeping outside. Zero Flexibility: Management refused to cooperate or offer any solution regarding cancellation. Bottom line: Unprofessional and not recommended.

- Michele (9/5): - Stanza molto bella, moderna e spaziosa, con due doccia, una a vista molto carina. Bella anche la culla che abbiamo richiesto (a parte) per il bambino. Suggestiva la vista su Roma. Abbiamo purtroppo avuto un problema con l'acqua calda, che mancava per un problema tecnico e non ci era stato detto. Ci ha causato qualche problema essendo con un neonato di due mesi.

- DEMETRIO ANTONIO (4/5): - La camera tutto sommato andava bene, tranne la vista città menzionata, la vista era un muro difronte, finestre non apribili, ed eravamo praticamente sulla strada. Assolutamente non mi è piaciuta la richiesta all’arrivo della carta di credito prelevandosi ben 250 euro di cauzione (per la Coca Cola in frigo), cauzione che ancora non mi hanno restituito. La carta è vero che si chiede la dove si cena, oppure per altre attività, non per il frigo bar con Coca Cola ed aranciata, ma che in ogni caso non si preleva nulla prima, si prende SOLO per garanzia, come fanno tutti gli hotel che si rispettano.

- Natalia (10/5): - Tolles Hotel! Ich hatte zuvor eine wirklich schlechte Erfahrung in einem anderen Hotel gemacht und kam hier mit ziemlich schlechten Gefühlen und etwas verärgert an. Deshalb war ich auch nicht besonders freundlich zum Personal. Trotzdem war das Personal äußerst professionell und freundlich zu mir – besonders die junge Dame an der Rezeption, Merriam, und der Gepäckträger, dessen Namen ich leider nicht kenne. Ich habe in diesem Hotel sehr gut geschlafen und bin morgens gut gelaunt aufgewacht. Das Zimmer war groß, mit einer Terrasse und einem wunderschönen Blick auf Rom. Das Zimmer war nach Osten ausgerichtet, deshalb konnte ich den Mond und den Sonnenaufgang sehen. Ich hatte keine Zahnbürste dabei, aber nachdem ich danach gefragt hatte, wurde sie mir innerhalb einer Minute gebracht. Auch die kaputte Glühbirne wurde sofort ausgetauscht. Im Bad war der Boden mit angenehmen Fliesen ausgelegt. Für meinen Transfer zum Flughafen wurde ein komfortables Taxi mit einem sehr netten Fahrer organisiert. Ich habe mich hier wunderbar erholt und bin voller Energie nach Hamburg zurückgekehrt. Beim nächsten Rom-Besuch werde ich ganz sicher wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten. Man hat mich leider nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass das Hotel zu Fuß schwer erreichbar ist. Ich war vor dem Einchecken im Vatikanmuseum, hatte eine Stunde Zeit und habe mich entschieden, vom Museum aus zu Fuß zum Hotel zu laufen. Google zeigte eine Entfernung von weniger als zwei Kilometern an. Doch kurz vor dem Hotel kam eine hohe Treppe ohne Schatten, die auf eine Straße ohne Gehweg führte. Ich musste etwa 300 Meter auf der Straße entlanggehen, was ziemlich gefährlich und bei der Hitze sehr anstrengend war. Da ich einen recht schweren Rucksack dabei hatte, wurde mir durch die Sonne und das Gewicht sogar etwas schlecht. Ich würde empfehlen, lieber ein Taxi zum Hotel zu nehmen.

The price in booking is not always the cheapest, check other website as well the price I booked is 1376euro for two night later on I found out it can be as cheap as 500euro

From the moment I arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism were evident. Their personalized recommendations and assistance added a special touch to my visit. The suite was a harmonious blend of historical charm and modern elegance. Spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully designed, it featured a private balcony that offered stunning views of the Eternal City. Waking up to such a vista was truly a highlight of my trip. Dining at the rooftop restaurant was an experience in itself. The culinary delights, paired with the mesmerizing cityscape, created unforgettable memories. The breakfast, served in-room upon request, was both abundant and delicious, featuring a variety of fresh and high-quality options. One of the standout features for me was the hotel’s peaceful ambiance. Despite being just a short drive from Rome’s main attractions, it felt like a tranquil retreat, allowing for relaxation and reflection after a day of exploration. In conclusion, Hotel Monastero dei Santi exceeded all my expectations. The views of Rome are amazing and the rooms are big, spacious and well designed. The beds are so comfortable. Great staff and great food. You can't go wrong staying here.

- Livia (10/5): Stay like a Saint in Paradise - The Magic suite is really magic! A spacious room, it offers great views of Rome from indoors as well as from the balcony which has comfortable seating. Complementary water, illy cafe, tea and cookies are a super treat for a tired traveller. The 24 h room service is a great option for who like me did not have a chance to get a bite for the entire day! I recommend the tuna, salad and tomato among other options on the menu. Communication with reception works with whats up or face to face - Giorgia is very nice and helpfull. All the staff as a matter of fact provide an excellent service. Great stay far from the crowd, yet at a convenient distance from the city.

The place is way far from 5 star hotel! There is no bar or restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast is very very average

Sleeping in an ancient palace almost 1000 years old with a wonderful and credible view of Rome is a unique experience. From my room I could see the Colosseum, Piazza di Spagna and the main beauties of the city. We have come to Rome many times but from most of the hotels in the city you can see the palace in front but here it is a whole other story. Inside the hotel there is a beautiful church with works of art over 2000 years old. We had lunch at the restaurant on the Rooftop and at my request for a special service to celebrate our anniversary the chef had the very kind staff set up a station for a show cooking all for us in front of our table while we enjoyed the view. Compliments to the architects who were able to do an elegant and refined renovation with particular attention to the bathrooms with incredible marble. The showers that have the Panoramic view are special!! Congratulations to all the staff

- Adel (10/5): Roma has so many amazing hotels with high ranking but also high prices, so my advice this hotel can be an alternative op - Very professional & hopeful stuff , they will struggle to make you happy, the hotel is gorgeous in each and everything especially the view for the sunrise 🌅. We got lost for a little time just to locate the hotel entrance 😉

We stayed and enjoyed our stay very much. Very quaint. The pics are kinda misleading as to size or maybe it was more our rooms. Nonetheless, we would still recommend this place. Just the larger rooms. Size of rooms.
