- Raymond (8/5): I had a great time here as all the needs were met. - Super convenient to the train station after a long day. There was many restaurants to choose from at the surrounding areas. I also liked there was a donki quiote nearby too. It is 30 mins from Tokyo, under 1 hour to Kamakura and 23 mins to the haneda airport. The twin bed frame took up most of the room space. The onsen was removed 4 years ago so there was no second floor to use it after a long day. Maybe one day they will reopen that floor.

The room was clean and ser - Staff were very polite and happy to greet us with all of our comings and goings. There were free toiletries both in the check in room and in the lobby. Included a mini fridge and kettle, as well as some complimentary coffee sachets. There was towels and even pyjamas provided too☺️ Only fault was the room is on the smaller side if two people are checking in with large luggage, still manageable though.

- Miho (8/5): 推し活ライブを満喫できました - ライブ会場から徒歩1分でとても助かった。外国人スタッフさんのフレンドリーさが良かった。同じ推しの見知らぬ人と仲良くなって、写真撮影をお願いしたら面白がって3枚も撮ってくれた。 お湯のポットがデロンギだったところがかっこよくて良かったが、デザイン性が高すぎて使い方がわかりづらかった。使用方法を壁に貼っておいて欲しい。ヘアアイロンが常設されていたことが良かった。コンセントの差し込み口がたくさんあるのも良かった。 ベッドが広くってそこは良かったのですが、ベッドで床が全て埋まっている作りの部屋で、お年寄りはあれは滞在が難しいと思う。足腰が悪い人は利用を控えてと告知した方がいいのではないでしょうか。ちびっこは、足をぶつけながらも喜ぶと思う。

- Mary (6/5): Our least favourite hotel of our 2 week stay in Ja - This room was stated to be 2 single beds. Depicted in the photo as pushed together but usually you can pull apart. However this room was so small there was no way to do so. Not really apt for a mother and adult son! The main grievance for us was the hard wooden ledge at the foot of the bed! We had to physically step up on this to access the bed. This is not at all evident in the photo online but can be seen in mine. This was the only place for 2 large suitcases to fit in the room so very difficult to move. When I asked if I could use the stairs to access our room I was told there were none. I asked what would happen in an emergency, and the lift was out of order I was told a ladder would be used. On the positive side, the room was clean, fresh towels provided and the shower was good. Great location a few mins walk from the train station.

While the listing may accommodate three guests, I strongly advise against it. The room is significantly smaller than most travellers would anticipate. The property itself offers minimal amenities, with only a laundry room available on-site. Breakfast is served at a separate location, which may be inconvenient for some guests. If you're travelling solo and prioritize cleanliness over space, this could work. For parties of two or more, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.

- ? (10/5): - 家族3人で素泊まりのホテルを探していたのでちょっとよかったです。 駅からもかなり近くて便利でした。 ベッドでほぼ部屋の割合を占めており珍しい作りでしたがただ泊まるだけの私たちには問題なしでした。広々と寝れました。

- Caitlin Alexandra (8/5): - The room was a bit small with the extra bed. We probably could have done without the extra bed or with a smaller bed to allow for room for our luggages. The staff was excellent. One girl helped us with our luggages and helped transport us to our next hotel. I didn’t get to catch her name but she was working the front desk at 10 am on July 9 and she spoke English. Great service overall.
- Florentino (10/5): - My family and i stayed at this hotel and it's 2 minutes away from the train station. The rooms are very small but they were clean and comfortable. Next door there was this really delicious cafe that has amazing food and drinks. I totally recommend staying here its affordable convenient there's a bunch of 7 elevens and restaurants near by even a Mc donalds. There is a small bar accross the street upstairs. They also have amazing food and drinks.

- しほりっく (7/5): Close to the station but not feel safe. - The location is perfect and beds are comfortable. Surrounded by bars and pubs,so noisy by night and not really safe area.
