The beef they used not even fresh. It would be great if they have variety of noodle selections. I stayed there for 1 week and they served Pho everyday. Please improve your breakfast buffet.

- Debbie (9/5): Beautiful hotel with the comfiest beds ever and the fanciest toilet. - Friendly hotel with lots of places to sit and people watch and enjoy a beverage or snack or meal. We loved the restaurant and the downstairs lounge and rooftop bar. Amazing breakfast buffet. The beds and pillows were so comfy. The room was fab and we particularly loved the toilet with adjustable wash buttons and even a drying button.

I booked the executive room for my birthday trip and the room was spacious with a big bathtub and a nice view of the city. The Lounge on 15th floor is absolutely stunning, a perfect place to relax. What impressed me the most was the attentive and caring service from the staff. Everyone was friendly and professional, special thanks to Bao, who made my stay even more memorable with great hospitality and genuine care. Highly recommended, looking forward to coming back soon!

- Calpespain (10/5): Outstanding on every level - Grand Mercure Hanoi. I've stayed here for 6 nights and have found the hotel to be exemplary in every aspect of our stay. I found the staff to be professional yet cheerful in handling any issues or needs that you may have. Our room grade was executive level with a rolltop bath and shower. The rooms and furniture within are furnished to extremely high standards..the flooring is herringbone wooden with a carpet under and around the king-size bed. Which is extremely comfy with luxurious feather pillows. Room air-conditioning controls are digital and work. At executive level you are entitled to inclusive drinks and amazing food in the lounge from 5.30pm to 7.30pm although open and attended by competent staff from 6am to 10pm. Although we had no issues if needed you may call on their services to assist you in resolving whatever you wish. An added bonus is that at this level you are also entitled to 3 items of laundry daily. The breakfast in the lounge is limited so we used the main dining room where chefs are there to cook you, should you choose anything at all. Also the buffet has a wide selection of quality food offerings. In the last 40 years staying in 5* hotels worldwide I'd rate this hotel as one of the very best. The management here care deeply about their hotel at all levels. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the Grand Mercure Hanoi simply outstanding!
- Roam39413150641 (10/5): wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Hotel - I had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Hotel and was truly impressed by the modern and stylish interior design of the hotel. Everything feels well-organized, elegant, and comfortable. What impressed me the most, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the staff. Everyone was very warm, professional, and always willing to help. I would especially like to mention Mr. Son from the security team. He is incredibly friendly and attentive. Every time I needed a taxi, he kindly assisted me and even took a photo of the taxi before it left to make sure my trip was safe. Thanks to this small but thoughtful action, I was able to quickly and easily recover an item I had accidentally left in the taxi. It may seem like a simple gesture, but it truly made a big difference and shows how much the staff care about their guests. I am very grateful for this experience and highly recommend Grand Mercure to anyone looking for a modern hotel with outstanding service and genuinely caring staff.
- Stay682277 (10/5): The best hotel with an excellent fitness centre and amazing trainer - I stayed for 3 nights and checked out the fitness centre. I got trained by Mr. Quality who was an amazing trainer. He showed me the most personalised training. I sweated so much and it was one of the best experience I've had staying in a hotel. On top of that, the hotel has very elegant and new facilities. Highly recommended. Thank you Mr. Quality for your kindness and excellent service.

The facilities are well-equipped with clear instruction from the gym instructor - Dzung. My body feels relaxing and comfortable after several physical workout set. - Ewart (10/5): Fantastic new hotel close to everything - Fantastic new hotel. Love the staff, facilities (espec the gym and pool) and the location, away from the madness of the Old Town but still a short walk in. This will be my new 'go to' hotel for my Hanoi work trips.
- FVC (10/5): Wonderful stay - Hanoi was the first stop on our trip through Vietnam. Very welcome greeting when checking in and happy friendly staff. The room was very spacious with a huge bed. My main comment regarding the room was the hairdryer socket in the bathroom didnt work, although I did manage in another socket. Great choice at breakfast, all very fresh. Hotel location is a fair walk to the centre, probably took 1/2 hour to walk in (we aren’t slow) but that does mean it is quiet at night. Great view from the rooftop bar, definately worth a visit. Finally we would like to thank the staff as we were celebrating a big wedding anniversary and they kindly left some flowers and a cake, really appreciated.

Both were incredibly kind and professional, and their hospitality made my trip even more comfortable. We booked an Executive Room and loved the breakfasts, afternoon tea, and happy hour - incredible! Slept well with no noise and a wonderfully comfortable bed. Everyone we encountered was polite and helpful, from the gentleman opening the door to the housekeeping staff (laundry included was a nice, unexpected bonus!). **TIP - go out and explore early morning. It's inspiring to see locals exercising as the city wakes up.
