• Elisabetta (9/5): Ottima posizione, staff disponibile, ci tornerei - La struttura è piccolina ma molto accogliente, la camera era perfetta. Ho scelto quella stile giapponese, il futon era comodissimo e anche il cuscino, c’era poco spazio per aprire la valigia, ma non è stato un problema. Il bagno era piccolo, come tutti i bagni qui in Giappone, ma aveva tutto il necessario. La posizione era perfetta, veramente a due passi dalla linea Yamanote e comoda per vedere il quartiere, che mi è piaciuto molto. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e gentile, mi hanno anche aiutata a compilare i moduli per trasferire le valigie all’hotel successivo tramite il combini. Non c’è ascensore, ma lo staff è sempre molto gentile e mi ha aiutata a portare su e giù la valigia. Si sentono i rumori del treno e passano spesso ambulanze, ma si possono prendere gratuitamente dei tappi per le orecchie all’ingresso.

• Sally (9/5): Excellent for people who want to experience local culture while still having creature comforts - I really loved the location, it was less than five minutes to the train station and felt like a very safe environment. The room was tidy and well kept. As it was a Japanese style I was not expecting a western double bed but the mattress was very comfortable and the bedding comfortable. The air con worked brilliantly and the bathroom had some lovely hair care. The staff were also super friendly and even when I had trouble checking in they were very patient and understanding with me. We were under the impression that the money would be taken automatically from the account that booked the room. When this wasn’t the case it was a bit tricky as I didn’t have a physical card with me, it would have been good if the hotel and booking.com had communicated that I would need the physical card that had booked the room with me to check in.
• Anita (9/5): Ruhig, zentral, bequemes Bett und fantastische Dusche. - Die ruhige zentrale Lage ist super. Die Dusche war fantastisch. Sehr bequemes Bett. Die vielen Schliessfächer in der Umgebung sind sehr praktisch. Der Kühlschrank kühlte nicht richtig und dürfte etwas grösser sein.

• Lafata (10/5): The best hotel ever in tokyo! - The Location is perfect next to shin okubo station which is connected to many major subway lines. So much around the hotel too. Staff was amazing and rooms were amazing too. Going to stay here when we come back to tokyo for sure. nothing!
• Traci (9/5): Convenient location, modern, and clean - but not soundproof. - Very conveniently located, tucked amid the hustle and bustle of Koreatown and quick walk to the station. It is beautifully renovated, very modern Japanese aesthetic with artsy accents, and clean. It was just what I needed for a quick stay and great value for the price. Windows weren’t soundproof, so I could hear the trains, station announcements, and party goers in the area. I had to sleep with earplugs. Also, I checked out at 7am hoping to store my luggage, but couldn’t find any staff to assist me so I had to store it in a coin locker at the train station. It’s fine that they don’t staff the lobby, but I wish the staff was a bit more accessible and responsive.

Staff were super helpful in all aspects, provided some goodies and explained all amenities/services. Very professional. Room itself was much better than expected and honestly couldn't ask for more. Exceptional value for money. Honestly nothing. Great accommodation.

• Elysa (8/5): Perfect for a homebase to travel around Tokyo and enough to recover yourself to prepare next day! - For a trip of exploring and adventuring in Tokyo, this hotel was perfect for a homebase to sleep and recover. It was cozy and enough to just sleep and shower to prepare for the days! The staff were kind to bring our suitcases up when it was delivered and there were quick amenities available like coffee, tea and water, and a microwave to use! Whilst its not a personal issue, there was no elevator thus bringing large suitcases up and down the staircase may be a concern for those not able to do so - however, as mentioned, the staff brought up our suitcases and our floor was on the 2nd floor, we did not travel any further up but I think there's only 4 floors. Something to consider when booking this hotel! Additionally, which this is not a hotel issue, but the area can get quite busy to walk through the streets as it is located near K-Town - the noise in the room could be tolerable but not suited for light sleepers, the noise does reduce around 11pm, and when checking out of the hotel around 10-11am, it was not noisy because of crowds.

I cannot say anything bad about the property, I could hear some occasional noise from the outside.

• Lynn (10/5): Tokyo Solo female traveller - Nora and the staff were gracious and welcoming. They made sure I had everything I needed. This is my 2nd trip to Tokyo and this is an ideal location for the city trains and to/from Narita airport. Complimentary amenities are thoughtful. I liked they stocked extra towels and toothbrushes for my 5 night stay. I am a solo female traveller and felt safe here. It wasnt a dislike but an option for foam pillows and maybe am extra one. Please note, I did not ask so they may available.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich, auch wenn es ein Zimmer im japanischen Stil war, hatte man meiner Meinung nach genug Platz (ich war alleine). Sogar das Futonbett war sehr bequem! Das kleine Hotel hat keinen Aufzug aber das Personal trägt einem ohne zu fragen, das Gepäck rauf und runter.

• Andere (7/5): Muy buna ubicación, poco espacio en la habitación - Justo al lado del hotel hay un restaurante que nos ha venido fenomenal. La estación de tren está a 3 minutos, muchos konbinis cerca y caminando pocos minutos estás en una zona con mucho ambiente muy, aún así por la noche hay mucho silencio. El personal encantador. La habitación y el baños son muy muy pequeños, si llevas maletas grandes y las abres no queda más habitación. El hotel es pequeño, con pocas habitaciones, no tiene ascensor y tampoco zonas comunes.

• Olivia (9/5): Great and convenient budget friendly stay! - Lovely little spot in a good area! Not too far from the Shinjuku train station and very convenient for the main touristy locations. The room is cute and clean with free tea and water available. The staff was very friendly and it was the perfect place for our stay! Overall great! The building itself is old, but you can only really tell in the hallways, the rooms themselves are updated.

• TATSUO (8/5): まあ満足、悪くない。 - バス、トイレは多少狭いながら新しく極めて清潔。コーヒー、お茶、飲み放題、米菓食べ放題。駅近のアジアンティスト満載の飲食店街のど真ん中。フロントマンが丁寧で部屋まで案内してくれる。 部屋は多少匂いがある、階段のカーペットの端が擦り切れてるなどあるが許容範囲。
