- FABRICE (10/5): Séjour agréable et hôtel bien situé pour des visites dans le Kansai et Osaka. L’endroit est calme. - Emplacement parfait. Hôtel situé à environ 700 m de l’immense gare Umeda d’Osaka qui est une retable ville, on s'y perd aisément. Tout est très propre et organisé avec un staff d’une gentillesse incroyable et parlant parfaitement l’anglais, quel bonheur, tout ceci dans une parfaite discrétion tellement appréciable. Chambre spacieuse pour le Japon et équipement intérieur bien pensé. À recommander. Bravo. Très belle prestation. Le choix du petit déjeuner est limité et très peu fourni, c’est juste bon, c’est tout et il n’y a pas de pain, dommage et c’est personnellement mon point négatif ne s'axant que sur le petit déjeuner. Il y a cependant quelques viennoiseries à volonté et n'oublions pas également que nous ne sommes pas en France. Il convient donc de rester objectif. Ce que je fais dans l'élaboration de ce commentaire. Par contre le café en grains expresso est excellent et le lait frais tout autant.

Hotel also had laundry service 24/7 so one can freely use the equipment once it is free. Location wise it didnt meet my expectations as Osaka having intense subway system, but the hotel wasnt suited close to any station - there was always need for 10-15 min wlak to reach to any station of any line.

- Tiago (9/5): Bom custo benefício em Umeda - Quartos amplos, limpos e com boa estrutura. Hotel novo e com cafe da manhã incluso de boa qualidade mas sem grande variedade. Não realizam a arrumação diária dos quartos, somente se 3 em 3 dias. O hotel não fica tão próximo à estação e também não existem metro perto o que pode dificultar em um dia de chuva.

- Alicia (10/5): A great place to stay! - Nice hotel, good location. Lots of amenities in lobby. Paid breakfast at hotel was very good - we had the curry option. Rooms are very clean, comfortable beds. The rooms are small, but this is normal for Japan. Hotel staff speaks English and are very friendly. Nice hotel lobby to get paid drinks coffee and alcohol, and free water/tea at all times. Location is a little bit away from main tourist area, easy train and walk to tourist central spots.
- Zhi93 (9/5): - The staff were helpful & friendly. When we first arrived, one of the lights in our room kept blinking. We went to inform the staff, they apologized and gave us a drink voucher and a bath bomb as compensatiion. They also fixed it immediately. Their service was far beyond what i expected and the service provided throughout the stay is commendable. I also liked that there were free drinks, coffee & tea and also free facial wash and body wash available at the reception. Even though the room was a bit on the smaller side, the bed was very comfortable and both my partner & I had a good rest during our stay. Location was abit further from the train station but if i think still manageble, only downside for me is that i am pregnant so it meant extra walking. Room was abit small and very few places to hang clothes. Hangers probably more suited for solo travelling. Would be better if there were more places to hang clothes and for bags. Other than that , nothing much to complain !!! Really enjoyed my stay there and highly recommend!!!

- Greta (4/5): Cheap hotel so can’t expect a lot but still a lot to be improved. - Toiletries are good and plenty especially for women and face care. The room is tiny and overall the hotel is quite old. The toilet smelled of cooking all the time. The hair dryer is very old takes ages to dry your hair. The coffee was good at the bar which was paid the free one was quite poor. Overall it is a cheap hotel so can’t expect a lot but still could definetely be improved, the photos are a bit deceiving.

The hotel was well appointed and really comfortable. Staff were amazing and extremely helpful. I rate them highly for their service. It was a little hard to flag a taxi as the location was in a quiet area, however, being in a quiet area was great for sleeping and lack of noise.
