Tuvimos un.problema grave con las aguas residuales que inundaron el.piso de abajo , llamamos varias veces al número de emergencia de los apartamentos, que constaba en la reserva ,y solo nos salieron grabaciones automáticas, nadie contestó. El problema se solucionó gracias a la plataforma Booking y su personal de atención al cliente, gracias.

- James (8/5): Great location and place to stay to explore Florence - Clean, tidy, great location. Good facilities, kitchen well equipped. Room still being cleaned on arrival. But finished shortly after we got there.

The location is excellent! We were down the street from the Duomo! The apartment is very, very clean and it has a washer and dryer which we took full advantage of. Overall it was an excellent choice for our stay in Florence. I recommend it to future travelers. I did not like having to haul my own trash. We had no water pressure sometimes in the morning. The lift did not work for two days. Additional bed covers in the closet had stains on them.
