The apartment was spacious, clean, and very comfortable for a family stay. Having a kitchen was especially convenient for us. The location was excellent — only a 10-minute walk to the nearest tube station and just 1 minute from the bus station, making it very easy to commute to the city centre. The staff were polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and would happily recommend it to friends and family.

• Lesya (9/5): Tolle Lage und nettes Hotel - Unser Aufenthalt in London war wunderbar und wir haben uns in City Prime Camden vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und als wir festgestellt haben, dass wir unseren Adapter vergessen hatten, wurde uns sofort unkompliziert geholfen – ein wirklich toller Service. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für Menschen, die sich selbst Frühstück gerne machen oder auch mal kochen möchten. Für uns war es die ideale Mischung aus Apartment und Hotel: Man hat seine Flexibilität, gleichzeitig ist die Rezeption immer erreichbar und unterstützt bei Fragen. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es zudem einen kleinen Laden für schnelle Einkäufe. Besonders begeistert hat uns die Lage. Mehrere Bus- und Tube-Verbindungen sind schnell erreichbar und man kommt schnell in die Innenstadt. Auch das lebendige Viertel selbst hat uns sehr gefallen – den Camden Market erreicht man sogar zu Fuß oder in wenigen Minuten mit dem Bus. Für uns war die Unterkunft absolut passend und wir würden sie definitiv weiterempfehlen.

• Christina (10/5): A hidden gem for a worry-free stay in London. - This stay exceeded my expectations. Although we stayed in a semi-basement room, it was surprisingly spacious, comfortable, clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. The hotel has a 24-hour reception, and every staff member I interacted with was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Getting to the city center was also very easy with direct bus connections nearby. The area is safe and residential. I booked this place last minute after my original accommodation was cancelled just a couple of weeks before my trip, and I honestly did not expect to find such a hidden gem. I’m very glad I did, and I will definitely come back! Honestly, everything was great!

Gli operatori alla reception era abbastanza cordiali e alla mano. Wi fi ok. La struttura ha davanti a sé un paio di panchine e tavoli all'aperto. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è quello che è considerato che parliamo di Londra, forse rispetto a quanto ricevuto in termini qualità il prezzo è altino. Enormi margini di miglioramento per la pulizia delle camere, abbiamo trovato letto fatto male con una coperta lasciata a terra. Le camere non erano molto pulite, il top della cucina un po' appiccicaticcio probabilmente per un prodotto passato da poco per rimetterlo "a nuovo".

The third person has to sleep on the sofa that opens as a bed but if the sofa is open it occupies the whole room. The people sleeping on the bed can't use the restroom or the kitchen. Also, their bookings are non-refundable. We checked out a day early but they couldn't refund anything.

The rooms, including the bathrooms, were very small, and the beds were uncomfortably small as well. The hotel is not conveniently located near the metro, and the surrounding area was quite noisy. Additionally, several facilities were either broken or not functioning properly. Based on my stay, I found the overall rating surprising and not reflective of my experience. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again. There was nothing to like. It was a terrible experience. I will not book this hotel again.

Me and my friends stayed here for three nights and came at 1pm, actually they had a room for us, even tho the check-in had to start at 3pm. Items such as towels and toilet paper were changed daily. The reception was open 24 hours a day, so we could easily leave the hotel at 4 a.m. to go to the airport. Before arriving I read reviews that the water in the shower was cold - this is not true, in our room it was warm and nice. Also the receptionist—his name was Omar—was very kind and polite. He helped us, and we had a really nice conversation. I'll definitely take advantage of this offer next time I'm in London. I highly recommend it!

The staff were extremely polite and professional, and made everything very easy from check-in to check-out. The hotel is spotlessly clean, modern, and very well maintained. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect throughout my stay. The room was quiet and comfortable, with no noise at all — ideal for a good night’s sleep. The location is excellent, in a lovely and safe area, and very convenient for getting around London. It’s also close to Emirates Stadium and many popular attractions. Overall, a fantastic experience. I would highly recommend it and would happily stay again.

• Jorrit (8/5): Good option for staying in Camden on a budget - Convenient location, simple but fine accommodation with attentive staff. It is quite simple but this is reflected in the price.
• Frederic (9/5): Excellent, will stay there again - Excellent location to attend games at the Emirates. Apartment was very clean, kitchen well equiped for eating in. Reception desk open 24h so no issues to get keys regardless of arrival time. We'll stay there again, The pull up couch wasn't comfortable. It's ok for 1 or 2 nights but not much longer. Could do with a spare matress to make it more comfortable.
