- Klara (10/5): A special place in a special city. Loved it. Highly recommend - Gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location. Spacious, comfortable, beautiful old world flat. Perfect for groups or a family. Please leave a broom so we can sweep. Also, please tell the staff to check high up - lots of cobwebs high up towards the ceiling. Please leave a few pods for laundry and the dishwasher; we had to buy our own.

- James (8/5): Great value, no a/c - Very close to local amenities and trams, very good facilities at the property as well so can cook yourself. Property does not actually have A/C, but simply a passive boiler heating system. Fine for autumn winter and start of spring, but we arrived in 25 degree Celsius heat expecting air con but only had the provided fan.

- Pavla (9/5): - Rychlost a ochota slečny Veroniky na hot lince. Měli jsme původně ubytování na Masarykově nábřeží, pokojíček krásný avšak hrozný smrad jako z malby a chemie. Okno bylo zavřeno a systém na otevírání rozbitý. Nabídla nám jinou alternativu kde bylo vše naprosto dokonalé. Po nápravě bylo vše v pořádku. Jediné co by bylo vhodné vyčistit, alespoň 1x do měsíce sedačky a koberec. Jdou vidět fleky a malinko to kazí dojem. Avšak zbytek naprosto perfektní. Čisté, výbava. V posteli se spalo božsky.

When confronted again they asked for the housekeeper to come but it was iur last day. No cleaning being done nor basic cleaning stuff to do it yourself is provided

- Svetoslav (10/5): - Excellent location, stunning views, responsible host. Very very beautiful building. They have multiple rooms with the same photos on different floors. On which floor you will land may be decided by your luck. The higher floor the better in my opinion. Some maintenance is needed as part of the furnishing looks dated due to use - doors may need to be readjusted, especially in the kitchen. Check-out at 10 AM sounds crazy to me, but our flight was earlier anyways, so this did not bother us.

- Heike (8/5): Děkujeme za tu možnost zde být a užít si ten pocit - Výhled na Mánes a Vltavu… příjemné moc, obdiv rekonstrukce - okna, dveře … Máme to rádi. Drobnosti, ale zamrzí - kohoutek u dřezu drží silou vůle ( byli jsme zde v lednu a v únoru znovu ) - stále stejné. Vývrtka na vino zdeformovaná nepoužitelná …🙈. Pro nás moc měkké matrace- to neni výtka. Někdo to má rad.

It was huge, modern, neat and with amazing views. The interior design is outstandingly stylish, thoughtful, and very comfortable. The location is spectacular, making everything easy to access while still feeling peaceful. The whole place had such a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I would happily stay here again.

Even if we’re worn out after a full day of sightseeing, taking a walk along the river right in front of the room is incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating.

- Thananya (9/5): - The apartment is amazing. We love it. It is enormous. The location is also perfect. It is in the city with just 30 min walk to the old town. We definitely will come back. The view from the apartment is also wonderful. In every windows give different vibe. Also there are so many nice cafes around the apartment. The heating in the main bedroom is not working at all. We have to sleep under 19°. It was so cold. They should definitely check it before letting us check-in.

- Magdalena (6/5): - Obiekt wizualnie dosyć spory, widok na pragę robi wrażenie. Salon duzy, dobre wyposazenie w kuchni. W apartamencie jest czysto, plus za dodatkową łazienkę - super wyposazenie kosmetyki, suszarka, prysznic oraz wanna. Lokalizacja na plus - obiekt znajduje sie niedaleko Mostu Karola, wszędzie jest blisko, obok jest przystanek tramwajowy. Z minusów niestety telewizor nie działał, z wanny delikatnie ucieka woda a w sypialni okno jest bardzo nieszczelne przez co w pokoju jest dosyć zimno.

- Tomas (10/5): Výborná volba - Poloha super, v půli cesty mezi Vyšehradem a Staromákem - všude kousek, byt krásný, vkusně vybavený, 2 koupelny, velmi prostorný, čistý, vzdušný. Postele by mohly být tvrdší, ale to je individuální. Jinak velmi dobrá volba.

- Oliver (8/5): Apartment and location great. Host - not so much. - Space, interior design and view from windows. The pillows. They are like pillow cases filled with cotton wool! I also asked for extra pillows and was told ‘we can’t guarantee this’. Surely as host you’d know if you either can or can’t provide them? Which brings leads me on to…. The host. Overcharged me for the stay without a satisfactory explanation (they blamed the exchange rate), but they did refund me the overcharge when challenged. They wouldn’t let us leave our single suitcase in the property for 1.5 hours after checkout. I appreciate we only pay for up until 10.00 on the day of checkout, but the next person can’t check in for another 5 hours, so I don’t understand why our case couldn’t be left there whilst the property is being cleaned. This seems unreasonable to me. Little things like this diminish the overall experience, and in this day and age, and for the price of the apartment, I expect a better and more accommodating service.
