Molto apprezzata la cura nella gestione. Non ci sono attrazioni turistiche da vedere nelle vicinanze ma è molto semplice prendere i mezzi.

En los alrededores tienes todo tipo de servicios necesarios . Por ponerle alguna pega y teniendo en cuenta que tampoco es imprescindible, sería más cómodo si contase con un microondas 😝
- Yen (10/5): Great location to accommodate travelers. - Great location! Close to both the U and S Banh (less than 5 minute walk). Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and grocery stores less than 5 minute walk as well. Apartment was comfortable and had more than enough space for party of 6. There was a small laundry facility with 2 washing machines so it was nice that you can do multiple loads at a time. Loved the shower! It was a rain shower head along with a hand held and it had amazing water pressure! After a long day of site seeing and walking, the shower hits the spot. Even though we did not interact with any of the staff in person, check-in was very easy and we had both a small welcoming and check out gift which was very thoughtful. Also was able to store luggage before check in. We parked our car out on the street in front of the apartment and it was $45/day. No drying machines but this is typical. Wash time took about 90 min and we hung clothes to dry near the towel warmers and also in the drying rack that was provided. Everything was dry within 24 hrs.

- Man-Yee (9/5): Excellent - Central location- 3 min walk from the underground, very well equipped, easy check in, assisted promptly when we needed help, friendly owners, really nicely designed modern apartment, spacious, good shower, decent hairdryer, built in speakers, accommodated out request to sleep separately so the pull out beds were all made up. Nice touches such as the bottle of water, wine, welcome goody bag and travel goody bag. Great option if you are travelling with friends. Not much. If being pedantic, the shower door leaked a little but it was no problem mopping up the water. Also don’t leave any food/sugar out in the kitchen worktop as we came back to a load of ants crawling about the surface. As it’s a ground floor apartment, you may get woken up by the neighbours above early in the morning and people being loud walking past who are going home in the early hours from a night out at the weekend. However it did not spoil our stay.

- Edwin (10/5): Der Aufenthalt war rundum hervorragend und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. - Die Lage und die Unterkunft sind absolut top! Das Apartment liegt zentral in Berlin-Wedding, mit sehr guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist modern, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet – genau wie in der Beschreibung. Ich habe mich vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt und kann das Apartment uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Einziger Kritikpunkt, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts: Rund um die Unterkunft gibt es aktuell sehr viele Baustellen und neue Fahrradstraßen, was die Anreise mit Auto deutlich erschwert hat. Navigations-Apps wie Google Maps konnten uns leider nicht zuverlässig zum Ziel führen.

- Donalda (9/5): Fantastic apartment made our visit to Berlin so enjoyable. - Located near a metro with access to all areas of the city. Supermarket and coffee shops, bar etc within 5 minute walk. Modern apartment with all amenities required. Excellent showers, comfortable beds with laundry facilities. Light above coffee table is low and one friend clunked his head off it when getting up off the sofa!

En nuestro caso eran tres habitaciones, todas ellas muy espaciosas y las camas también son muy cómodas. Los baños también estaban muy limpios y equipados con champú, acondicionador y gel. Sin duda, una muy buena elección. Además, los anfitriones son muy detallistas y atentos. La comunicación fue muy fácil y buena.

Matkatavaran säilytysmahdollisuus majoittumisen jälkeen oli hyvä. Asuntoon olisimme kaivanneet tiskirättiä tai jotain, jolla pyyhkiä keittiön pöytää. Aika pikku juttu tuo. Moni asia oli hoidettu mainiosti.

Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e premuroso, addirittura portandoci piccoli doni golosi ogni giorno. Che altro dire.... super consigliato!!! Nulla

The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and fully equipped – everything was thoughtfully arranged, and all necessary amenities were available. We truly felt at home during our stay. The location was convenient, and the hosts were kind and professional. We would definitely choose this place again when visiting Berlin and highly recommend it to families. -

Nos dejaron detalle de bienvenida y despedida, además de decoración navideña y sugerencias de actividades coincidiendo con época estival, lo cual se agradece mucho. No es una queja si no sugerencia, se echa en falta microondas y mantel.

- cristiano (10/5): Fantastico! - Il nostro soggiorno non avrebbe potuto essere migliore: scegliere l’appartamento Bensimon si è rivelata la decisione ideale. La posizione è strategica, a pochi passi dalle linee S e U del trasporto pubblico. L’alloggio è nuovissimo, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutto ciò che si possa desiderare… e anche di più! All’arrivo abbiamo trovato un gradito pensiero di benvenuto — acqua, vino e cioccolatini — e ogni giorno ci venivano lasciate davanti alla porta piccole delizie da sgranocchiare. Sono proprio queste attenzioni a rendere il soggiorno indimenticabile e a farti sentire davvero coccolato. Assolutamente consigliato!
- Maria (10/5): Amazing apartment, with everything you need in it. Very efficient service on ANY queries. Excellent - We stayed in this gorgeous apartment, 2 Adults and our 2 children. The cleanliness of the Apartment was second to none. Totally spotless. The most comfortable beds ever with amazing pillows, Rain showers, big bathrooms and the shower gels, shampoo and lovely conditioner all provided, Lovely heating in all the rooms which you could adjust yourself. A lovely little laundry room downstairs too - where you could do a small wash to keep on top of bits and pieces. The kitchen was so well equipped too - which included a Full oven and Dishwasher and was also spotless. The TV was massive and the surround sound speakers you could bluetooth to your phone. It was on a lovely quiet street and very very near public transport at Wedding train station from which you could access all of Berlin very easily. Lovely little welcome treats left hanging on the door for us and the children :) Also a lovely touch was that there was a Christmas Tree all set up with lights and the baubles left there for our children to decorate it with .... Very sweet . There was only one thing that really was annoying and PAINFUL - Into the main bedroom and bathrooms there was a small step ramp like sharp edge which did have a small warning sticker on the wall warning you about it which was so small and insignificant we didn't see the warning sign til nearly the 3rd day which was TOO late ..... I 'lambasted' my toe/feet off it as did most of my family 'many' times as we walked around the apartment - despite knowing it was there... Watch out for it! Still couldn't figure what purpose it served? I would get someone to put a small ramp of tiling cement up to it if I owned it .... Toes still smart after it. You have been warned. But the pain was somewhat cancelled out by the brilliance of the rest of the apartment .. hee hee. Just a thought for the owners to look at this though. I could not find ANY other faults with the Apartment.

Besonders gefreut haben wir uns über die zur Verfügung gestellten Aufmerksamkeiten, wie eine Nachricht mit hilfreichen Informationen, sowie Getränken und kleinen Snacks zur Ankunft und kurz vor der Abreise. Die S und U Bahn Haltestelle Wedding, sowie eine Bushaltestelle befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, wodurch man super an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden ist.

- Anastasia (10/5): Perfect Berliner Getaway - Exactly like the photos. Beautiful, modern with all the facilities needed, comfortable, clean, excellent and prompt communication with owners. Had lots of room to spread out, although the second bedroom was a very tight. Secure entrance and quiet building. Rain showers were exactly what we needed after a full day of exploring Berlin in the freezing cold weather. Temperature control was perfect, not too hot or cold. Even had umbrellas but we didn’t need them. Husband particularly loved the shoe horn for ease of getting shoes on before going out. Our apartment faced the train line but it wasn’t an issue at all with the double glazed windows. We had a small balcony, which we didn’t use as we were out most of the day, but this would be perfect for a getting some fresh air. Train station near by, with S and U Banh stops made it easy to navigate around massive Berlin. The second bedroom was a bit tight for space so you needed to keep luggage in another room. But as a family, this wasn’t an issue. Daughter placed her suitcase in main bedroom where we had enough space for 3 suitcases, without sacrificing space in the lounge area.

- Aysel (10/5): Tolles Apartment, das keine Wünsche offen lässt - Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, groß und praktisch eingerichtet. ( 4 Personen in Apartment 5/ 3 Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile) Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause. Gute Betten. Die Temperatur im Apartment ist so angenehm,dass es mir täglich positiv aufgefallen ist. Es ist ruhig,obwohl die U-Bahn-Station in der Nähe ist. Personal haben wir nicht gesehen, aber wir wurden regelmäßig per E-,Mail gefragt, ob alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit ist. Das hat uns ein sehr gutes Gefühl der Sicherheit gegeben. Das Treppenhaus ist sehr hell und schön. Vielen Dank Ben & Simon und alle die, die daran beteiligt waren, dass wir einen schönen Aufenthalt in Berlin hatten. Wir würden wieder kommen.

- Marcea (10/5): - Een mooi, modern maar vooral schoon appartement. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede bedden, fijne douches en een zeer complete keuken. De ligging was ook ideaal met de metro en een supermarkt op een paar minuten afstand. Het enige minpunt was dat er twee locaties zijn van Bensimon, en allebei op huisnummer 4, andere straat alleen. En bij beide werkte de inlog code voor de eerste deur. Wij stonden dus in eerste instantie op het verkeerde adres. Eigen schuld, dat zeker. Maar blijkbaar waren we zeker niet de eerste waarbij het mis ging 😊. Overigens heeft het absoluut geen invloed gehad op onze ervaring in het verblijf verder.

- Begoña (10/5): Estuvimos 6 personas y fue un lujo. - Appartemento bien decorado, techos altos, señorial, camas cómodas, ducha excelente. Una estancia de lujo. Pues la simpleza de que no había microondas.
- Holmes (10/5): Clean, convenient and well appointed. - Very nice and clean accommodations. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Availability of washing machine was a bonus. A place to store luggage was a HUGE added convenience. Very close to U-bahn and S-bahn stations for easy intercity travel. Can't really think of anything to make it better!
- Andreas (9/5): - Größe, Komfort, Betten. Die Wohnung war inkl. Toilettenpapier komplett ausgestattet. Selbst Kaffee war im Küchenschrank. Geschirr war ausreichend vorhanden. Die Auscheck-Zeit (11:00Uhr) war sehr human. Parken. Es gibt die Möglichkeit für 15 €/Tag einen Parkplatz zu mieten, leider sah ich die Information erst am Abreisetag auf dem Tablet des Vermieters. Ich hatte dazu nichts auf Booking gelesen. Die ganze Innenstadt wird bewirtschaftet und kostet am Parkautomaten über 30€ pro Tag. Die Kaution (Paypal) wurde erst nach Aufforderung storniert. Eine Stadtabgabe für Berlin kam noch obendrauf. Die Forderung kam erst nach Ablauf der Stornierungsmöglichkeit. Hatte ich das bei der Buchung überlesen? Ich hatte auch nicht verstanden, wieso ich online auschecken musste.
