• Tim (10/5): Perfect Short Stay for Vienna Exploration - Loved the breakfast! The family table set-up and the combo of buffet plus one ordered main course worked really well. Overall the whole "vibe" of the hotel was one of community and shared experiences. And the rooms are the perfect mix of comfort and efficiency. Not sure if we caught a shift change with the staff, but the first night we were there for dinner it seems like we (and the solo traveler sitting next to us) were completely forgotten after we had already interacted with a server. Not until the solo traveler got up and asked someone did we see our wait staff again. Hopefully just a glitch.

• Gabriel (10/5): Genuinely one of my best hotel stays I've ever had. - Absolutely everything. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and so friendly, and the actual space is extremely cool. I love the common area upstairs that doubles as the reception. The rooms are really cool, and I thought the loft setup worked really well. There's a ton of cabinets and shelving, a great kitchenette, the bathrooms are great; I really cannot fault them at all. The cable machine in the gym was out of order, which was a bit disappointing. Food prices are a bit on the high side relative to the city in general, at least if you're just wanting something to serve as a meal, but there are plenty of options around.

Někdy nás u stolu neobsloužili vůbec, někdy opakovaně a neměli přehled o placení a objednávkách. Tvářili se nepříjemně, ve smyslu, že jsme jim asi narušili systém, ale nik nám ho nevysvětlil. Až se člověk bál si něco objedat nebo zaplatit (u stolu?, na baru?). Stačilo by zlepšit komunikaci.

Anmeldung Bei der Rezeption ging nur mit Computer und mit einer Englisch sprechenden Dame als Unterstützung Die allerdings sehr nett war!

Posizione centralissima a pochi metri dalla metro e dal parco giochi Prater,inoltre la struttura possiede all'ultimo piano una stupenda terrazza panoramica. Un servizio comodissimo e che dopo il check aut gratuitamente è disponibile un deposito bagagli in una specifica stanza con armadietti (locker Room) ed è compreso uno spogliatoio con doccia. Mi è piaciuto tutto.

• Bianca (10/5): Komfortables Zimmer direkt am Prater - Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist für einen Wochenend-Trip unschlagbar. Außerdem: Super nettes Personal.

Die Einrichtung mit der ausziehbaren Stiege und dem erhöhten Bett finde ich genial. Hier spart man Platz und der Gast hat trotzdem mehr als ausreichend Platz. Die Aussicht, direkt auf die Achterbahn und den dahinterliegenden Prater ist einfach genial.

The room was extremely comfortable and thoughtfully equipped — everything you might need was there, from dishes to coffee capsules. The bed was very comfortable, and we also received a free upgrade to a room with a balcony, which made the stay even better. The 7th floor space with the terrace is amazing — a great atmosphere to relax or work. Breakfast was good overall, although the à la carte options were a bit limited, and the smoked salmon sandwich was unfortunately quite dry. The staff was genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout the stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel. There was only one duvet provided for two people.

Das Frühstück war sehr teuer für das, was es gab und es war schwierig, jemanden auf sich aufmerksam zu machen, um etwas zu bestellen. Die Eier waren dann aber sehr lecker, als ich sie dann mal hatte. Es gab ziemlich viel Gedränge am Buffet, als ich da war, aber das lag eher an den Gästen, nicht am Hotel.

• Zdeněk (9/5): - The restaurant on the top of the roof is amazing. Magnificent views. I have rooms to the other side from Prater, so the noise was low and not disturbing. Parking was fine, and breakfast menu was really surprising. The rooms are equiped with all thing you can need there and very smart details inside.

• Denise (9/5): Wir würden wiederkommen. :-) - Super modernes Hotel, super gestaltete Zimmer, viel Platz, viel Stauraum, es war sauber, man kann jeder Zeit Kaffeekapseln holen, Handtücher, es gibt ein Gym im 1. OG. Die Zimmer Richtung Prater sind durch die Achterbahnen relativ laut bis ca 24 Uhr. Schade, dass man den Fernseher nicht aus der Halterung drehen kann und ihn zum Bett drehen kann.

I will definitely book again. - I loved the location, the modern and light feel with all the plants etc. I loved the eco nature of the place. I loved the roof terrace! Great views and beautiful in the evening for sunset. The mattress was a little too soft for my personal taste and it was quite noisy in the room from outside the property (the theme park and also deliveries etc below the hotel).

• Hamish (10/5): A unique view in a well designed hotel! - Excellent efficiency of floor area that never felt cramped or compact despite the relatively small footprint. Very stylish design with an extremely comfortable bed and great facilities both inside the private room and in the more social spaces. The view of the rollercoaster was very unique and undoubtedly made the stay one to remember! Nothing, it was all great!

• Sebastian (1/5): Das Konzept ist gut erdacht, aber schlecht umgesetzt. - Das Beste an dem Hotel ist die Lage neben dem Prater. Aber dadurch ist es auch den ganzen Tag laut. Ich persönlich mochte das aber. Das Personal ist extrem unfreundlich und redet fast nur Englisch. Der Gast wird wir ein Idiot behandelt. Eine klassische Rezeption gibt es nicht. Bei Problemen ist man auf sich allein gestellt.
• Albane (10/5): Très bien - L’établissement est facilement accessible, situé à environ 30 minutes en train de l’aéroport et à seulement 10 à 15 minutes du centre-ville en transports en commun. Le loft est très bien équipé et offre un excellent confort, idéal pour un séjour de plusieurs jours. Le personnel de l’hôtel se montre disponible et serviable. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et de qualité. L’hôtel étant situé à proximité du parc d’attractions, le bruit peut être gênant pour les personnes souhaitant se coucher tôt. Par ailleurs, certains membres du personnel gagneraient à adopter une attitude plus agréable envers les clients, notamment au regard du tarif des prestations proposées. Enfin, il est regrettable que le petit-déjeuner soit débarrassé sans que la clientèle en soit informée, ce qui peut être frustrant lorsque l’on souhaite se resservir.

Si può ordinare alla carta e in più prendere da un ricchissimo buffet, anche molto salutare e all'avanguardia. Personale prontissimo, preparato e gentile! La pulizia all'interno dei mobili, in particolare nel reparto scarpe e valigie, non era molto soddisfacente, anche attorno al letto si sarebbe dovuta eseguire con più esaustività.

• Steffi (10/5): Tolle Lage mit kurzem Weg zur U-Bahn, hinreißende Aussicht von der Dachterrasse. Gerne wieder! - Ich war zum zweiten Mal im Zoku Vienna und würde immer wiederkommen. Highlights waren die Qualität des Frühstücks, der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse auf den Prater und der einmalig kurze Weg zur U-Bahn.

• RUBEN (7/5): Moderno y acogedor - El tipo de alojamiento moderno pero acogedor. A unas paradas de metro del centro. He estado en otro Zoku y el desayuno era bastante más completo y rico. Quizás la cama no es muy cómodo tener que subir escaleras y no tener mucho techo
• Jakub (9/5): Absolute top notch, with stupid rollercoaster right next to the building. - 1) Absolute top notch and well thought through loft with balcony. Loved the number of cabinets, size of kitchen, size of bathroom. The staff (located in 7th floor in the Living kichten) was extremely nice. The floor itself is one of the nicest rooftops I've been to Vienna, we loved to visit every evening for drinks and had a nice lunch after checkout. 2) There's a pantry (!) at each floor where you can go to take any amenities that need a refresh in your room. 3) Gym seemed good, but the main multi-purpose machine was out of order. Shared city-bike station is closed by, there's also a direct access to Prater from Zoku. 4) The lights in the room were all dimmable, which made a great atmosphere. One thing we fought with were "force off" buttons at the door and bed, as I was unable to understand the behavior of each light after the force off. 1) The 24m2 lofts and the XL are located towards the amusement park, our balcony loft (number x10) was the corner one closest to the amusement park. There's not much issue with general noise from the park, but there's one stupid Rollercoaster called Megabliz which is literally next to the Zoku building, and that one made the loudest "howling" sound I've ever heard even through a closed window. I even thing they have some harmonica mounted on that Rollercoaster as none other Rollercoasters made the sound. I would adwise Zoku to reach out to some hygiene department because of this. 2) you could not turn off the fresh air outlets that are in the bed area. They were somewhat hearable and chilly air was flowing, which was not perfect. According to tape stains someone before us tried to close the outlets by force. 3) the mattress is sitting on a box spring frame, meaning, which is sitting on a wooden board, meaning there's not much ventilation and the mattress felt hot. • Anita (10/5): Erlebnisreicher Aufenthalt, in entspannter Atmosphäre - alles fussgängig oder mit dem Mietfahrrad erreichbar. - Der Standort unmittelbar am Prater, Self-Check-in und -out, unkompliziert, nettes und hilfreiches Personal (auch wenn sie teilweise ausschließlich englisch sprechen, die Aussicht von der Roof-Top-Plattfläche, auch das Frühstück fantastisch. nahe an U-Bahn. Spektakulär wie versprochen, der direkte Blick auf die Bahn unmittelbar am Fenster vorbei. Die Ausstattung ist ok, es fehlen Stifte, Kleber, Heftklammern - wenn man Papierrolle als witzigen Effekt zur Verfügung stellt - könnte man auffüllen aber ok.

More suitable for very young people for whom comfort is not important. Very poor service. We booked breakfast included, no one came to take the order. The food at breakfast is minimal and does not justify the price. Very unclean. No value for money at all. Do not recommend. In addition, the hotel is next to Lunpark. Noisy and there is no access to the hotel because of the crowds. You cannot open a window. View of the parking lot. No cleanliness at all...

• Eilidh (10/5): Clean and modern - Cool and quirky hotel. Very clean and modern. Everything you need for cooking meals. Great location and in walking distance to everywhere we needed to be. Microwave didn’t work in the room but the staff were very helpful and let us use another one.
