It was truly shocking — really, really shocking. The hotel itself was nice, but the staff completely let it down. They didn’t say hello, didn’t say goodbye — nothing. It was up to the guests to greet them, not the other way around. And it’s not like they were overwhelmed; they had time, they just lacked training and professionalism. The staff simply doesn't live up to the hotel’s standard.

- Birdal (8/5): Odalar minnak ama otel temiz - Oda çok küçük, rahat hareket edemeyecek kadar. Valizi rahat açamayacak kadar. Balkon veya veranda asla yok. Standart oda için 19 m2 yazmışlar ama aslaaaa değil. Oda küçük deyince de ama standart odamız böyle diyorlar, e o zaman neden tanıtıma doğrusunu yazmıyorsunuz, darlandım!! Personelin ürün aldığı bir odanın yanındaki oda verilmişti, ne kadar itina gösterseler de minimal tıkırtılar normal olarak geliyordu. Her akşam kartın manyetiği bozuldu. Direk odaya giremedim. Yatak çöküntü yapıyordu, çok rahat diyemem ve çift kişilik yatak yeterince büyük değil. Çok temizdi, en önemli kısmı bu olduğu için daha kötü yorum yapmak iyi değil. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcı. Ne sorun olursa hemen koşuyorlar bu da ikinci pozitif kısım. Bir de ötekin yan tarafında ücretsiz ve yeterli alanı olan bir otopark vardı. Bir de otelin yanında okul var, 29 Ekim gösterilerine hazırlanıyorlardı, bu benim için hoş bir durumdu, rahatsız asla olmadım, hem erken kalkarım hem bando severim :) ama sabah uykusuna ihtiyaç duyan ve okuldan gelecek sesleri düşünen insanlar için fikir olsun normal bir gün için. Aşırı gürültülü değildi, yalıtım fena değildi.

Kiralamış olduğumuz oda verilmedi, sigara kokan laletayn temizliği yapılmış başka bir oda verilmeye çalışıldı. Israrlarımız üzerine oda değiştirildi ve kiralama yaptığımız odaya nazaran küçük ve düzgünce temizlenmemiş bir oda teslim edildi. 4-5 ay gibi bir süreçte inanılmaz derecede kalite ve hizmet düşüşü yaşanmış. Sanırım bir sonra ki konaklamada days hotel by Wyndham tercihimiz olamayacak

Yolları bilmediğimiz için taksi rica ettik, taksiler biraz geç geliyor, taksi çağıran görevli de 2. taksimizi çok geç istedi, resepsiyon görevlisinden de rica ettik, arkadaşım ilgilenir benim işim değil dedi, ve saçları ile oynamaya başladı. Otele bir daha gitmeyi düşünmüyorum. Otelin bünyesinde farklı bir işletmenin restoranı var. Yemekleri ve servisleri çok güzel ve düzgündü. Orada çalışan tüm personel ilgili ve işlerini düzgün yapan kişilerdi.

- Faheem (8/5): Prime, Prime, Prime. Easy access to the airport. - This hotel is in a prime Asian location, exceedingly close to PT metro stations making it very convenient for visitors. I am at a loss as to why its been termed as a four star hotel when in fact the facilities offered are at a minimum 4 ☆ worthy, and could easily pass off as a 5 ☆ hotel. Having stayed at many I can vouch for this. The shower blinds however do need replacing as they afford no privacy which will not be suitable for families. If this hotel isn't for adults only then roman blinds would be the better option in lieu of venetien.

- 548azm (8/5): Interconnected family room. - This hotel is fantastic, large rooms, beautiful decor, all new and very clean, excellent hygine standard are maintained througout the hotel. Beautifull garden. Staff is extremely professional and helpful, everything asked for was sorted straight away, they don't keep smiling at you unnecessarily, so, to some that may come across as unfriendly. Wyn-et restaurant food is delicious. Brekfast buffet is basic yet good, it is served in different dining area on the higher floor which opens out to a terrace where you can enjoy a city view and passing traffic. This hotel is less than five minutes walk away from Gulsuyu metro station which is an added bonus. Good quality toiletries including shaving kit and toothpaste too! 👏 ( this might seem a small thing but when it comes to packing it's a huge load off one's shoulders especially nowadays with the rules on travelling with liquid.) All the hotels need to start giving toothpaste it will reduce so much hassle of packing liquid in the carry on bag. Bad smell from shower drain, if that is sorted out regularly than this hotel is a perfect place to stay.

- Fatih (10/5): - One of the cost efficient accommodation on the Anatolian Side in Istanbul. Helpful and kind stuffs. The drawback of the hotel might be that is locating next to the motorway 'E 5' and therefore it could be somewhere noisy.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Good stay for a night... nice place. - Our stay was great overall. The hotel is nice and fresh feeling. The rooms were comfortable. I had booked a double bed room as only my child and I were going to go and at the last minute my husband joined. We arrived late and the staff insisted they could not just add a cot but had to have me call hotels.ca and update the reservation to include my husband. Once there I upgraded the room too. Hotels.ca was awesome but also wondered why the staff did not just allow the extra person...we were leaving at 6 am the next day and did not need the free breakfast etc. Despite all that, the hotel itself is great. The taxi did drop us off at the bank entrance... watch out for that becuase from the back it looks abandoned. Once you come around to the front you are relieved though.

- A8185AAhe2021 (2/5): Worst service - Worst burger!!! After I complained, I got the same burger. Can You call it the seasonal fruit plate, just melon. When I complained and wanted to talk to the boss, the staff swore at me in Turkish and I was never allowed to talk to the boss. In the end, I could not take it anymore and wanted my stay to end and never go to this hotel again.
