• Michael (8/5): It was a surprisingly better apartment than first expected and we enjoyed our five days in Tokyo. - The location was better than we first thought. 5-10min walk to a station in either direction. The trains and buses were used everyday. The main street, shops and a convenience store were also close. A nice coffee shop was located nearby. The 2-bedroom apartment (with balcony) was a delight after staying in mostly small hotel rooms beforehand on our Japan tour. Although, only having two of us helped with placing luggage. Having only one room on each floor was a bonus, as well as the digital entry. After having some difficulty at the start with our code, an email was quickly answered and our issue resolved. The place was clean and had extras in towels and toilet paper if required. We had a very comfortable stay which helped with our time spent in Tokyo. As it was well priced in comparison to others for a self-contained apartment, we would definitely book there again. Even though it was a self-check in, there is no one present to assist if there are any concerns (reception unmanned), as we did have an entry code issue. Had to use email (as it was not within phone hours) which was resolved fairly quickly.

Única coisa que me incomodou um pouco foi que o colchão era mole …se fosse um pouquinho mais duro …não teria nada de ruim para dizer😊👍
• Singson (10/5): Excellent Stay and Beautiful View!!! - The whole room was super clean, beautiful view, as I say, of course, because we were on the 7th floor, and I highly recommend this hotel/Airbnb to anyone tryna visit Tokyo, Japan!!! I was expecting a staff member to somewhat welcome us regarding the "Check In", but nobody was there. BUT, like the email that was sent said, "Ignore the tablet for check-in" and just head straight to your floor and type in the PIN code to your room. Maybe she didn't speak English, idk..... BUT OVERALL GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!

• Smarti16 (8/5): Coole Unterkunft mit tollem Konzept - Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer eher ruhigeren Gegend von Tokio, was für uns zur Abwechslung sehr schön war. Man kommt fußläufig schnell zu zwei verschiedenen Stationen, um dann schnell in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Check-in und Check-out laufen komplett im Self-Service, wobei man genügend Informationen erhält und per Chat auch jederzeit jemand erreichbar war. Diese Kommunikation war zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich und angenehm. Wir hatten ein 4-Bett-Zimmer für 2 Personen, was sehr komfortabel war. Die zwei Einzelbetten waren schon recht durchgelegen, die Bettwäsche wirkte etwas vergilbt. Dennoch waren die Betten bequem.

• a (10/5): - Alloggio formato da 2 stanze, grande abbastanza per ospitare 4 persone. Ambiente accogliente e moderno, dotato di cucinino e col wc separato dalla stanza da bagno. Tutto pulitissimo. Inoltre la procedura di accesso all'alloggio è molto semplice. Via mail vengono comunicati il numero dell'alloggio e il PIN per sboccare la serratura elettronica.

• Valentina (9/5): I would love to stay again, we had everything to enjoy our stay at this apartment. - Suprisingly great and spacious apartment. I adore the simple and well-styled rooms. The price is great for the stay. I find it convenient for more than 2 people to share this apartment (we stayed as a couple). Another great detail is a free washing machine (easy to use) with everything what you might need equipped in the shower room. The apartment also had a space for cooking or storing food which is also cool. I was suprised that the apartment had a spacious balcony as well. It was really quiet and the neighbourhood is nice. A little walk to the nearest metro station (5-7 min) is fine. To sum up, my expectations were lower and I really loved the stay. Would come again!!! It was cold during the stay. It was kind of hard to warm up the rooms (we didn't understand the instruction for the AC) in december.
• HBroll73 (9/5): Comfortable, clean, spacious and well equipped room. - Loved that it was one room per floor, felt more private. Had all the amenities we needed for a very comfortable stay. Staff were friendly when communicating and we really appreciated the earlier access to our room after such a long journey. Only thing I missed was having some comfier seating i.e. a couch etc. Otherwise everything was fab!

All the amenities were thought of: hair dryer, tooth brush, shampoo/cond, silverware, tea kettle, extra converters, instructions for everything in the extensive house manual, etc. No luggage storage option

• Teresa (9/5): Amplio alojamiento con camas cómodas :) - El alojamiento estaba muy amplio y privado, la zona estaba tranquila y había buenos restaurantes cerca para desayunar. Cumplió con todas las amenidades que se anunciaban, muy buen precio. Estaba un poco lejos de la estación de tren más cercana, no mucho pero al terminar de turistear sí se siente cansado regresar.

• Patrizia (8/5): - Geräumig und gut ausgestattet, die Küche ist auf das minimal notwendige reduziert, aber funktional. Die eigene Waschmaschine im Apartment war sehr hilfreich. Unser Apartment war im 1. Stock und daher etwas dunkel und die Straße recht laut. Das ist in den höheren Etagen sicher besser. Ansonsten ein ruhiges Haus.
• rowan (8/5): Great stay in Tokyo for a family of 4 - Great to have more than just a bedroom - the small kitchen area allowed us to prepare and store basic foods. The trains were approx 10-15 min walk away and well enough connected to get us everywhere we needed to with max 1 change.

• Alicia (10/5): Wonderful stay for 3, we will return! - A lovely suite with lots of room, amenities and in a great location. There are 2 subways stations with 7-10 minute walks. So many wonderful restaurants. A quiet building with a secure entrance. Shower was amazing, great pressure and a small built in seat. Loved having a small patio and well equipped suite. Great neighborhood, we even had the opportunity to see the local parade for Obon, we were so lucky! We will stay here when we return! Nothing, we liked everything.

• ANGELICA (9/5): Estancia ideal para nuestro viaje a Tokyo - La limpieza y servicios en el apartamento (cocina, microondas, hervidor, menaje de cocina, lavadora...), el aire acondicionado, la comodidad de las camas, el espacio disponible, la ducha, que todo estaba muy nuevo y la ubicación excelente cerca de transporte, tiendas y restaurantes. Que no hubiera alguien en la recepción, aunque sí que atienden por videoconferencia y por mail.
• Chona (6/5): - This place is too small for 5 people. We did indicate 4 adult and 1 teenager when booking. The 3 beds looked like their twin beds and very narrow for 2 people. The toilet kinda reeked of urine initally as well when we first arrived. I did not complain because of not wanting the hassle of someone coming to clean it when it should have been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The area is quiet and a little far from attractions but it was as advertised so this was fine. The most was really the beds which are too small for 3 people and are very lumpy (I think new mattresses are needed).

• Arturo (10/5): - This property, even a little small for American standards, offers all the needed amenities. Very convenient location near two subway stations, convenient store and local restaurants. Property has wifi, washing machine, hair drier, fridge, microwave and basically all that you could need to have a confortable time. Check-in and check-out were hassle free. Beware that there is no staff on reception and checking time will be honored by the rule. Can't arrive earlier. I feel is a great property to stay and enjoy Tokyo

L'immeuble est bien placé, à quelques minutes de marche de stations de métro et d'arrêts de bus. Rien à redire, clim', machines à laver, frigo, tout était au top.

Too small for a couple of American size. Maybe Japanese will be fine. The dining chairs are 2 stools and 2 reg chairs. I would not recommend it For 4 people stay. Maybe 2 people.

• Chan (2/5): - 入住第二日發現房間冷氣機有異常，不停發生聲響。即時與職員溝通，職員不停叫我們打開窗及風扇就涼快。但我們三番四次表示不是溫度問題，而是聲音嘈吵。提出可否換房間遭到拒絕。幾晚都不太熟睡，太大聲音，所有人都感到非常困擾及失望。 另外，介意房間窗外對住墓地、石碑的人要慎重考慮。
• Gabriele (6/5): - The apartment location was good. Rooms were spacious. Comfy beds. The checking in and out system is not easy. Also the time of checking in at 4 pm is late and as we arrive in Japan in the late morning, we asked to drop our luggage earlier instead of hoing around the city with those but not they did not gives a chance. Instead we were asked to be understanding via email as the room had a damage on the wall coused by the previous guest. A believe that understanding and courtesy, should be reciprocal. The communication was seamless and the check in and out process contactless with ease. We highly recommend this property and will always choose here for future visits.

• Keblovsky (10/5): Fantastic value for money, will come back. 2adults + baby - Great placement just outside the busy area. You can get there within 25minutes from Tokyo Station using subways or you can walk for 45minutes. There are many shops nearby to buy groceries, pharmacy, hospital, park and plenty restaurants to get some nice food. Standout is Ramen Benkei, about 3 minutes walk, fantastic value for money. Room was nice, clean and spacious, even for a larger family. We were 2 adults and a 6mnt baby so plenty of room for us. Will definitely come back when visiting Tokyo again. Nothing, everything was as expected.

• Somporn (9/5): A pleasant stay and fine enough to choose again. - Clean, decent size, new and very quite. Very near the subway station and convenience stores and many other shops & restaurants. The shower was excellent. The hot water in the wash basin wasn’t that great as it took a long tome for the water to get heated. The heater also wasn’t that great but good enough.
• Hank (10/5): - The location is a bit far from the central tokyo but super accessible by jumping on a train or bus. The staff was very responsive and was able to provide a replacement water kettle. The hotel is close to a cemetery and temple. It is common in japan as the city is very crowded. Overall very spacious and clean.

• Leyre (10/5): Great stay in Tokyo - The apartment was big and even if we were only 2, it would’ve accommodated one or two more. It’s located next to a subway station and several konbini, and we really appreciated the liberty of eating dinner and breakfast in our own apartment instead of a hotel. The checkin and checkout process is made via an iPad, but they guide you and help you in the booking chat. This is a really good apartment for long term stays! Trash collecting could be done three days a week instead of two.

• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - This apartment was in a great location - fairly central in Tokyo. 8 minute walk in either direction and you're at a tube station. Super clean, modern and spacious. Helpful to know: bath towels, hand towels, shampoo, conditioner, showergel, tootbrushes, facecloths, handwash, kitchen cleaning products - all provided. Also washing machine, airer (clothes horse), hairdryer, microwave, fridge/freezer, crockery, cutlery - all there. Would definitely choose to stay again!

• Yi Jing (8/5): - The area around the property is great and super convenient. Communication with the staff was also quick and great. Only issue was there was a roach found in the restroom which when communicated with staff was dealt with. Other then that the place was clean and everything worked well. This booking was for a group of 4 people.
• SUK HAN (10/5): More than expected - The room is suitable for family stay. One apartment per floor there's a lot of privacy. Location is good it is 6-8 mins walk from Metro station where you can easily head to different city areas. Local super market and warehouse shopping mall are nearby with great selection of products and prices. Communication with hotel staffs are smooth via LINE and they are very helpful. The only recommendation to hotel is some cookwares are unable to use. Otherwise everything is great! Would definitely consider to stay again for family travelling.
• Dif (10/5): - The place is clean and neat. The bus stop is in front of the building. the subway station is distance within a mile walk which took us 8 mins walk to the station. The convenience stores nearby and within walking distance. We have only positive reviews. After we checked out. They found out that we forgot one of my husband hoodie. They reached out to us. They shipped to us to the next destination. I found it very kindness and honesty. The would recommend this place.
• Micah (10/5): - Nice place, air conditioned, elevator. Has a nice little karaoke snack bar called Monchichi,もんちち, just a few steps away. Lots of places to eat nearby, grocery store and many train station entrances nearby. The river is not far and has nice views. Our family of 5 stayed comfortably and would stay again if ever we go back to the area.

• Kaidong (10/5): Very comfortable - Prime Suite is very well maintained. Everything is super clean in great condition. Host prepared more than enough towels for us since we stayed for five nights. Kitchen has enough plates and bowls too. The location is also great, close to two subway stations. There are a supermarket right next to the subway station. Host makes this suite very comfortable that we feel like at home.
• Jonathan (6/5): - Overall just average. I’d probably stay somewhere else if I return to Tokyo. If you choose this venue, book AFTER you arrive in Japan. It’s much cheaper that way. The room is relatively small. Probably ok for three adults. Water only warm. Overall nothing really wrong here it’s just not super comfortable and the rate I paid I would expect a bit more.
• Yemi (6/5): - Hospitality was awesome. The host left us lots of towels, bathrobes and all the amenities we could use as international guests- including toothbrushes and toothpastes. The hotel is close to the metro and lots of dining options. The only problems were: 1) the suite was very small. We were 5 travelers and it felt cramped in there. 2) Trash got taken out just once a week. For a party of 5 that needed to eat out regularly (there were limited cooking amenities in the suite), trash accumulated very quickly.

We filled out the self check in info online ahead of time to speed up the process (including passport picture and self picture). No front desk service
